We were passing through the area and came here for dinner mid-week. It was busy so thought it would be great Korean food. However we felt that the food was mediocre for the price - the Katsu chicken udon and seafood udon soup. Fried chicken was nice. Hard to get waitresses attention to order and pay. Venue its self was quite loud and the whole place needed a bit more of a thorough clean (including downstairs toilet areas).

Googled and saw this Korean restaurant when I craved for beef soup around the area while waiting to support a friend for the ultra marathon. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a photo and indulged as soon as the food arrived🤭 The food wasn’t that bad, it was just too sweet for a beef bulgogi. The portion wasn’t really the best with I paid for. You can definitely check it out for your own judgement. Easy to find.

Food was just. terrible. I’ve had a lot of Korean food in my life, been to Korean restaurants everywhere, spent a few months in the country, made it at home, etc. I cannot express how disappointed I was by the food. The kimchi jeon was sift and soggy with a weird aftertaste. The kimchi fried rice was not seasoned well at all, and we had to ask for extra gochujang just to make it taste like something. I added half of our kimchi jeon dipping sauce as well. It still wasn’t great. We ordered the sweet cinnamon punch as well, and that was okay. A bit too sweet, as I’ve had it better balanced in other places. The server was clearly doing her best as the only one in the entire restaurant bussing tables and serving people, but it was slow since there were a lot of people. The actual restaurant itself is reminiscent of a smaller hole in the wall restaurant in Korea, which is why I gave it the 3 stars. Unfortunately, the vibes in those restaurants include the incredible foods being spit out by their kitchens and we just didn’t get that so it stops at 3.

Good Food & fast service. We went in at 6.20pm and was able to leave for the Wicked show at 7.10pm. I recommend the Bibimbap & Pork Bulgogi

Food was unfortunately very bland, everything tasted like it was drenched in vinegar and ginger, the service was good and fast but the food really just disappointed us.

Visited during weekday lunch time, got in shortly after it opened and 30m later it was packed! Had seafood bibimbap, was a big portion and plenty of seafood too. Although it was super busy service was quick and the staff was friendly. Would love to try other dishes too.

Me and my girlfriend came to visit this hidden gem in Victoria for a quick dinner. The music is not too loud but also not too quiet. I had the crispy fried chicken and spicy pork with steamed rice, everything was perfect. the staff were so attentive and kind. I had a wonderful experience here. A COMPLETE DISASTER NEVER AGAIN!! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place had no interest in customer service. Before we even sat down, we were bluntly told we must leave by 10 pm not exactly a warm welcome. The food? Absolutely horrendous. Bland, borderline not edible! I’ve had better meals from microwave. To make matters worse, while we were rushed out the door at 10 pm ,the waitress’s friends were allowed to stay. Clearly, regular customers don’t matter here. Avoid, avoid,avoid

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. Our server recommended the Kimchee Jiggae Ramen, which turned out to be absolutely delicious and one of the best soups we've had. The atmosphere was tranquil, and the location was convenient to find while touring the town. We highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent food and exceptional service.

After trying mannnyyyy, this is the BEST Korean restaurant in london. The chicken bibimbap is the most flavourful one i’ve tried, and the JJAMBONG UDON SOUP is insanely good, super spicy, and full of seafood. The soup is huge so make sure you’re sharing.

Stopped in on my way to watch Hamilton. Amazing flavours! Beautiful! Small space so I sat on the bar by the window, but it was a pleasure to look out and watch passerby. The Pleasure on my face was so evident that many would pause, walk back and look at the menu. I had a kitchen starter and a spicy seafood ramen (only adjustable if you can take serious heat). I am planning my return trip already. My ramen came with rice instead of noodles as I asked for a gluten free option. (Friendly on the wallet).

I am a big fan of bulgogi but unfortunately I didn’t like the texture of the meat. The Japchae was flavourful. We thought the pajeon is just a lot of flour and nothing much on it. The chicken bulgogi noodle was just ok. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Nearest tube station - Victoria

Fabulous place to eat before going to see Hamilton at the Victoria Palace theatre. Really tasty food, we all had the bibimbap with various toppings. Super-fast service and Barry friendly too! Highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Victoria.

