Lovely Chicken Shawarma, very committed chief, the fries were amazing!

Decent food . Shawarma was good can give a try and won’t be much disappointed. Wings were just okay, nice service .

The Sphinx at Stranmillis is out of action so we tried Gucci chip for our kebab fix. The place was very clean, staff were friendly and the kebab was large and very tasty. Worth the drive from Bangor.

The best shawarma in town! Just had chicken shawarma and steak gyro wrap. Super fresh and so much meat! One regular portion is so big. Must try.

We had the fish and chips suppers. There was so much fish that we ate some for lunch the next day. The lady with the red hair was really nice and friendly. You can also sit in and eat. I only mention that because some places have nowhere to sit and so you have to take it to go. Highly recommend the garlic sauce for the chips.

I am outraged, with the designer brand name in your restaurants name i was expecting 10/10 quality, my experience was far from that, firstly the wait for my order was over an 1 hour and then arrived 40 minutes late, the delivery driver after being an hour late rung my doorbell and woke up my whole family, i was disgusted, furthermore my food was soggy and not what i ordered! i ordered a large gravy chip with salt, there was no gravy or salt, then there was a hole in my box, disgusting, the scampi was breaded, soggy, overcooked and overall disgusting, from the long waiting time to the disgusting food i would not recommend this to my worst enemy! this place should be shut down immediately!

Well where to start, for over a hour I have been ringing up to find where my order has been, just got robbed basically ordered on line and paid for, was told the print out was messed up, but toke my order over the phone, was told was busy and all the normal, but was told will be the next delivery amazing they have shut, so no food to give to a homeless family, and took the money, will come to the place tomorrow and collect the refund.

Falafel was horrible and chicken donner very fatty meat it's not as nice as chicken schwarma

Don't even bother coming here, they ignore food allergies and when in store they were laughing about it in visible sight, brought the food home to see the food I ordered comprised of only the things I said I couldn't eat and literally nothing else, these guys are going to kill somebody and think it's funny

Beyond disappointed. The food was cold first of all. My whole order tasted of nothing but grease. The goujons were like they were battered with unseasoned pancake batter. all of the chips were cold and hard, literally the worst order I’ve ever had. Could stomach 2 bites and had to throw the rest out because I felt so sick. Wasted money and will never be ordering from here again

How Can a place get a simple Order Wrong Every time you order food on an app . I ordered Food on the Uber Eats App and when it arrived as per last 2 times lots stuff missing and the Funny thing is there receipt has everything on it in black and white . I called the shop to see if they can get the Correct order down to me and they said they cannot I would need to call and collect it . The girl also said it was not there fault because so many orders coming through and sometimes they are right and sometimes they are not . My order was - Chicken burger Meal with Extra portion of chicken Gravy which cost £1.40 which never arrived and neither did Any chips with the meal . Large Gravy chip with Fried onions at an Extra £0.70 it arrived with no onions . Last time Ordering from this place as its a Disaster Every time !

Ordered at 22:20, watched the 3 people after us receive their orders then asked at 23:00 where ours was, and they told us they had lost the slip with our order and said they were really busy.. complete and utter waste of 40 minutes.. saw us sitting there the whole time and didn't once ask or say anything. Got a refund and left.. never again.

Ordered 2 large 2 mixed kebabs, I don't eat onions , One with garlic mayo all on it, that kebab was correct, second one after talking with two members of staff, explained I don't eat oinons I was aware of one part of the kebab the steak meat, I asked for this part to be on one side of the kebab, so when they where putting on the salad they would put the oinons ONLY on the steak meat, so they agreed, to my shock of walking home to find out I had no dinner as they couldn't have put more oinons in it if they tried, see photos in through even the chips, mixed the oinon filled steak meat through the rest of the kebab, WHAT THE HELL, BETTER FIX IT WHEN I CALL IN AS I PASS

Insulting. I was here a couple of nights ago and I waited ages (like everyone else in the shop was given their food before me). I was given a scatter of chips with my burger. A scatter. After waiting what felt like an hour. £7.50. Ripoff. I should have asked for a refund. Food was poor anyways. Go to Monte Carlo a few doors down. at least they give you actual food.

