Linen House in Lisburn

Took my mother in for lunch choose 2 meals for £14.49 then was told you couldn't order that deal as it was Good Friday. Therefore if that was the case why did the server not point this out when handing out the Menu. The food was ok but the place could do with a good clean.

Super as always but most importantly is there honesty. When we got home my wife's necklace was missing and she phoned gave table number and said she had also been at loo. Still on phone and someone came back and said it was in floor under table and was here for collection. So ten out of ten for honesty.

Good service and really good food which was reasonably priced. The Sunday roasts are massive!

We really like this place and call in now and again for a bite to eat. Nice chilled atmosphere and lovely staff. 2 meals and soft drinks under £18. Ok you won’t get Michelin standard, but it’s well presented and tastes good served with a smile. For the money good value.

Good food and generous portions. They were very very friendly and accommodating. The service was very quick. They do lovely mocktails.

Not a place I would want to stay in or dine in. Decor and furniture is tired and torn and sometimes difficult to find staff. I only go her to meet or collect some who choose to stay here. We have not dined here for s8me time as never had good food.

The two girls working there were lovely but were run off their feet and shouting to each other which meant my friend and I could barely hear each other. There is only 1 coffee machine which isn't great when you have five people behind you. They definitely need a second one. The serving spoons for the cereal were probably no larger than dessert spoons. The food was lovely though and for the price, you couldn't beat it.

Used to be a lot better. Starters were served without even a salad for example garlic mushrooms only. Chicken wings by themself. Could have done with some more heat. Will give it one more chance.

The restaurant was warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and within a short time directed us to our table. Our waitress Diane was most attentive, friendly and helpful when taking our Order. We did not have a long wait until our food arrived. Diane returned to check that we were happy with our meal. We highly commend Diane for how she looked after us in The food was warm and delicious. Our meal exceeded our expectations . We will return soon.

We use Table Table frequently as the food is good and the meal deals are great especially the two meals for one. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Went for a drink at the hotel bar and it closed at 10.15????

Great value, very good service. Lunchtime special very tasty. 2 mains for £11. Inona looked after us very nicely. Good parking and near sprucefield shopping.

Had a great dinner here with my husband and granddaughter food great our server Diane was professional warm and friendly and using the reward card we got two free deserts great evening and the mock tail Berry Christmas was gorgeous.

I have to stay at a few premier inns with work, and have my preferred venues when I'm working away. This one has the Linen House as it's associated pub/restaurant. Well impressed, food was good. Timing of things was spot on, staff were friendly. It's further away than my last stay in Belfast, but worth the extra time to commute in.

Excellent service and a good range of food. Olivia, Dylan and Emma (even with no voice) were efficient and friendly at all times.

Diane, our waitress/host was fantastic! Articulate, generous and kind also very efficient. We went for breakfast on my husbands birthday, with our two girls and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food was good too. Price was unbeatable. Thank you.

This is a great spot for lunch. Food is very reasonable, of excellent quality and great portions for two hungry men! To top that off, we had friendly and very hospitable service through the lovely Emma. Would highly recommend! (By the way, the Haddock and Chips is a must!)

Always good service and food is cooked well and arrives hot. The value is brilliant if you go before 6pm week nights. I was delighted to see they are finally doing something about the sticky tables.

Service and food get top marks, what I was unimpressed with was the sticky tables. Especially in the bar, the one with the sofa looking outside 😔.

We were seated quite promptly and told that our server would be with us shortly which she was. Service was next to none and the food was really tasty. Definitely will be back.

It is as nice place clean tidy and feels looked after the staff are good friendly, it is part of the Premier Inn Hotel so good standards. The food was ok and the breakfast was good and filling.

Great food great service. Was a little slow but it was simply because they were understaffed, but the lady definitely did her best which is all you could ask for.

Good meal deals before 6pm. Not a big selection on the deal but I haven't been stuck. For some reason the number on the table isn't the actual table number! It'll be easier if you ask your server for the bill before getting up to pay . Plenty of parking spaces. Watch out for the table with the flashing light above it. 😳

We used this as was staying to attached premier inn. Ate in there one night breakfast was ok, you felt at meal times you were being rushed. Tables in the bar needed to be cleared more often, and the tables wiped as were all very sticky. Would I recommend probably not !!

We had fish and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce. The fish was huge. Beautifully cooked. Profiteroles were delicious. Staff were fantastic and lovely ambience. Def recommend. 😊

Obviously understaffed at 10:00 p.m. we were told the bar shuts we had booked dinner for 8:45 and were told last meals at 8:00 and they reluctantly served us would not go back again

Giving it 4 stars for staff. Popped in Monday night and was pleased overall. Yes sticky tables, worn carpet but staff fine. I ordered a pint of Guinness and it was ok. Starter of chicken wings (6) was very plain, no garnish and bbq sauce from a bottle. Mains with an even better pint was fish pie. Came piping hot and caramelised. Nice creamy sauce with peas but not massive fish amount. Bit of side salad. It came in a oval dish and was nice. Desert I had apple Betty pie with custard, which was luke warm. An Irish coffee was nice but squirty cream dissolved quickly. Meal was not really cheap but staff made it for me. I will be back. As it is accessible and busy.

From car park could clearly see fire 🔥 door jammed open with a dining chair, first and last experience, roast beef dinner was cold, not heated to correct temperature 😜 roasted parsnips dried out like leather, roast potatoes cold, roast beef cold and unchewable, Betty's apple pie 🥧 cold served with cold tinned custards, went to pay, staff at least 4 all gathered around till ingnored us, I asked can we pay please, they continued chatting, so unprofessional, we won't be back here again.

First time here today with my family. The food was very nice, large portions and great price since I'm used to the very expensive belfast city centre. Me and my wife used to go all the time but the food and service got very bad,not the staff's vault. So we stayed away for a couple of years. We recently went back at Christmas 2022 and we're happy we did. During the week they do 2 main meals for under £10 yes under £10 and they are really good size meals. And very tasty. We have been back a good few times in the last few months. At this price and service it's well worth it . TOP VALUE.