Yesterday I visited Lime orange with my friends for treat and we explore more of their menu, and it was another fantastic experience! This time, we had the Tofu Udon (VG), Seafood Udon, Spicy Chicken Bulgogi, and the refreshing Iced Plum Tea. The tofu udon was perfectly great delicious option for vegetarians. The spicy chicken bulgogi and seafood udon was full of bold flavors and had just the right amount of heat to make it irresistible. The iced plum tea was a delightful way to cool off – sweet, tangy, and incredibly refreshing. As always, the staff were quick and attentive, ensuring we had a seamless dining experience. This place never fails to impress! Highly recommend trying these dishes.

I ordered KIMCHEE JIGGAE RAMEN (kimchi stew + ramen)... The taste is the same as eating it in Korea. But... the ramen noodles... are given in the form of uncooked hard snacks. I think they may not know because they are foreigners. I just ate it after stirring it with chopsticks for a while. You have to order rice separately too.

Is this Korean food??? I ordered bibimbap, but the rice was so tough that it almost turned into rice cake if you overcooked it, and the vegetables, especially the carrots, came out so overcooked that they were completely unrecognizable. This is bibimbap that you can't find in Korea.

Will preface this by saying the food other people around us ordered did look good, especially the bibimbaps, this is therefore a review specifically about the dish we had along with the general atmosphere and service: Food: Had the army stew hotpot, the price tag alone at £37 should've been the first red flag but since it said it served 2 people we went for it. For context, at the same price you could get two entire pork or chicken bibimbaps AND an order of fried chicken, and still have a pound to spare. So obviously we expected this extremely pricey dish to be worth it. What we got was the shallowest hot pot dish with the barest amount of spam and sausages, a lot of onions, some old veggies and a block of solid packaged ramen placed vertically perpendicular on the plate (wish I had taken a photo when it was served this way), also no cheese slices like other Korean restaurants usually serve with army stew. The position of the noodle block was such that when we had to flatten it into the soup, it splashed everywhere, not quite sure what the logic of putting the noodles like that was. The 15 pound army stews I've had elsewhere had a lot more meat, heartier flavor, and fresher vegetables, with large portions. Utterly disappointing, and again I'm sure we would've been happy if we had ordered two bibimbaps and a fried chicken but would really tell anyone to stay away from ordering the hot pot, severely overpriced for what it is. Service - Lackluster, and not proactive, politely asked for water multiple times only to be ignored and finally got it after a while, any other request including our food order had to be flagged a few times to have the servers come to the table, without which they basically stood talking loudly in a corner Atmosphere: Nothing to write home about, however the hotpot burner was dirty and unsanitary without having been wiped so having it right near the plates wasn't ideal, the decor was minimal, and the place overall was decently lit. Overall: do NOT order the hotpot, the other dishes looked really nice maybe order them as takeaway or on an app because the service isn't great either

This was a lovely lunch time find. Went looking for a street market and instead had a sit down Korean meal. I had noodles with seafood, there was lots of it, all delicious. I had a Korean green tea to drink, I enjoyed it, but couldn't quite recognise all the flavours, must come back and try it all again

Mediocre food and poor service. The waitress couldn't care less that we didn't enjoy our meal. Tables are crammed in together, making it uncomfortable. The interior looks tired and kind of grubby. There's a limited drinks menu. Overall very disappointing.

Relatives had recommended the place to us, so we tried to discover it. Amazing traditional cuisine. The waitresses are very friendly and give very relevant advice. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the dishes. This is clearly THE best restaurant to try in this area, if there is any doubt.

