We ordered crunchy Korean chicken wrap it is taste a little pit spice the size is decent portion it costs 6.99 . And the kids menu also is a good box size I like that they include vege in there kids menu also it does come with fresh orange juice price is 3.99 Nice seating area

Ok, so I know it’s fast food and cheap BUT I still expect a certain level of cleanliness when eating in a restaurant. Floors and tables were still sticky after having to ask for our table to be cleaned. Bill for two of us was £25 for two wraps and some chicken bites. Was convenient but wouldn’t return as much better places nearby

Went here as we were going to the London Palladium for a show, ordering is easy on the terminals. But as others have said the place was dirty and even after me having to ask for our table to be cleaned , it was still so Sticky so we had to ask politely if he could clean again, The floor and general cleanliness here seems to be lacking. The food was average and the wraps we had seemed like they hadn’t been toasted (or not toasted nearly enough). Tho it was quick I wouldn’t return here

I’ve been a loyal customer since they started. The portions get smaller and smaller and today it was appalling. There’s is less than a spoon of chicken. Not worth the money. It is not what it used to be. Won’t come back

Terrible experience. Manager was rude, atmosphere was bad and no welcoming at all. The previous manager was better. Very cheerful and helped out with a smile. This new one is terrible. Promises you one thing and does the opposite. Avoid going to this store and go to another down the road.

Newest review today on the 25th Jan 2024. I'm here sat down not busy at all. Normally I wouldn't review but simply leave it. But the food is so bad that it makes tesco 100x better. The nuggest so dry it's just impossible. The table wasn't cleaned until we asked for the waiter to do so. The pitta bread might as well opened a pack from tesco!! 0 effort 0 place!!

Filthy restaurant with Pigeons walking in. No cleaning being done in lobby or entrance with over flowing bins. And now we have suspected food poisoning from Lunch. The worst of all worlds. This restaurant should be shut by Westminster council on safety grounds alone. Not the only ones who have become sick after eating here. Avoid.

Since 2009 every time I am in London I go to one of LEON branches for lunch and now it’s been a few years since my last visit and a lot has chanced. Unfortunately not in a good way. Portions are very small, smaller than they have been. No more side of aioli which was definitely one of the hits and shame that even when you are eating in the serve your tea/coffee in take away cup - which is shame, for a place that wants to encourage health and sustainability.

Very friendly staff. Usually go for the chicken burger. I highly recommend the freshly baked cookie.

I accidentally put in the wrong order and got a meat wrap when I don't eat meat. The team were super helpful and swapped it for me without making me feel at fault. Amazing customer service and will definitely be back.

Super happy as a coeliac to find somewhere that caters for GF. I had the korma rice box meal deal which comes with fries and a drink. I also had the GF chicken nuggets, highly reccomended was a lovely spot for lunch and super yummy! There isn’t much seating there but it’s a great lunch spot.

Used to be one of the best healthy fast food chains in London, but the food and service quality dramatically declined recently. The chicken is too dry, the salad is very hard, the staff didn't put sauce with my chicken nugget order.

I never leave reviews but the girl I met today was sooo lovely I couldn’t, I can’t remember her name but she had beautiful eyes and so was so sweet and made my whole day. Need to hire more people like this honestly they make such so impact. Thank you so much darling !!!

Definitely got food poisoning from here chicken satay box wasn't cooked thoroughly only noticed my chicken was that weird purple grey couple grey colour half way through my meal i have a sensitive stomach so was really disappointed as i always eat at their London Bridge branch and never have this issue

It was my first time eating at Leon. A classmate recommended it. I had the curry meal, and it was delicious. The atmosphere is pretty chilled and relaxed.

Coffee served only in plastic cups, although they have exposed on the shelf porcelain espresso cups, a total discrepancy between the nice interior design and the idea of a classy coffee bar. I wonder why do they not expose the plastic cups...cookies served in a paper envelope....in Italy is a sacriledge to drink coffee in plastic, the smallest village serves coffee in porcelain or ceramic cups... No toilets to wash your hands, normally this bar should be shut down by local authorities Hope they will consider critics constructive. I wonder if it is the same in NY

I have been enjoying Leon for years. I love the food. Friendly staff. Today I was served by Lea. She even brought my food out to my table. So nice!

Excellent service every time I’ve been (I work around the area) and very helpful staff (special mention to Anderson, who I think is the manager/supervisor). Would highly recommend!

