The lunch menu is small and you are kind of forced to go for the Brunch menu. The food was very tasty and served at a good hot temperature. Julia was our server and she did well and was enthusiastic throughout. I had a fish curry and my colleague had enchilada- we both enjoyed our dishes. We also had dessert which was also very delicious. I didn’t particularly enjoy the cocktails, I found them a bit watery and the ice made it even more tasteless. (I’m not a big alcohol drinker anyway) I would recommend, it has a nice atmosphere with smiling staff.

Service was fast and friendly Nai was AMAZING! A gem! Will be back not just for the service but for her! I will definitely be back!

For the price - ther service was terrible. We arrived ahead of our dinner booking for drinks. 20 mins wait for drinks. Bottles of larger were warm. Dinner was lukewarm. Had to grab waitors attention to get anything including paying the bill. Not once were we asked was everything OK. Won't be returning.

Bottomless brunch was lovely. I had chicken tacos and most of the cocktails on the menu. Our waitress was Mia and she was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from osman, very friendly and helpful

We had the bottomless brunch, the food was great and there was a lot of variety for the drinks choices. Osman served us and he was brilliant, he was friendly, very attentive and kept the drinks coming.

We were attended to by Osman and he was absolutely amazing! His manner was friendly and fun and he spoke to our 4 year old and drew her right out of her shell. It helps the food was lovely of course! We will definitely be back and hope to see Osman again.

Dropped by for lunch. A little slow to acknowledge we were standing waiting for a table. Table service was good.

Food was bland, arrived before our drinks, staff seemed to keep their eyes down anytime we wanted to order anything, overpriced and over rated Definitely not recommended.

Server we had was lovely but the hostess in the striped dress is insanely miserable. Made us feel so unwelcome. If you are in a customer facing role you should be happy and have a smile on your face at least.

Very disappointing. One portion of the meal was replaced by a substitute without the staff saying anything.

Just went to this site, not overly busy got taken to our table. Sat for 20 mins and still not even looked at twice for a drink order, table next to us had to wave down waiter for the desert order and got told he was talking so fast because he was soooo busy..... I don't really know what doing, because it was not our orders, or anyone else's to be honest. It was so rude looked like only 2 staff members to 2 managers which werent doing a huge amount either. Working in hospitality myself I know busy when I see it and 4 to 5 tables per server is not very busy. They don't have to even make drinks as someone behind the bar does that. Can't even say it was the worst service I've ever had as no one came to serve us!!!!! We walked out because we don't have all day long to wait. Saw there is app service to order as well, which was turned off! If your staff are that busy would this not be a good idea to use.

Our server Callum was super helpful with ordering and always made sure we had a drink on the way. This made us feel like we made the most out of our bottemless brunch. Thanks Callum!!

Tasty food, lots of drinks to choose from. Price point is a little high for what you are getting. Service charge added to the bill. Environment is quite noisy due to the very open plan nature of the restaurant with high ceilings. Staff were helpful though and meals came out quickly and together. A nice place for a meal with friends.

Staff were friendly and fairly attentive. Unfortunately, the menu has changed since we last went, so there’s no longer palm hearts in the moqueca and the Brazilian fried chicken was bland and more akin to something cooked in the oven from a super market. The price of the churros was laughable so we skipped them! The payment app failed to take our payment four times despite trying different cards. The straight fries and garlic aioli were still awesome, but we won’t be heading back for a while. I doubt these issues are branch specific, so it’s nothing personal against the Bristol team. It’s a shame so many businesses are making the wrong sacrifices/changes to satisfy their balance sheets.

Sat to table quickly but waited ages for order to be taken. Then starters bought out but no cutlery or serviettes on table had to ask for these. Stopped doing the coconut powder, one of ingredients that used to make a difference on the dish and yet food prices have increased. Should also keep eye on the amount some customers drink. Table next to us in under an hour had 7 cocktails each not counting the 5 each empty glasses on the table. Some might say mocktails but these were definitely alcoholic from there demeanour language and behaviour. Licensing..........

Was mortified the way we were treated by staff . The service was awful and I don't know it was due to lack of staff training plus staff shortages that day (Saturday 20th April 24 at approx 1.30pm) or what but the way we were dealt with was upsetting. Came in sat ourselves and was served quickly payment taken before being served meal . That was concerning in itself really . Asks you if you want to tip before you've even had a chance to be served food and drinks . Anyway got served drinks and one staff member leans over the table and drops a glass of iced cocktale all over our 1 year old he's screaming crying, ice and drink all down him freezing cold . We stripped him off and changed his clothes dried him off then and there he took a while to calm down. Luckily the glass did not smash on him . Myself and partner were so upset that happened to our baby and we know accidents happen. Obviously it wasn't on purpose but shouldn't have happened shouldn't have leaned over with the tray like that over the baby in the highchair . But anyway it wasn't even the accident that most annoyed us it was the way it was dealt with afterwards , she apologised brought paper towels and was never to be seen again . 50 quid that cost us . No offer to offer anything as a gesture of good will and apology for the distress that was brought to the baby or anything like that either . Service was Not to be seen again once that happened. Most likely due to embaressement . We didn't cause a scene at all we didnt make a complaint or anything we carried on cleaning baby up and just ate and left but had no further service after that no checking In on us or baby afterwards , no nothing. We deeply regretted dining there and won't be returning . Had a lovely morning and it spoilt the afternoon to be honest

