I was surprised by the lack of a welcome. No menu offered but later saw that they had some for others who asked. Cold atmosphere. A couple appeared at the door and clearly had not been there before and stood wondering if they should just take a seat or wait to be seated. There were not many in so it was not busy. The owners ignored them so they sat down. Owner came and cleared a nearbuy table and continued to ignore them and then he came and cleaned the nearby table. Eventually one of the couple went to look at the specials board and that prompted the owner to offer them a menu. I bet they dont come again. Looking after customers is key to a smalll cafe and they didnt do it.

First visit. First impressions. Clean, calm, chilled atmosphere even though busy at 11:15 on Saturday. Excellent PPE and social distancing measures. Service was slick, organized, both staff ran the cafe like a well oiled machine. On top of all this. Lunch was delicious. Panini exactly as ordered. Worth the visit and worth the wait if busy.

So many coffee shops popping up now but getting good quality coffee, genuine home made cakes and a nice atmosphere is more difficult. Latte da coffee delivers on all those fronts bright and airy contemporary decor almost Mediterranean, most importantly good coffee and lovely cakes! Pleasant staff added final touch to a lovely experience.

We called here recently for a pit-stop en route for a day out. This is a very pleasant cafe in a light and airy setting with seating outside in the sunshine. There were folk (presumably local) coming and going all the time so it had a nice friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed coffee and toast with marmalade and jam and having said that we were sharing portions of toast the waitress very kindly brought us extra plates and cutlery - sometimes we have to ask for this but not here! We would definitely return here and maybe try the cakes which looked delicious!

Great food if a little pricey. Owners don't seem happy in their work but always worth a visit. Locals and the cycling fraternity enjoy it

I was in the area with my children to visit the Albrighton Fayre. At that awkward moment when one of my children needed the bathroom I decided to go into Latte Da Coffee Shop and purchase drinks for us all and also have my children use the facilities. I was told that they were closing and therefore didn’t service me. Being slightly surprised at the reluctance to make money, I then asked to use the bathroom as I was on my own and my twin 3 year olds still needed to go. I was then abruptly told it was for customers only! I was extremely surprised by a) the reluctance to take my money even when I offered to take the drinks and sit outside so they could continue to do whatever they needed to without us in the way, and b) the absolute flat refusal to allow someone who lives in the village and who likes to drink lots of coffee to use the facilities. As a result I will never bother with them again regardless of how good their product is because their attitude to the customer, the one thing that keeps any business (especially a small one in a rural area) afloat. I will also pass the message around to our friends in the area that have small children not to bother with it as they aren’t receptive to helping out when people need a bit of assistance and are even willing to pay good money for it! Had it of been the case where I just asked to use the bathroom without offering to purchase anything I’d totally understand however...

Local coffee shop, nice inside and in the summer its great to sit outside in the sun, although be quick as this is a very popular spot, it can be either very quiet of full:) Staff are friendly. Food is tasty and offers variety of breakfast/brunch menu. Coffee is proper and delicious. I love their Oreo milkshake with a shot of espresso, mmm:)

I used to eat there most days when I lived in Alb, I have only just moved away. By far the best coffee for miles and excellent food simply and always freshly served. Phil and Anj work very hard to maintain the high and consistent standard. As pointed out by others it is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the food provenance here is top end.

I was already having a lovely visit to Albrighton, re-visiting childhood memories. Visiting Latte Da for lunch was "the icing on the cake". Beautifully prepared, cooked and served food and the coffee was simple gorgeous. All served with a friendly, welcoming attitude and a smile, what more could any customer ask for. I cannot wait to go back.

I was impressed with the sign stating that all food was free ranged AND it was not fried but was somewhat disappointed when the food arrived... yes quality was there but have had better breakfasts at a far more reasonable price... nearly seven quid for breakfast is steep especially when you then have to add nearly two quid for a pot of tea...

Stopped here for breakfast before visiting Cosford museum. We were a little early, although the cafe was open they don't start serving until 9.00 with breakfast available from 09.20. Nothing is fried, so scrambled eggs it was. Great tasting food, good portions and friendly service. Recommend by the whole family.

I was glad to find this coffee shop, which featured a pleasing decor and free parking right outside. The food was fine, but the place seemed to lack vitality. I'm used to coffee shops that engage their clientele in friendly banter. Maybe the good folk of Albrighton prefer silence?

Me and my husband pop in to this café often because it's warm and comforting, Ang and Phil are lovely and we like the sandwiches. I like the fact they have gluten free options. There is a good choice of drinks. My husband loves the Irish Cream latte. Recommend this place for a sandwich and a nice cup of coffee for a nice price.

Yo iba andando pasado en mi camino a casa después de un paseo por la mañana cuando me vio un letrero que dice desayuno inglés completo en Ciabatta. No pude resistir la tentación. No me decepcionó.

I've been before and had a coffee while killing time until a meeting. Thought I would treat my mum to some afternoon tea and chose to visit again. This isn't a criticism of this cafe alone but many. However it's worth pointing out for awareness. My mum has coeliac disease and I would have hoped there would be something suitable. When I enquired I was told they can offer gluten free but the cake was in the freezer. What's the good of that? Clearly we tried somewhere else. As I say this is not the only cafe to receive a review reference lack of gluten free choices.

Went for the first secret diner club evening that is run by Jess who owns the fab 'not today seitan' in liar liar..what can i say?.the food was on another level. Litrally the best vegan food in Oswestry and way surpasses anything else available in a vegan cafe in Oswestry. The food was beautifully presented, the flavours were amazing and the cocktails were beautiful too. Really hope the owner decides to run these evenings on a regular basis although once word gets around i imagine getting a table will be really difficult. Its great to see a vibrant young business do so well and honestly the co trading with Liar liar is such a brilliant idea. Two amazing businesses running side by side. I cannot recommend this highly enough, the best vegan resturant/cafe in town by far

Honestly the best pub meal I've had in years! The steak and Guinness pie was delicious and chips better than many chippies. How they do that with bargain prices baffles me. Highly recommend

Very very disappointing...we booked for Sunday lunch..big mistake. We were not greeted on arrival, there wasn't even anyone behind the bar for us to let them know we had arrived.... But from there it went downhill....we were put on the smallest table in the furthest corner despite there being lots of much nicer empty tables available..we eventually managed to order drinks and asked to order food..The waitress mumbled something and walked off....a lovely young man delivered our drinks and said the young lady would be back.....when she returned to take our food order we asked what she had said, apparently it was they had lamb....then we tried to order but what she actually meant was they only had lamb nothing else and mostly no veg either...one of our party doesnt eat red meat so lamb wasnt an option but the waitress did nothing to try to help the problem...no offer to check if the kitchen could help.....I really could understand this situation if we were walk ins but we had booked...they knew we were coming....why would you not attempt to provide at least one other choice We drove to Bridgnorth from Shrewsbury to take some family out for a treat and thats the best they could offer....obviously we will not return.