My family is visiting from states and we decided to try this restaurant as i had seen it on social media a while back,went in with no booking and i would suggest you book prior because its soo busy for its size. The dishes were very tasty and the starters were huge,most of us were already full before we even dived into our mains.. The service is great .the girls were lovely and very accomodative despite how busy it was.,we will definetly be back if we are ever around .Highly recommend

I'll first say that the servers did their best and were polite. The menu had a lot of options including bibimibap, hot pots, fried rice, udon dishes, Korean BBQ and much more all at reasonable prices. The restaurant was very busy on a great location showing it's popularity but why the 2 stars? We were a group of 10. 6 of us ordered starters and 2 came out in about 15mins. 35 minutes passed before we complained about the remainder. They kept saying the kitchen is busy and we are a big table... Mind you three other tables that came in after us got their starters and most mains. Almost 40 minutes later another 3 starters came out after complaining again. The mains took about an hour and 20 minutes and my poor friend's starter came out with it (the 6th starter). Some dishes were not hot nor flavoursome, the pork belly dish was mainly fat, but overall the food was average compared to other Korean restaurants in London (and Korea itself of course which is not a fair statement, I know). I will say the restaurant took most starters off the bill and gave us complimentary ice cream (for my birthday). It would've been nice if the manager came over to offer apologies instead of the servers having to give excuses. Oh well, I would not visit here ever again!

Um... I don't want to do this to Korean food, but... Don't eat it. The meat in Jeyuk Bokkeum was old and not fully cooked. At least the kimchi in the kimchi stew was edible. Rice is very bad

The best restaurant is Victoria easily! I have tried a few dishes here now and they never disappoint. The food is packed full of flavour and is very fresh! Highlights are the tofu Bimini bap, kimchi pancakes and seafood udon noodles. Very generous portions and reasonable privies

British Korean food My friend and I came in because of the good reviews. But after we tasted the food, we decided to let others who want some real Korean cuisine know what they would have here. Korean fried chicken was very dry and without a real sweet and spicy seasoning. Jjigae (soup) had no anchovy flavour, it was bland and lost its soul.

The waiters were very friendly and polite and the service was outstanding! I loved the japchae for the starter and I'd definitely recommend this place and come again. Great and fulfilling dinner!

We went to this restaurant few days ago and it was our first time trying, we enjoyed the food , the beef stew was super tasty and hearty, we also had udon noodle seafood soup which was lovely. Me and my friend personally can’t eat too spicy things so we asked if they could make it mild which they said yes and made it so mild and so tasty!! I really like this place :)

My wife and I happened upon this spot on our way to see the palace. Our dishes, Japchae and Shimp Tempura, were awesome. Prices were fair, and the service was adequate. We visited around 1pm on a weekday and the restaurant was just two-thirds full. Would definitely visit again if we find ourselves in that area of London.

This is my second visit. At first, I ordered kimchi stew, not expecting much, but it was spicy and delicious, so I came back and ordered green onion pancake, tteokbokki, and bibimbap, and the green onion pancake was so delicious. I recommend the pajeon and kimchijigae

Really excellent meal. A great selection of dishes and everything we ordered was fantastic. The wings and Bimibap were my favourites! It was really good value as well and couldn't believe it when we received the bill. A fantastic place and somewhere we will return to as soon as we can.

I found a good kimchi stew restaurant in London.. 🥹 The kimchi stew is really delicious, I highly recommend it ㅠㅠㅠ It makes me want to go back to London to eat this. It's just crazy.

6.5/10 Not bad Korean restaurant in Victoria area. Korean Fried Chicken is good but curious about why they use Thai sweet chill seasoning not Korean style. Soup Stew is hot with good portion.

A really welcoming atmosphere with great Korean cuisine. My husband has a bean allergy and didn’t realise the hot pot contained them, the staff were very understanding and replaced the hot pot straight away without the beans! It can be hard to find good, tasty Korean cuisine and I think me and husband have finally found a place we will keep coming back to!

I went to lunch with my niece and the staff were really friendly. Both myself and my niece have food intolrences and the staff were so kind and accomedating. We felt very well looked after and the service was amazing. We both had an amazing afternoon. Food was amazing and the place was really nice. I would definitely recommend Lime Orange. Really good authentic food... Loved it so much that have recommended to all my friends and family and colleagues 😊