Quick cheap easy the perfect combo the drinks were quick and tasty very reasonable price’s considering we were in the centre of London stop here for a quick drink or snack it’s good

It's my second visit to this shop, my first experience wasn't good and when I came back to the shop and spoke with the shop manager Mr Ishak, he was polite and sympathising and offered us a free meal as a compensation. The food was excellent this time and I can't say more than thank you to the shop manager who was very considerable.

Comida muy muy sana no es porque está ya echa es procesada. Pedí un wrap pero la salsa era demasiado dulce pero la hamburguesa de pollo 🐓 muy buena. Recomiendo si nos tienes tiempo

First time in Leon. Easy to order. Good food and great service. I also received a name check when I left. As the Terminator said, "I need your boots, your clothes and your motorcycle". I'll be back.

Our phone got stolen there. Apparently, it was the 2nd one to be stolen that day. Someone asking for change with a piece of paper managed to get somehow take it off the table while we were eating.

A bit disorganised compared to other Leon locations. The tills were presenting us with different drink options depending on main item chosen, which shouldn't happen. I put in my email address to receive a receipt, but it never came so I had to request a duplicate which took ages. Food also took over ten minutes even though the location was quiet (everyone who ordered after me was served before me). My drinks weren't initially given to me with my order so I had to request these, and despite sauces being clearly speficied on the order, not all of these were supplied either. While I was waiting for my order, another customer returned to say her food was stone cold.

Leon on Carnaby St used to be my favourite but unfortunately not any more. I did see lots of changes there e.g. staff I’ve ordered a smoothie and noticed that wasn’t filled up to the top. So I’ve asked a member of staff could he fill it to the top, his answer was we don’t fill them to the top. I am a regular customer so I do spot any changes in portion sizes etc. Really disappointed.

Generally good. Need to sort out the sauce orders. When I order 2 sauces please feel free to charge me for 2, rather than giving me just one. Perhaps change your settings and instruct staff to fulfill the order correctly

the staff we're lovely, Its great to see as many gluten free options as gluten options for once, as a family with a lot of dietary restrictions it was an amazing amount of choice. The atmosphere was surprisingly calm for London and it was great to have a bit of a break! Would highly recommend, next time I'm in London I'm definitely going again

Les burgers étaient excellents ! Malheureusement les frites sont arrivées froides. Le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant.

Very overpriced for what you get, there is also no way to customise your meals on the screen which means if you want to change something you need to queue up to amend it, the fries came out cold and the wrap was very dry. & the seating is very limited.This is the first time we have tried food from Leon and I don’t think we will be returning in a hurry.

The ice latte is horrible, the wrap tastes good but it was half empty, disappointed as it's expensive for the quality and amount of food provided...

The jerk chicken mezze was nice. Very spicy but well cooked and freshly prepared. I prefer the chargrilled one. Good low calorie protein sides. Automated ordering systems were good. Agree with previous reviewer. Filthy beyond words especially the outside.

What a frustrating experience to use the self order screens. Would still be ok if the quality of the coffee wasn’t so different day to day.

Usual leon quality touchscreen to order and now show calories which certainly prompts a stop and think not much indoor seating as expected in London but area outside aswell...food cooked perfectly as expected at leon... Great fast food.

Poor customer service. The person on the till could barely speak English. I couldn’t understand him and he couldn’t understand me. The person ordering before me was asking if there were nuts in the food and due to his lack of English skills could not understand then after a while said he didn’t THINK it had nuts which obviously was not a good enough answer for them. For my order they didn’t have the halloumi wrap I wanted but I didn’t mind and ordered a chicken burger. My fries were either forgotten or he had not understood English enough to add them to the order. When it came without fries I asked where they were and was told I hadn’t ordered them which was in a very rude tone. The food itself was okay but my Korean chicken burger was mostly salad with a generic sauce that I wouldn’t describe as Korean and had a very small amount of chicken in it. The bun was toasted which was a nice touch but did not make up for lack of substance. The Karma coke is really nice though but that is the only thing I would recommend in this restaurant. Overall I was left feeling hungry considering I had spend £9 in there.

New kiosk system has actually slowed down orders. Takes way too long. Just ordered a wrap which I could see sitting there ready and had to wait 10 mins to be called.

