went for a meal out yesterday, my friend got the bacon cheese burger, unfortunately the bacon jam made the burger practically inedible unfortunately, other than that the other food was okay

Had a lovely meal at the Burger Shop. Really friendly staff that were professional and helpful. The food was excellent, I personally opted for the Hereford Beef with extra bacon and the BBQ wings which both had a lot of taste and was cooked perfectly. Thanks again guys.

Went with my son for Mother's day - was offered a celebratory glass of prosecco which I declined, explaining I was driving. No alternative was offered 🤔 which was a bit disappointing... Apart from that food was lovely, decent price too. Will return 👍

Just had a delivery from here i had a handful of chips burnt onions rings and a burger you needed a steak knife to cut it was vile the worst one i have have ever had avoid total rip of and that cost nearly £30 quid and took a hour and 40 to come avoid avoid avoid

Very nice experience. The Butter Milk chicken burger, could've used a bit more sauce (but thats just my preference) and the onion rings were a bit less onion, and more batter. In total the food and drinks where very nice and highly suggest coming here. Ps I'll definitely come back again

After not being able to get a table at Beefy Boys at 5:30pm, nor for the following 3 hours, we did a quick search for other burger places and discovered Burger Shop. It was AWESOME!! Burgers were beautiful, nice menu and the perfect size too, plus the staff were great. Will 100% be back next time i’m in Hereford.

Have been before, due a 5 star review. Saturday lunchtime, not crammed. If you love a proper meat, veggie or vegan burger, as good a quality as Beefy Boys but less busy, Burger Shop is a great choice and venue, inside or in The Yard. Great service and top quality burgers freshly made, Burger Shop Hereford should be top of your list (no offence BB but my sister preferred Burger Shop having tried both). All sides great, skin on fries, sweet potato fries, best onion rings… A genuine 5 star review from a very satisfied customer having visited this lunchtime, 1/3/25. Thank you front of house and chef team at Burger Shop, Hereford. 100% recommend and will return.

I came to the burger shop in the half term with my family, I had a Worcester blue burger and it was phenomenal!!🤩🤩 Our server Lily was so lovely, we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Lovely meal out this week at the Burger Shop. Lovely atmosphere, chilled and excellent service from Dani and Maddie, shout out to them! The food was spectacular, succulent and tasty burgers, side of fall of the bone chicken wings and an excellent chicken burger for my son. Out far too much…highly recommended!

We usually go to the Worcester one as we love the Viaducts feel. Tried Hereford and its lovely here too. Maddie and Dani had the right balance of checking on us but not being OTT attentive. I had the Pork Belly burger and Wow was that pork good! My partner had the Kimchi burger and he'd never had kimchi before. Let's just say there's now Kimchi in our fridge! Never ever take the Cheese Curds of the menu! Ever! Frickles weren't as nice as I'd hoped, personal opinion. 9yr old thought they were amazing the next day though! Lovely night, thank you.

It was amazing eating here. This place did a lot of justice to the name of Hereford and its beef’s reputation because, unlike other burger places, here the quality of the burger was just on another level. Obviously, the patties are the main characters of the story but the rest of it (the brioche buns, the combination of flavours, the homemade sauces - highly recommend the roasted garlic mayonnaise, and the skin on fries are also just amazing). We’ll keep coming back for more.

We were a walk in looking for a burger and had skipped lunch so super hungry. Dani was serving us and showed us to our table which was comfortable and warm on this cold day. Food was amazing and even had room for dessert salted caramel brownie I can highly recommend. Service was fab and even carried on next door for a beer and the rugby!

Service exceptional to indifferent- depending on personnel. Great waiter. Burger tasty and great value but over sauced and brioche bun did it no favours. Chips magnificent as always and beer interesting. Atmosphere as expected on a Wednesday lunchtime. Potentially incredible, actually only commendable .

The food is fantastic! I love that they offer a gluten free bun that is delicious and not just something that will suffice. The service is wonderful! As far as atmosphere, it's aesthetically so great, it's just a little loud with the music and people talking loudly over the music. The food is so great, though, I'll definitely be back!

I took my partner and daughter here a few weeks ago. I have to say, the meals were pretty good, and on that basis alone, I'd probably go back What didn't I like? No one to greet us when we arrived. No one to show us to a suitable table. Were we just supposed to walk in and sit down at a random table? We sheepishly did so, expecting someone to come and berate us. We soon realised that we were also responsible for taking our own order. Order food at on the website linked to by the QR code, but order drinks at the bar - obviously. Before we were half way through making our order, I'm not even sure we'd seen a member of staff, so I was a little baffled by the request for a tip when I went to checkout/pay for our order. For what service? We hadn't received any. And of course you have to wonder whether other people actually tip, or receice the same level of no service before being asked to pay for great service Thankfully they did have a chef on duty, and a server appeared from time to time after that point A baffling experience, but I guess great if you have soxial anxiety Maybe they should ask for tips after providing some service, though

I used to love this place but I worry that it’s going the same way as so many other restaurants. Having initially been greeted and told to take a seat, a sullen waitress came over to the table and greeted my small party with a ‘have you booked?’ It was a Monday lunchtime, there were plenty of tables available and a smile and a ‘Hello’ would have been appreciated first! She also didn’t bother to tell us that the specials had all run out, which was annoying, given that all three of us were going to order from that board. The other gripe is the main menu; there are more vegetarians in the country than there are vegans, so why are so many restaurants focusing exclusively on vegan food? It’s not enough to tell customers they can have a ‘real’ slice of cheese to make a vegan burger vegetarian. It would be great if chefs would use some imagination and always offer a delicious vegetarian burger AND a vegan burger, alongside the many meat options. It’s not great for a business’ environmental credentials either - everyone knows people need to eat less meat, so why not just offer more alternatives for everyone?

10 of us visited for birthday celebrations, as soon as we arrived a waitress took our drinks orders. All our food arrived at the same time, hot and delicious. The onion rings are immense! Really enjoyed our visit, thank you!

Just had a home delivery. Usual order. Ordered a few times before. This time it was awful. Very salty and not edible. Spoilt our confidence. Doubt we will be back.

I can honestly say, hand on heart, that this is absolutely the very best burger I've ever had! I'm actually glad that I don't live close by as I'd become extremely overweight if I did as my powers of restraint against a burger this good would fail miserably... Very highly recommended to everyone!!
