We had a fantastic experience here last night. Despite it being very busy, our waitress, Josie, was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient and efficient as we took full advantage of the unlimited tapas deal, with super speedy service of each of our dishes. She really couldn't do enough for us and genuinely wanted to make our experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The staff at Las Iguanas were very accommodating, friendly & attentive in making our anniversary meal extra special, with a complimentary glass of Prosecco 🥂 the food was delicious (when we asked for slight tweaks with our side dishes, our requests were acknowledged) the atmosphere & music were great, and everything was clean, including the toilets.

Even though we booked, we were turned away by a very rude staff member. Will Never return

Went and had a bottomless tapas meal on Sunday. It was a special deal at £15 per person for 90 minutes bottomless tapas (usually £25 pp).Amazing food, great quick service. The four of us started with 2 nacho dishes and 8 other dishes. Then, as we finished these, the staff were quick to come back and take our next orders. Order, eat, repeat. Couldn't eat any more by the end of the 90 minutes, it was amazing.

Nate was an excellent server. He ensured we were always able to order food and drinks on the bottomless tapas! Great food too

Come here regularly to meet friends. Food is usually good, but last time there was an issue with the meat. Service used to be OK, but tonight was extremely slow, we didn't get our deserts until 2 and a half hours after we sat down. We will try somewhere else next time after coming here for years.

we really enjoyed the food. We especially liked the service. Courtney was brilliant. She noticed what we needed before we even asked. Highly recommend. They have nice lunch time meal deal.

I would rate it lower if I could. We didn't feel welcome. Some of the food was cold. The atmosphere wasn't great as other diners were also complaining. We visited on a Friday evening at 8pm. It was busy, but not packed. We were ignored by most servers, waiting a long time to be seated, order food and pay. When our food arrived some of what we ordered was missing. We asked a server to look into this, but he never came back. When we mentioned this when we came to pay we were met with a "sorry, I'll take it off the bill then." Would not go back.

'twas Hella dank, the main man Nate knew exactly how to treat some young men to a good time.

We went to Las Iguanas Cribbs for our anniversary and our server was Lexie! She were absolutely amazing and made our experience!! We went for the bottomless tapas and bottomless drinks and were constantly being served, by the time we’d finished one dish another was waiting to be eaten! 😁 The food was amazing! my partners favourite was the Hot Honey Beach Cheese! Lexie went out of their way to ensure we were having a good time and was really chatty which was absolutely amazing!💚 We’ll definitely be going again! :)

Service was fab from start to finish. food arrived quickly and was amazing, was asked several Times throughout the meal if everything was ok. All staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful, have already recommended to friends and will definitely be going back

Had a great experience, the staff were incredibly friendly, the food was great and the half price January Tapas was an absolute bargain! Service was running a bit slow but the team warned us of this when they were seating us and said they'd make sure we were happy that we'd had as much as we wanted before we left despite the 90mins time frame and they did just that. We started to get a bit short on time as we had other commitments but we asked the team member if we could get the churros with the next plates and they were more than happy to accommodate.

Jess was really on it and made sure our bottomless brunch was a fun seamless experience. Felt we got out moneys worth and for me who was doing a non alcoholic version she explained all of the options really well.

Me and my boyfriend had lunch at Las Iguanas this afternoon. We were served by Stefan and he was lovely. He was very welcoming and made us a experience that little better!

I used to love Las Iguanas but the food on this occasion was appalling :( I’m gutted it’s gone downhill. It was like microwave food & rock hard. The kids chips & nuggets were so hard they were inedible. My £19 pasta was not worth the price

Not the best experience! Normally love las iguanas but the chicken tasted gross which put us off eating it, and the jambalaya was very dry. Also super over priced. Nice interior though and staff were friendly, just not always very attentive (wasn’t really a waiter in our area of restaurant).

Food was very nice but most of the staff today seemed very surly and uninterested. I know it's NYD and they might be tired but showing a bit of interest and customer service would be appreciated

Me and my friend shared the margarita cheesecake. Wasn’t all that I don’t recommend but the ice cream that came with it was lovely. The churros sundae was lovely and it came with yummy candy floss too, a rich desert though. Very expensive for what it is if I’m honest. But nice

We visited this amazing store last night for a works Christmas party, they couldn't do enough for us and we're so polite and kind and great fun to be around the manger was so accommodating he is a credit to the company

Disappointing. The first waiter was disinterested which didn't help when he advised my first choice of main course was unavailable and then when he took the drinks order he advised that there was no non-alcoholic beer available (which for me was important as I was the designated driver). We then had a change of waiter who was much more helpful and friendly. He offered us free natchos as a good will gesture - possibly when he heard us discuss going somewhere else to eat. When the food arrived it was partially cold and not very appetising so I left a portion of it which, as it turned out, was a smart move. Overall, over-rated. Won't rush back.

We visited for lunch and spent a lovely time. It was 5 of us without the booking, but we managed to get a table without any problems. The service was swift and very efficient, our server took very good care of us throughout the whole meal. The food was very tasty (we tried several starters, mains and desserts) and overall it was a wonderful experience, I'd definitely recommend!

