Levi's Bar in Milton Keynes

Decidí reservar una merienda por la tarde en el hotel, con mi amigo como regalo de cumpleaños. Realmente me hubiese gustado no haber elegido este hotel. A su llegada, había confusión sobre mi reserva, mi nombre, y si tuviera un vale o no. No tenía ni idea de qué se refería, pero luego nos sentimos decepcionados de que quizás había una oferta especial que tenía perdimos. Los bocadillos eran todas las tartas eran rancios y hard rock, no fue sin duda recién preparados. Los bollos, que llegó más tarde y la taza de té eran tanto agradable. No nos dieron servilletas/servilletas y tuve que usar el mantel para limpiar nuestras manos, hasta que pudimos encontrar a alguien para pedir algo. Me parecio muy corto de personal. Pedimos un vaso de agua fría, pero nos dieron agua caliente en teteras en vez, tardó media hora para finalmente conseguir el agua fría. Fuimos a pagar, pero no había personal por un buen 15 minutos a preguntar. Ciertamente no es el de alta calidad que cabe esperar de un lugar elegante como este. Es una pena que fue tan decepcionante y mi día especial fue arruinado! Estoy seguro de que hay restaurantes mucho mejor calidad!

have been here for afternoon tea several times normally very good so we went near to Christmas what a mistake. We were served with a poor display of sandwiches and scones no cakes. The way that they wre serving afternoon tea had changed since there new chef had started there well he had destroyed the previously great looking afternoon tea, you got sandwiches and scones to start with then later the cakes would be brought up. So there was no longer the lovely looking tray they used to do. the worst part was that we asked for decaffeinated coffee and were brought ordinary coffee but did not find this out until we asked for another pot of decaffeinated coffee only to be told they did not have any decaffeinated coffee having drunk a pot of normal coffee that was bad news for my wife with problems caused by caffeine so decaffeinated is always asked for. We did phone the Hotel to complain and they said they would get back to us but despite a second phone call they have never got back to us with an explanation as to why we were given normal coffee.

We were put on one table in the conservatory out of the way .. private nice touch .. but then they wanted to show people around and stood discussing possibilities as a future wedding when we were eating !! Service was awful started off bad as no choice of teas given as we were a large party of 11 no small teapots as we were a large party and he wasn't going to bother offering us various teas in pots we were having Tetleys.. End of .. Duly delivered I n Large conference type tea/coffee pot which was dumped ceremoniously on table (one at a time only and only once one had been emptied was refilled ) think we had 2 or 3 of them between us all and so the tea tasted like the coffee previously held in the pot the day before.. The food was less than basic we had mixed sandwiches so it started off well date & walnut cake, lemon drizzle cake, chocolate on top of biscuit base (not sure what that was ) macaroon and a burnt choc chip Cookie(nothing fancy or appetising whatsoever) Scone with cream and jam. Not offered any other drinks. Afternoon tea .. service was so slow we ended up being there for 4 hours last hour waiting for bill to arrive !! Management really need to up Your game on service, training your staff, food presentation. I certainly wouldn't recommend you for afternoon let alone a girls wedding day.

If you like to have afternoon Tea this is the place to go the tea is brought to you in a box with 8 different teas and you can open and smell the different teas that are available.if you do not like the tea you have chosen you just ask them to change it never a problem. the food is fresh and very good and the scones come last and are fresh and hot. Have been to 4 different places for Afternoon Tea and this is the best

Mi marido y yo fuimos para un té por la tarde esta tarde como comprar en una vida social y estábamos más que impresionados. Llegamos y nos sentaron en una mesa bien fijo de té y nos dieron una variedad de tés para elegir. Nuestros tés llegamos junto con nuestro stand de té de la tarde, estaba lleno de placeres culinarios. Tuvimos una selección de seis sándwiches de dedo cada una en el fondo, seis pasteles para compartir en el nivel medio y un macarrón y galleta cada una en el nivel superior. Todos los artículos eran deliciosos y agradable. El camarero se llegó a claro nuestros platos y preguntó si estábamos listos para nuestros bollos! fueron comprados a nosotros y eran enormes y bien caliente y servido con un enorme plato de cuajada y mermelada. Una experiencia realmente agradable en una ubicación encantadora que me di cuenta es sólo una milla o así de MK central.