My friend and I had such a nice time here for a bottomless brunch! We don’t get to meet up super often, so picking a nice spot to meet up was kind of important as we wanted to have a nice time. The food and drinks here were so good! And our waitress, Amy, was so incredibly lovely - she provided great service and was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole brunch! Thank you so much! x

I have been going to this Las Iguanas for many years and I honestly have no negative feedback. The service and food have always been great. I recently visited another LI in Bristol, which clearly demonstrated the differences between the two. Cribbs Causeway being the better venue in my opinion. Visited with family and had the Bahian Chicken Curry. Will I be visiting again, 100%.

Cristian was the most amazing host. Can’t wait to come back! Best night out with friends made even better with the best staff! The cocktails were fantastic and will be our first go to place from now on!

Burger was like it had been cooked lunch time and just thrown into the bin, partners chilli was cold sent back then came back out just as cold, drinks came same time as the food took 30minutes, table next to me were doing bottomless drinks and didn’t get there first drink for over 45 minutes!!

Would give more stars for service if it were possible. The food was great, the prices were as expected and the service was exceptional. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's in the area.

Went this evening as a group of seven. Waited an age for someone to take our drinks order, then were ignored again and had to call someone over to take our food order after 20 mins of waiting. Other tables were being seated and served straight away. Food was average at best burritos looked like they had been sat in, very little filling. We had to call a waiter over to ask for more drinks as no one asked us, they came over then they walked away without serving us! Ordered three deserts the brownie sundae was so small it was unbelievable, I am really cross with myself for paying the tip, but we just wanted to get out of there, we were there for over two hours. This was my first trip to Las Iganus and most definitely my last.

Both the manager at the start and Osman our waiter were so helpful with my son's allergy. When my son ordered something too spicy Osman did everything to make it work even with his dairy allergy. Great service. Hang on to your staff!

one of the worst meals in a long time, burgers were like cheap rubber ones, garlic bread came with stone cold grate cheese ontop which wasn’t melted, food came before drinks, service awful. when we told the staff the food was average they smirked and said okay and walked off, almost as if they knew it was going to be complained about. never again!

Unfortunately not a great review. This restaurant is sadly under staffed. A simple order for 3, consisting of 3 dishes with a side portion of straight fries was somehow too much to comprehend. Very disappointed and sadly won’t be returning to Cribbs Causeway Las Iguanas. Given this experience I won’t be sharing which dishes I recommend as requested in this feedback survey.

Collectively, we all thought we had the best tasting burgers we'd had in a long time! The chips and nachos were getting cold when they arrived, but they quickly made up a fresh, hot batch for us. The puddings were very tasty, too!

Osman was the BEST!!! He served me and my best friend on her birthday night out. He was super friendly, very speedy, always checking we had everything we needed. Gave us recommendations aswell for cocktails which was a bonus!!!

My partner and I love coming to Las Iguanas at Cribbs, the drinks are amazing and always come out super speedily! The food is also always the best quality and tastes fantastic. We’ve never had bad service, and our server this time - Iman didn’t break this rule as she was so friendly and accommodating. I came in for my birthday and got served by Osman, who was AMAZING!!! So friendly, he checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and if we needed more drinks. He was very quick to come back for more drink orders and even gave us some recommendations which were great!

Food not as good or interesting compared to our visits 10 years ago. Now just a mediocre fast food joint and overpriced.

We visited on a Saturday at lunchtime. The restaurant was quiet, so lacked a bit of atmosphere, maybe some background South American music would help. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. The zero alcohol cocktails looked grown up and tasted great.

The atmosphere was good, but the food not so much. My food came out cold, so I returned it, when it came back it was the same dish just heated up. Because it got heated up the chicken was dry and the wraps were hard. I then asked for some sour cream and cheese, but it never came, then they tried to charge me for it, good thing that I read the receipt. The food that I recommend is the nachos and the tap water.

Good food and ambience. The service was also good and fast. Overall a good place to have your dinner.

Came in to do some uni work and have a bite to eat. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil yet still had a buzz, allowing me to focus really well. Nate was a fantastic server; always there when I needed something and he gave great recommendations to suit my child-like palette! We had a late bottomless brunch and it was amazing as always! Courtney the manager was wonderful and treated us so well sitting us down and ordering our first drinks and from that Natalia, Nate and Casey were amazing. Lunch deal - main and soft drink for under £10. Good value and good food. We had the salad and the veggie chilli. Wanted to swop my soft drink for a lime and soda (cheaper, but happy to pay lunch deal price) but was told I couldn't. Don't like how you have to input tip on card machine either.