When we arrived we were told there were no restaurant tables available, so the host asked if we would like to sit in the bar area and have the option of ordering our food and drinks at the bar or via the app. That was no problem and we chose to order at the bar as the app didn’t seem to work. The bar staff were incredibly rude and didn’t want to our order, but when we explained that the app wasn’t working they had no option. Finally put our food and drink through and said they’d bring the drinks over. We were a table of 3, one plate of food arrived. We sat waiting for ten minutes before we grabbed the manager and explained we hadn’t received the rest of our meals. When the manager came back she was INCREDIBLY rude and very abrupt and said that it was because we ordered our food separately however that wasn’t the case we ordered our food all together and when we showed the receipt, the manager seemed embarrassed and removed my friends plate of food from the table. In this time we’d still not received any of our drinks. Our food finally arrived, with no apology from the manager. Our drinks also finally arrived, however they were wrong, so got sent back and then had to wait another 10 minutes. The whole thing was a shambles from start to finish, all the staff were miserable and obviously didn’t want to be there. Food was massively over priced for what it is. Don’t recommend.

Had a great first visit and had the bottomless brunch . Ava was the best thing about this place other than the drinks. Absolute star! The food was lush and I would defo recommend. Do not recommend Darean as your server, he thinks the drinks are coming from his wages 🤣

Had a reservation at 3pm Saturday 16th Nov to celebrate wife’s birthday. We arrived 2:40pm, (we called on the way to say we will be early and was told that we might have to wait a few mins but no problem). We (me, my wife and my daughter) were sat down at a table, by a gentleman, while our table was still being used. No one came to us for near 30 mins. We decided to leave and eat another restaurant, spoke to a lady to say we were leaving and inform her gentleman colleague. She said yes that’s fine, no apology or looking like she cared. God awful service! Never going back!

Came here with my girlfriend Friday evening. We ordered some nachos. I requested no onions but when we got the plate.. onions! I forgave that. For the main meal, I ordered a Black bean and beetroot veggie burger and fries with no mayo or onions. They mixed mine up with another order. When I did finally get it the roll looked kind of mushed and the chips had way too much salt on them I paid over £20 for that crap. I must be a mug! Only thing that was okay was the merlot. Stuff like this puts me off eating out, won't be going back anyway.

A taste of Mexican so I had a £27 burger. Wow not seen many Mexicans eating here. But a birthday treat it was. 😋

Emma’s service during our bottomless brunch was astounding. She was effiecient and friendly with her service and made us all feel very welcome during our visit. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who thinks about visiting in the future and we will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing meal with brilliant service from a young lady named Jozie, she was very friendly, and polite and gave us everything we needed for a good meal.

Nice food chicken is Halal. Try Fajitas they are good. Felt little understaffed otherwise good experience. Burrito was just ok.

Visited a few days ago without booking - Bryony was our host and despite us being a larger party she managed to accommodate us and honestly gave an excellent service. One of the best! We found her to be very friendly and bubbly and did her utmost to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as managing the place which was busy. She is definitely a great asset to Las Iguanas, thank you Bryony.

I was pleasently surprised! Attentive staff and tasty food. The buildings a bit soulless and shabby but worth a visit.

Awful. Food was sitting on the counter under the hot light for at least 5 mins. The waitress then proceeded to tip the children's meals onto different plates. When asked why, the explanation was the plates (melamine) were hot. If they hadn't been under the heat lamp for so long that would not have been the case. No apology given for the delay which also resulted in tepid dried up food. We also had to ask 3 times for a jug of water for the table. They then loaded the bill with a £8.63 service charge. I am more than happy to tip good service but that was not good service and the food was a huge disappointment and not worth the money

Had an amazing time on a student night! didn’t dissapoint, food was exceptional! Had a great deal considering it was bottomless drinks, me and my friend had the best time and will definitely be returning! Wow Wow Wow….. Jude was absolutely amazing! Funny, quick and a real asset to the Las Iguanas Team! The food and drink was served quickly and all care was taken to ensure our friend with a nut allergy was catered for.

Unfortunately I was not impressed at all, I had the chicken fajitas, it cost me £18.50 and I was still hungry, went to KFC afterwards to fill the other 3/4 of my belly. The taste was average, not worth going out for dinner at Las Iguanas.

Awful experience. Should be ashamed to call it mexican food. Ordered chimichangas, there was barely any chicken in them atall and was not even hot, warm at best. We should have sent it back but had already waited 20 mins to place order and even then ended up ordering through phone. May aswell not have staff as they were all sat at a table eating. A little extra effort and quality goes along way. This was the first and very last time I will be having food in las iguanas.

They have 2 cocktails for one almost everyday! The food is delicious and it's right next to Vue making it convenient to have a lunch/dinner before or after watching a movie.

Disappointingly I couldn't order the chicken burrito without any coleslaw in it, as apparently these things aren't made fresh, they heat up pre-prepared burritos.

It was a really weird experience to be honest. We booked a group of 7, and it started with them putting us on a table that has a metal rail around the entire bottom so...there's nowhere for your feet to go, really horrific design choice there. Then it moved in to forgetting one of our groups starters entirely, then the mains were late because they waited for him to finish his starter, then they forgot part of two of the mains, and then they closed the kitchen 40 minutes before actual closing time with no warning so we weren't able to order desserts. When paying they add on a 10% "service charge" by default, and the lady who gave us the bill then stood there behind us waiting for us to check the bill and complained about some of the other guests while she waited. The food itself is nice enough, but the experience was just very lazy and uncaring.

The lunch menu is small and you are kind of forced to go for the Brunch menu. The food was very tasty and served at a good hot temperature. Julia was our server and she did well and was enthusiastic throughout. I had a fish curry and my colleague had enchilada- we both enjoyed our dishes. We also had dessert which was also very delicious. I didn’t particularly enjoy the cocktails, I found them a bit watery and the ice made it even more tasteless. (I’m not a big alcohol drinker anyway) I would recommend, it has a nice atmosphere with smiling staff.

Service was fast and friendly Nai was AMAZING! A gem! Will be back not just for the service but for her! I will definitely be back!
