I've been a resident of Folkestone for nearly 6 happy years and can declare the Chicken Milanese with lettuce and scamorza cheese (with a topping of Tony's Special Sauce) to be the finest sandwich I have tasted since my arrival. The star of the show is the bread itself, made on site using all natural ingredients, but it is ably complimented by everything, the sum of which is a sandwich without parallel. The coffee is also superior to a lot of what you get locally and Tony is friendly and happy to talk about the food and life in general. Not to mention the stunning views of the harbour from inside the old signal box. I look forward to a return trip to this culinary gem. Bravo!

Oh MY! You must absolutely try this cosy little sea view cafe on the old train line just for the experience of having a pistachio croissant. You can see the old train switches right in the middle of the cafe plus the friendly Sicilian and his much praised self-made focaccia bread is apparently also not to miss. Beats the same old same old and the Italian products and Italian music add to the charm. You can also walk down and check out the harbour and the very cool Gormley sculpture which is a 5-10 minute walk down the end and down the steps. Worth every bit!

A new and fantastic find for us. We walk from Sandgate to Folkestone and back again several times a year and stumbled across Let's Amore recently. Owned by Italian's and providing authenticate imported foods from Italy, as well as making their own produce on site including focaccia bread with a choice of fillings, cakes, coffee's and teas.. There is limited seating inside. The food was delicious and tasty and we look forward to returning again. Polite and friendly service (and conversation) also received from the owner.

Great little spot on the Harbour Arm in the old Signal Box. Tony greeted us and we sat with our dog with a lovely view. We all had super tasty Focaccia sandwiches (veggie and meat ones) and they were absolutely delicious. We had a good chat with Tony who revealed that he makes the Focaccia himself each morning (which I imagine is why it tastes so delicious!). He told of his journey to getting Let's Amore opened. It's just so lovely to hear of someone willing to make a go of it!! Wishing you and Juliette the best of luck for the future which I am sure will be as amazing as the food there!

I can't understand the five star ratings. Tea and coffee were OK but the cake was ordinary and a little stale and the sandwiches were made with cheap bread and cold, pre-cooked bacon. We were very d
