Oh dear —— a good food shopping facility. No qualms on that front no sir management are focused in that regard. On two other fronts — well management is perhaps out doing lunch with the secretary ( male or female ) visa / versa and all that. It is rather in the the theatre of the ablution facilities that focus is out of kilter with the more enlightened large 2023 shopping outlets. Take for example the becoming more obsolete layout in toilet in airports etc etc such as doors / door handles by which to enhance the practise of the “ none hand washing fraternity “ as they depart the aforementioned room being done away with. This contributor to Tripadvisor can only pass comment on the observation made on the numerous visits to avail of the aforementioned room within this large good premises. The other large UK wide retailer close by has a more up to speed toilet set up. On a visit very recently to Sainsbury’s of Sprucefield I had occasion to make use of the foreign currency cockpit / booth ( for that is what it is) adjacent to the shop goods check out area. Dire—— why dire ?????? A most cordial invite is extended to “The Management” to dander into any Santander high street bank to view the setup / layout of how the bank staff are positioned at an eye level height to that of the visiting customer. This as opposed as to what exists at the Sainsbury experience ( particularly for more senior citizens who may have hearing impairment) having to bend over/down to try to pick up what the staff member behind the glass partition is articulating via pathetic small low down mounted audio speakers. Time that someone made fresh appraisal of the out of step little money shop in the set up. Sainsbury’s a good food shop end of story.

I am a regular shopper in Sainsbury’s and I’ve recently tried the fish from keohanes in Bantry. It is the tastiest fish I’ve ever purchased from Sainsbury’s excellent

A very good supermarket, with reliable food that you can trust. they also have a lot of local food which is always a bonus but recently they imported meat from foreign markets which wasn't good for the local farmers but in all fairness to them there was a global pandemic so what can they do

Coffee shop revolting, waste of space and staff are so bored they do not even smile. Not very inviting after spending 300 on a big shop.

A decent bacon sandwich for £2. Served quickly and hot. Great pot of tea. Very friendly staff, clean and family friendly. As we were away for a few days staying at Premier Inn, we weren’t prepared to pay for their overpriced breakfasts. The Sainsbury’s cooked breakfasts looked good and others seemed to enjoy so I would happily choose it. Have also been here in afternoon and was happy then. Shame that some of The Sainsbury’s cafes in England couldn’t be more like this one!

I'd an orange hot chocolate and the girl sold it up to a luxury one with marshmallows and cream in a very subtle way. Good on her! It was very tasty and I could taste the orange not something which is always the case. The latte was very fresh and the scone so fresh it was falling apart. The seating area was clean both floor and tables. Will come back

This isn't my nearest Sainsbury store, but love the space and parking. Plenty of trolley booths, it can be chilly instore so usually wear a jacket. Like that goods are in same aisles, clearly labelled, are not moved around so you manoeuvre quickly. Try to shop off peak times and before school out. Items rarely out of stock and good choice in different price brackets. Find own brand cheaper and good taste wise so trying more of these. The frozen veg. Is excellent quality and good standby. Household and electrical also. Get lot of vouchers sometimes, rarely much use. Use self check if time so can price check and pack at leisure. If big shop check out operators very fast and usually pleasant. Just few little things like to get elsewhere.

Handy cafe in Sainsburys at Sprucefield. Fine for a quick snack meal and handy when shopping in the area. Certainly not 5* but reasonable prices and quality and something to suit most people looking for a quick bite.

I love going to this Sainsburys ,and have been doing so for years. I bypass Newry in favour of this Sainsburys as it is easier for parking and there is no congestion. There is always something different here and prices are good. (sterling to euro good at the moment) The restaurant here is just ok. I like to visit here around Easter, Halloween and Christmas,as one will always get a bargain.

Asked the girl for coffee hot coffee was cold asked her to replace because it was cold she replaced but still cold I again asked her to reheat she then offered to put in microwave I refused she then reheated until it was hot. This is not the first time this has happened here other times I have just not drank the coffee. Preferring now to go to MS where the coffee is excellent all the time WHAT IS WRONG WITH SAINTBURIES!!!!!!!!!!they just can't get it wright customers want what they pay for.

A good range of meals, at good value prices. A nice way to end a shopping trip before the trek home. The baked potato is a favourite, as is fish and chips.

Called in to do a weekly shop, but only bought essentials. Fruit and veg dreadfully poor quality and little choice. Meat cabinets pretty much the same. Sad to say I went on to tesco!!

Quality produce used, cheap eating. Been a few times and not enough staff. Ranges from good staff to not so good but worthwhile for quick cheap bite. Sainsbusys is where I shop so very convenient if I just want a snack or sit down. If staff have been not so great managers usually make up for it. So end resultis I will keep coming back

Fry is never hot, greasy. Could do a lot better considering they have they best of selection of foods to cook. Display doesn't always look fresh- unappetising. Mass produced !

I used to be a regular as I live very nearby... but I now cross Lisburn and shop in Tesco... as I find it cheaper with a wider range of goods... I hate the new lay out... of S'burys... and resent having to put £1 to use a trolley...

We had a breakfast here following a debacle at a nearby hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was delicious, served piping hot and in no time at all. It was a comfortable and quiet place to dine away from the busy shopping area. Would recommend it to anyone whether or not you intent shopping in Sainsbury's.

Sainsburys Lisburn is by far the friendliest and most helpful supermarket in the area. The staff on checkout are consistently pleasant, chatty, and offer to help pack. The store is super, and the home delivery service is fast and efficient.

Service - The service was friendly and efficient. Accommodation - This was clean and comfortable, my only observation is that the blinds let early morning light in and the rooms would benefit from curtains. Colleagues on the other side of the corridor did mention early morning road noise. Food - We arrived after along day and initially planned to eat elsewhere, however after a drink at the bar and seeing the bar full we decided to eat at the hotel. A decision we soon regretted. I thought that a lasagne would be a safe option, however it was clearly reheated from the previous day (or earlier) and in an attempt to disguise this a lump of cheese was melted on top. Needless to say the dry tasteless lasagne and the melted lump of cheese remained untouched.

Soggy sour toast not enough butter sat beside people we didn't know I don't think they were happy either and an owner who just didn't care when approached.

Went in here and have been curious for a while, I asked the man behind the counter what their Cajun sauce was like and he gave me a sample with two chips! Wonderful service 🥰 Since I fell in love with the Cajun sauce I ordered a chicken kebab on chips, with Cajun sauce (ofc) with some salad and coleslaw. And oh my god, the size of the portion was HUGE! I have enough for dinner later! The food was amazing as well. The chicken was seasoned beautifully and was juicy and tender, the chips being perfect, crispy and fluffy in the middle. Everything was well balanced and there wasn't too much or too little sauce either. This will be my to go chip shop from now on, absolutely wonderful 🥰 Thank you for the delicious food!