3 of us had lunch, nearly £30. I can honestly say it was some of the worst food I’ve ever seen or eaten. Chicken burger, cold & thrown together, fish finger wrap, 2 bites & in the bin. Fries cold as well. Place is dirty, pigeons all over the tables outside. Staff terrible. Leon used to be good, I think it’s now under new owners, I don’t think I shall be rushing back anytime soon!

Honestly the veggie burger and fries were not looking good. Soggy fries, long waiting times and not really tasty burger. £9 for that quality of food, not worth it at all! I would prefer having a good kebab or gourmet burger somewhere else! 1st and last time! 👎

Really gone downhill. The staff are disinterested to the point of being plain rude and the food skimped on. I won't be returning to this branch and given Birmingham station is the same, no more visits to Leon. Shape up or go under I say.

Excellent please don’t make the mistake I did! You order at the entrance on the tablets once you receive an order number than collect. The chips were amazing and the drink was very nice. I think the other star they would have gained if they had more options for vegans. I have been a meat eater my entire life but not at the age of 30 after having a degree in science I have realised meat has significant harms to one’s body so why are fast food industries not doing anything about it. Anyway, good and relatively cheap.

Is it just me or has the quality of food at Leon gone down significantly. This is the third time I’ve been in so many months and probably the low point as my Love burger and fries were completely cold. A few weeks ago I ordered a chicken aioli box which I’m sure has been reformulated (probably to reduce cost) as it no longer tastes as good. This was once my favourite fast food restaurant but I’m afraid I won’t be going back any time soon.

The halloumi wrap was far from good. Dry and disappointing. Also the aubergine was odd and not fresh. Is that Leon that is not the same or is the store?

We came to London for a family holiday and we have all wanted to visit Leon for a while after using their cookbooks for months and it did not disappoint! Gorgeous, delicious and healthy tasting fast food that’s perfect for everyone! The kids meals were of perfect portion and flavour and the adult meals are delicious! We can’t wait to visit again.

Halloumi wrap is by far the best thing here.

Lovely food and great service, first burger attempt had a hair in it, so will deduct one star, but staff resolved it quickly by exchanging it for a fresh burger.

Visited here mid morning Monday 12th July. Lovely food and great service. Shakshuka Eggs are divine and the Halloumi Breakfast box was just right. No mushrooms though!? However, we were told about this upfront and offered a replacement [more halloumi or eggs or beans etc.] I'd definitely go back here. The guys behind the counter were so courteous and friendly.

I'd never been to a Leon before and was recommended by a friend. Korean burger was amazing, will definitely be back.

This is my first time visiting a Leon. I am intolerant to gluten and dairy so it was really nice to be able to have so many options from the menu! I ordered online and to pick up at a time that I booked in and used a 30% code, I was very impressed with the prices and thought they were very reasonable, especially for London. I was SO impressed with the gluten-free chicken burger, I haven't had a burger in years and I was sceptical if they'd given me the gluten version because it tastes so good! You wouldn't have known it was gluten-free at all, the bun was so soft. I had the waffle-style chips and the vegan sauce and the gluten-free chicken nuggets! All of which tasted amazing. They even had 2 dessert options which were vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free! I can't wait to return for more! Also the staff were so friendly too. Thank your Leon for doing so many free-from options for people like me.

My first visit. I liked that it had different options than other fast food places but not so different as to frighten off the kids. The food was tasty and the service was friendly and efficient.

Good food at reasonable price and good ambience

My husband had an early shift nearby and one of their employees came to open. Was amazingly friendly and had a good sense of humour getting him and colleagues coffee. Think she was Spanish? Your staff make your brand! For sure will come back soon!

Really nice food reasonably priced

Stopped for a quick lunch here on a shopping day as had dinner out later. Was ok as chain's go. My daughters food was delicious unfortunately my satay chicken wasn't as good but the portion size was good, the venue was clean and abiding to COVID regs.

Decided to get my Aioli Chicken and Nuggets from this branch instead of my usual and I have to say the customer service was amazing the lady at the front serving me was up beat and friendly and I’ll definitely be changing this to my regular place to get my lunch from now on.

Stopped for breakfast on a Thursday morning and got the orange juice and the buttered toast. Not the healthiest but very comforting and needed! Freshly made and heavenly. Friendly staff. Fast service. Very quiet. Indoor and outdoor seating. Clean. Nice breakfast options.