Our long journey from the west of Ireland was narrated by my fellow passengers praise of the goujons from the chippers in Belfast. Having peaked my interest and my appetite, I decided to order from a so-called chipper upon my arrival in norn Ireland. I ordered the cheesy chips with a curry dip on the side and was not disappointed. Things for sure are different up here, in the best way. The cheese was fluffier, lighter, softer. The curry sauce? Smoother, sweeter, more Chinese than Indian. Delighted with my first purchase on my staycation, likely to make more purchases over the weekend - may bring some ideas home with me. Thank you Gucci chip, the designer bag of chippers.

I was really nervous to order as I came to Belfast exclusively to get the goujons from Chip Co. However, I was more than pleasantly surprised with these goujons from Guccii Chip. I don’t know exactly what y’all are doing up here but you get goujons right every time! Is it a double batter? Fried differently perhaps? Can’t get enough of the goujons in Northern Ireland, hats off to you!

Looks like under new owners and although the customer service was great the food was properly stinking. Chips weren't cooked and soaked in vinegar, hygiene was pretty bad and the owner stood there on the phone talking badly about the previous delivery drivers and how they looked "pilled out" and it's terrible for business. I know exactly who the guy was talking about and to be honest I think the quality of food is gonna be your downfall rather than the appearance of your delivery drivers. Definitely be going to Monte Carlo next time.

I visited yesterday (1st September) with a couple of my friends & my daughter. A lady called Louise served me, and WOW, she is SUPER FRIENDLY!!!!!!! We ordered 3 fish suppers & my friend had a chicken burger meal...... portion sizes are AMAZING! Fish was DELICIOUS!!!! Chips were PERFECT!!! We were very happy!!!! Plus, we had a little chat with our server Louise who was so helpful & friendly. She even gave us an extra small fish to “make up” for the smaller fish in one of our orders (which was super honest & kind of her!) she also gave us a complimentary gravy & curry portion...... and, their gravy & curry sauce is PERFECT...... My friends, my daughter & I left Gucci Chip super happy & satisfied, and, we will be back!!! Best chippy we’ve had in a long time!!!!! If I had to give a teeny negative feedback, it would only be the fact that the table’s inside were quite aged & wobbly.... but, I’m quite easy going, and small details like that doesn’t put me off enjoying my meal. 5* loved Guccii Chip & our server Louise ❤️

Ordered a cheese burger with red sauce and fried onions, and a garlic chip, plus a can of Diet Coke. The guy on the counter advised me that it works out better value to order the burger meal Instead - and that’s what he charged me for. I didn’t have to pay extra for the cheese on the burger (grated cheddar cheese, not a measly orange plastic slice like in some other places) but I think I paid extra for the garlic sauce on the chips. Wish I’d asked for the sauce separately though ... Well done anyway Gucci Chip for being so customer-friendly! The burger was fantastic! Seriously good!!! The grated cheese was great, the bap was huge and fresh, and the beef was great. They just forgot to fry my onions - as they were raw - but it was still a really lovely burger. 9/10. Would have been a 10/10 if the onions had been fried though. The garlic chips had way too much garlic sauce on them. So only 7/10 for them. Made them really difficult to eat as they were swimming in it! Ended up throwing lots out when I got home as the ones at the bottom got really soaked / soggy in the abundance of sauce. Hence I’ve given them 4 stars instead of 5. The chips were great but needed way less sauce! Sometimes, less is more! The guy on the counter was great craic. I didn’t have to wait too long on my order and the price was very reasonable. You can eat in if you like at no extra cost but it’s very rough and ready. I’d definitely go back if in the mood for a burger and chip though. No idea why they’ve got so many negative reviews on here!?

Called in for fish n chips n stood for bout 5 mins n had to call someone a couple of times due to noise from up the back. A fella came down n apologised explaining he was up the back doin some serious pipe drilling, then laughed that he wasn't great at it. which I thought was a pretty inconvenient time to be really badly drilling pipes.... Ordered my fish n chips n when I got it it was terrible, reckon those pipes were probably battered better than my fish. The chips were undercooked. The hygiene of the place wasn't that much better either, think maybe one of the drilled pipes had leaked some serious sludge everywhere.

Dreadful, bought a bottle of coke that never arrived

Would rate zero if I could. Ordered my food and paid via card at exactly 1am. Delivery time estimated at 1:55am. Called the restaurant at 2:30 just to check in with my order, and was told it was arriving any minute. Food just never turned up. I watched my street for the driver and no one even drove through. Literal thieves.

The staff were great, really hilarious. The server stuck my fork in the top of my fish box, I loved it. The fish was decent too. Very Gucci.
