I Noted La Madeleine when sauntering down Church Street to visit Hereford Cathedral. Looked an appropriate place for lunch, so duly returned. Inside there are wooded floorboards, tables without cloths and chairs that could have come from a Church. For starters we both had the...

We are now regulars at this lovely quirky French style vintage restaurant. The standard of service and the food is absolutely wonderful. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable and the owner Helen is lovely. If you want breakfast, lunch, dinner or just tea or coffee with a cake/scone it's all delicious. Simple menus but they cater for all tastes, and the coffee is divine. They are open on a Weds and Friday night, and at the moment you can eat in or out in their courtyard garden at any time. This really is the best place to go to in Hereford for coffee or a meal. Great place to go as a couple or with friends. Don't go anywhere else!

Visited for lunch - lovely little French restaurant cafe - nice decor, well laid out. The menu had a good range which were reasonably priced. Food was freshly cooked, tasty and very enjoyable. Service was swift, the waitress was pleasant and friendly. The cafe is also great for coffees and cakes which are delicious. Ideal for a coffee stop or a delicious lunch.

Due to our regular Friday night chippy being closed we ventured into Hereford to Oceans. We weren't disappointed either. The cod and chips were delicious and piping hot. My wife and daughter had half a chicken and chips each which again they said was delicious. We'll definitely be visiting again.

What a real gem of a place. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, clean and has everything you could want. No faults at all. From a friendly and quick check in to the fabulous breakfast everything was great. We will be back. Great location for walking or if you’re attending a wedding at the nearby Haybarn, home farm venue.

We stopped here to visit the cider mill. We only had a cup of tea and a piece of Bakewell slice but it was all delicious and the staff were lovely and friendly. They have some great looking lunch options and it looked to be very reasonably priced. Open late on some evenings too!

Called in twice during our week, once for coffee, second time for lunch, all of which is homemade. Don't be fooled but the name "Tea Room" the menu is huge, reasonably priced and excellent! You won't be disappointed, they have something for everyone. Well done Rita's!
