Magnifique trouvaille que ce joli café dans une traverse d'Oxford street. Ambiance cosy, personnel agréable, pt déjeuner délicieux. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Londres.

Was told to take a seat as I was eating in. Was then completely ignored while they carried on serving later arriving customers. After a 5 minute wait I left and went elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. The host was very, very rude. I come here with my colleagues every week for lunch and grab coffee in the morning and have always had a wonderful experience. The experience today has changed my mind and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent food better coffee. Having to know the place before going finally had the opportunity and did not disappointed. Prices are London type but quality is above the average. Missed the bikes there this time.

As soon as I walked into the place saying hello I was greeted with a miserable Emo attitude like they don't want to be there and why are the customers here talking to us. This vibe/ behaviour has to be dealt with and eradicated immediately. My friend immediately picked up on this miserable vibes and said never coming back again especially as he recommended the place to me as he believed the veg options was ideal. He felt embarrassed with the behaviour and recommending this place. Given that I am the exact target customer who is vegetarian I was very interested to go. I liked my order, however I was heavily put off ordering more things due to the staff's miserable attitude, non helpful demeanour to choosing food options which was not welcoming at all. Made me think twice about ever coming back, I rather just go to another establishment that has the cinema where I would pay more. Given that this place charges premium prices and it's not Pret or Starbucks we were met with negative stiff attitude across the whole staff even though several interaction were done. Seating and restroom area was clean, however was heavily lacking the subtle welcoming skills of customer service killing the environment that makes you feel the staff are not a pleasure to interact with. Requires a non jaded experienced front of house person to inject some life into the place that does not have Emo challenges.

We were about to visit the Pret a Manger opposite their place for a quick sit down and a cup of tea whilst we were shopping along Oxford Street. However, I happened to notice this place and we decided to pay Lavelle Bean and Bike a visit. How right we were to do this! The place itself is very tastefully decorated and the snacks offered all looked homemade. My humble pot of tea was beautifully presented and the cookie I had with it was very tasty. It should be noted that this place serves a lot of herbal teas, however, although not explicitly advertised, English Breakfast Tea is also served. Prices weren't overly cheap, however considering we were in the heart of London, they weren't bad. The service was also quick and efficient. I was served by a pleasant lady who got me situated with ease. This place wasn't huge inside, although there were enough tables for everyone which is the main thing. Overall, I would highly recommend diverting off to this lovely little café whilst in the Tottenham Court Road/Soho area of London!

Stopped by on an impulse, because it was just around the corner from our air bnb. While the coffee was average, the berry pots were good and fresh, if bot slightly expensive. The vegan coconut pancakes though, amazing.

i cant describe it in words, the staff are so nice and so is the food. would definitely visit here again! 100/10 recommend

Lovely place for brunch or coffee and cake. Had a small issue with our coffees which was efficiently handled by Aditiya (I think that was the ladies name 😬) who also took the time out to check that our issue was sorted efficiently and have a chat about coffee. Will be returning soon.

This was such a pleasant visit. <3 The cakes and coffee were delicious and the team looking after the place - absolutely delightful! We stayed for a second round of coffee and sweets as everything was just so good, and we were treated with a couple pastries to go. <3 Thank you so much, we'll be back soon!!

discovered this newly opened cafe - coffee - tea house and was blown away with the quality of food - the friendly service - the stylish interior salads were all different - all very healthy and all very delicious smoothies were superb and the cake to die for
