So I found this through reviews, never had Vietnamese before, been to Thailand and love that so thought we would give it a go. If you walked past this place you wouldn’t give a second glance just looks like a small cafe, but think again, when we walked in after booking I thought oh dear, but the food service and family are amazing, they food was absolutely amazing with such a friendly service, drinks cheap, would love to go back and really great experience as the Americans would say, throughly enjoyed the whole evening with fresh healthy ingredients. A,asking value cant wait to go again.

I came across this place on my first day of having moved to the area. It was a cold day and felt like something warm, soupy and comforting, and so when I saw it I immediately decided this was the spot. I got a prawn pho and it was delicious; the prawns were perfectly cooked (tender in texture), the herbs & lime were fresh and flavour was well balanced. I loved it! Aside from the food, the place had a very nice, down to earth atmosphere and the hosts were very warm and friendly. I definitely recommend it. Wib

Amazing food. It was so fresh and tasty. We shared starters and then prawn flat noodles and mango salad which I wouldn’t normally order but it was so good. Lovely staff. I’ll definitely be coming back

The service was unbeatable. I went with three friends and we felt super welcomed from the first moment. The restaurant has an inclreible family atmosphere. The owner surprised us by inviting us to a glass of wine that they make by hand, delicious by the way. I recommend Le Tran Cafe 100%

9th I was there with other 3 friends of mine and the service was amazing, the hospitality and the food delicious!!! The waiters very kind, polite and approachable. In the end, they said they had a special surprise for us and they brought 4 glasses of their handmade wine and we toast together. Incredible and delicious wine also, was an amazing experience to repeat, for sure!!

Went with a couple of friends for lunch on a Saturday. Food was delicious and the waitress was very welcoming and friendly.

Brilliant flavours, excellent service, a hidden gem! Would be back in a flash. Make sure to order the spring rolls! And the Pho.

Bun Cha Ha Noi, tasty BBQ pork slices, very nice. Chicken curry was like old style Chinese, fantastic flavours. Salt and pepper ribs very nicely done, lots of taste with a decent hit of chili. Will definitely be back.

I hesitated to mention how good this place is because it’ll be a nightmare to get in if too many people catch-on. As usual a simple Vietnamese restaurant made great by well cooked flavoursome food.

We live somewhat locally in Canada Water / Rotherhithe and couldn't decide between Le Tran or some of the more well known Vietnamese in the area. We were so pleased we went with Le Tran in the end because the food was amazing! We ordered the Mango salad which was refreshing and exactly what we needed, the grilled prok vermicelli noodles salad was perfection - the noodles were made in these little baskets with excellent spring onion garnish, and the pho was top notch especially in this downturn of cold weather spell! We were still abit hungry and ordered one of their house curries which we absolutely loved. Cindy and team were so amazing and attentive and was a lovely end to the evening with the dessert and friendly conversations. This is 100% our new favourite place.

Honestly, such a lovely surprise. Was not expecting this to now be my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in London. Get the prawn curry trust me. Also the Papaya salad Is fantastic. Boom boom boom!!!! I mean it.....

I chanced upon Le Tran Cafe whilst in the area and had the very best salt and chilli prawns I’ve had recently. Great Vietnamese curry too with tender chicken and punchy but still moderate fresh flavours and a tasty homemade mixed fruit juice. Strongly suspect every dish will be a winner as real care is obviously taken in preparation. Can’t wait to try some more, in fact heading back this week. Lucky locals, this is exactly the kind of casual but delicious easy pop in place I wish I had nearer to me!!

Walked passed weekly and always threatened to try, finally went there this evening and wished we’d tried it earlier. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food was amazing. Three of us ate and normally one of us is disappointed but not this time. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend this.
