Thank you for delightful afternoon. The afternoon tea was genuinely nice and enjoyable. However, upon entering the restaurant, we were led to seating where there were already six people seated and we would all been really squashed sitting among them with no privacy to talk as we would have all been talking amongst each other. We requested if there were any other seats and then were seated on the terrace where there was plenty seating. We were then left with a menu by the waitress but no explanation of the booking we had made and what we should be looking at. A waiter came along 5 minutes later to say if we were ready, and it was then I asked the waiter to confirm what we were booked in for and confirm the menu. Both the waitress and waiter who both served and seated us did not appear to be interested and showed no customer service, which is a big shame, so not really a pleasant start for the afternoon tea I had booked for. Whilst we were having the afternoon tea, two other waitresses came to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything, Both showed so much enthusiasm and interest that it was such a nice feeling and it’s a shame we did not get that service when we came in, got seated and got served.

Extremely tiny shop, very difficult to choose what you want. It's not a place if you want to have your regular catch up coffee/cake meet, but of course the brand keeps it crowded. Suggest to take away only.

It’s a small Laduree; takeout, no internal seating in the Burlington Arcade. But if you love macaroons, you can’t go wrong with The Best! They also serve espresso, etc. Nice server.

We visited here as a stop for a coffee and macaron during a trip to Covent Garden. The lady that asked us to wait for a table was very polite. From there downhill it went. Staff didn’t seem to be happy to be working there. Teaspoon dropped on the table which didn’t bother us until a member of staff said s**t sorry?! We only ordered 2 macarons but plate was a bit oversized for that!! Think next time we’ll swerve here and go for coffee elsewhere

I am not sure what the fuss is about. We went to the shop and bought a bag of maccaroons. They tasted average and nothing spectacular. I think it's overrated. I am sorry but I won't return.

Beautiful cream tea with amazing macaroons! Sat outside near the street entertainment of Covent Garden. Staff were quick, attentive & professional. Delicious cream tea with macaroons! A little gem! We will be back.

Beautiful setting. Great location within convent garden and the interior design is similar to the one in Paris (as expected) Lovely customer service and dishes were just as delightful. My favourite go to when I'm feeling the wanderlust for Paris.

I visited during my birthday weekend whilst staying in London. Upon walking in to the shop downstairs, it looked beautiful and we quickly made the decision to eat in the cafe. We went upstairs and we ended up being left standing there for about ten minutes when a waitress said she would find us a table. The service didn’t live up to the cost applied to the dining. The cake and drinks were of course lovely but I can’t say I was impressed with the staff at all.

A much needed coffee break was enjoyed here. Not the best for cakes if you have allergies but lovely cappuccino. Very nice decor but not step free and the toilets were quite a hike.

£6.50 for a slice of chocolate cake to take away is ridiculous! It was only £5.50 a year ago. But they are tasty. This little café does have tables, but they never have enough staff on duty and so you may have to wait for some time to be served.

My Filipino family entered here as I recommended this place to them. Upon entering and browsing for more than 10 minutes not one member of staff asked if they needed assistance. Yet when white British people walked in they were greeted from Behind the counter!! Upon paying for some macaroons the cashier dropped the money into the hand of my stepfather like he was disgusted with the thought of touching him. Not impressed

We always try to pop into Lauderee when in town. The shop in Paris is also a must when in Paris . This branch is tiny but the offerings are good .

I recently popped in to see and sample the macarons as they were the original creators. The colours were dazzling and vibrant and displayed beautifully. Unfortunately the disappointment of the macarons lingered in a mix of chewy and very crunchy texture. The meringue biscuits were flat(not airy and fluffy with a crisp exterior as expected) and crunchy. The flavours of the fillings had no notes coming through apart from the sugary paste mix. The macarons I had are closer to custard cream biscuits than anything else. I hope they'll get better in the future. In the meantime there's much better supermarket macarons at a fraction of the cost.

I popped here last week with my Mum on a very wet London day. A beautiful looking, if not minuscule location. Just two tables which were outside the cafe, but inside the Burlington arcade. Very lavish gold interior with a delicious selection of macaroons etc. We were lucky both tables emptied at the same time after spending 15 minutes walking up & down the arcade waiting for a spot! The coffee & macaroons were very delicious. The only let down for me was the service. The waitress certainly didn’t win any points for courtesy or friendliness. Almost felt like an effort or a nuisance that we were there. Otherwise we really enjoyed it.

Sehr stillvolles Ambiente. Man muss auf einen Tisch warten was sich aber durchaus lohnt. Tee Liebhaber und Dessert Liebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten.

Ladurrée in Covent Garden is a slice of Paris at the London’s heart. The chocolate, the macarons, choose one of each color and discovery the amazing and fresh taste. Even the mint tea is unique. A great viber, customer service 5 stars. Great place after or before the teatre or a good option to seat down and have a break after walking around the town centre.

This was a treat for my friend and her children. We had a long wait but it was definitely worth the deli food that awaited us. I particularly loved the brioche French toast. It’s worth the cost and wait and trouble to get there so will be sure to go again.. and again!

Beautiful Italian style latte. Served promptly and without fuss and / or upselling. As a visitor to the city, this was a revelation (or should I say ‘Ravello-ation’).

I frequently visit this Starbucks before work and the staff truly make my mornings all the better. They are polite, respectful and all around amazing people! As I go there regularly the staff go out of their way to get to know you and your order which just makes my mornings so much brighter. 10/10 would always recommend this location to people!
