Good music. Lovely food and the staff were so friendly and welcoming

Went to Langbrook farm today with my daughter to pick up 4 take away roast dinners for grandparents daughter and myself .. was served by a very helpful young man serving the carvery he provided us with a bag for the Yorkshire puddings and pots for the gravey .. the food was perfect the most tender meat perfect roast potatoes creamy mash parsnips cauliflower cheese carrots red cabbage green beans etc the tastiest roast iv had in a long time the gravey was so good so impressed all veg was fresh and cooked just right and all for a very reasonable price. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning again in the future this will be a regular for myself and family now .

So worth the drive for the carvery!

We booked a table for breakfast during the weekend, buffet breakfast was until 11am, my wife asked for avocado witch poached egg on top. All was priced well. There is pliantly of room within this venue.

Good selection when we went for breakfast….. It was a calmer time in the play area for the children aged 2 - 6 this time ( there were no over aged “children” throwing the foam mats about)…

The food is very nice with decent size portions. Can be very busy so I advice booking a table in advance. Use the app for quicker service and discounts. The "Take a cake" service is worth a visit too!

Food - Menu items are dry, over cooked, REUSED!!! Yes, i said reused!! However, the carvery is incredible Staff - ordering food at the bar, as per their job. the staff member eye rolled, sighed and told me it was inconveniencing her as she HAD to serve the bar. ITS YOUR JOB!!!! We made a complaint about the food and the staff. The manager did nothing!! He couldn't look at who was talking and just stood there, like a deer in headlights. What a joke!

Great Sunday roast and fair price

Wanted mixed fish supper. Could not have it they only have 2 pieces of fish and they had to keep it for the fish and chips. So we had fish and chips. Asked if we could have a battered sausage with our fish was refused because it wasn't included with our order. My granddaughter had the carvery pork was fatty and Yorkshire puddings were cold. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there. They either must have been very over the weekend or bad management. We won't be going back there.

Oh my goodness! Carvery better than Tobys. Good selection of meats and if you don’t want carvery there is lots more meals to choose from. The cake selection is outstanding and great price. The staff were amazing and friendly. Will definitely be going back!

Long wait between starer and main meal , hair in main , table and menu very sticky overall not impressed .

Ordered our food online and lots showed out of stock. We were booked for 12pm on a Saturday.. ended up picking the carvery which was lovely.. some of the items showed out of stock that ended up being in stock so had to go up n re order which meant my food was cold by the time I'd faffed about. Waiter was friendly, helpful and on hand.

Now whilst a cheap and cheerful pub and decor a bit dull we really enjoyed our lunch here. Excellent value fish and chips supper, the fish was tasty, soft and I just loved having a little bit of everything. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her mini fish dinner. The cakes looked amazing however we didn't try them on this occasion. The staff were friendly and welcoming and I felt comfortable dining with the children.

That carvery was delicious (although yorkshires a bit soft) tho not sure why I (large) got the same meat and yorkshires as my friend who only got a (standard).

Lovely quick food, with good service. The cakes are a great size and delicious! It is a chain pub so expect chain quality, but it is still good quantity! Small play area for young kids and pre teens.

The wife and I do love the food, but this Thursday 8/8/24 we booked and went there for our anniversary. We ordered a drink and starters which was chicken strips with spring onion and Korean sauce they had ran out of the sauce so we ended up with a bottle of BBQ instead. Then we ordered our main meal and I was having the mixed gril. This was the only reason why we chose the place. I had it in my wallet and just as I was about to send and pay it came up out of stock. We asked a member of staff and they had ran out of steaks. So we had to abandon our plans and the wife had to abandon her pint as she only had a couple of sips. And find somewhere else that did a mixed gril. We ended up at the heron and all was good for the evening. No thanks to langbrook farm.

Overall normally good but dissappointed today, children eat free bought a breakfast and had my son but had to pay full price. At the end tried to buy my son and I a cake, no cheese cake but still advertising it even though its sold out. I then asked the lady about the free kids breakfast and she said yeah if you have the code..... I replied I do, she then made out like it was a big deal to refund me the full price then recharge it. Food was good, atmosphere good service from the lady poor.

Had a lovely carvery here food was very nice and fresh shame it was 30 min wait for menu order to be cooked. so we just had carvery for quick and easy in and out meal

Good to average local place to fill your boots. Average food quality but very good prices. Carvery beef and gammon are perfect!!! Sides quality look below average. Ice cream was really good, recommend. Family friendly place with the family area and a tiny soft play area for kids. Outdoor places. Cleanliness outside could be also a little bit better. Good parking spaces.

We easily booked online and popped in to escape the hot weather. We were directed to the coolest seats which was much appreciated. I had the carvery, delicious as usual. Also want to give a shout out to our Awesome waiter Frasier. Definitely worth a visit if your on a budget and to keep the kids cool, fed and entertained.

We had an incredibly warm welcome, so it was great from when we came in. The food was delicious — the portion sizes were very generous!

No pigs in blankets or extra yorkshire which i have paid extra for ... vegetables rock hard and way oversized am actually really disappointed in this delivery and never have been with you before wpuld actually like a refund as im not happy at all

Smelly place, filthy, a hot air when you get inside that I can’t understand that is the smell of old or dirty . Very slow service. Cakes taste old and dried. Ice cream not good. Staff nahh too young to bother. It seems they lost the will to work.

Went for meal this evening was very busy but didn't have to wait to long for food as ordered on app. Waiter was frazer who bought everything out and was kind and attentive. Only down side not much vegan option .

Worst experience ever. The lady serving didn't ask anything she just started putting things on. I have always ate in this place or take away carvery and never had a problem. The lady put a Yorkshire pudding on there, me being gluten intolerant. Then she closed the box causing all the Yorkshire pud on top of everything

We love coming here! The kids area is lovely and secure. It’s always a nice level of busy too and the people who work here are always lovely, helpful, polite and accommodating. Food is always really good too, no complaints from us!

We called in on the way home from the beach yesterday for cavery, all staff were amazing, tables clean, toilets clean but food disappointing, the potatoes were very dry and distasteful, mash lumpy, beef very fatty, cauliflour cheese dry, stuffing and broccoli was good, we left both plates full, definitely not worth money we paid for 1 small plate and 1 standard plate, won't be returning on our next visit.

Prompt service and enjoyable breakfast

Fraser was absolutely brilliant today, he was so efficient sorting out our order which we done on the app and messed up, he was so welcoming to us all.....even the dog..bringing him fresh water, Fraser cleared the table when we had finished and chatted to us, we had a lovely lunch.

Came here for a family get together and got the rudest greeting when our drinks came out, I do give respect to the little brown complexion man he apologised for the lack of food being served and offered us some free potatoes, sauces and ice to go with our drinks as a kind gesture we said no. We will attempt to visit for a 2nd time let's just hope you have the food we want to order available.

Really good food and brilliant service

Had carvery again ,gave 4 stars as we went early evening and some food is bit black where sat there ,so pick and choose. Sitting near play area can be noisy, look for the cakes about 8 inch high and around £5 slice but worth it

Dropped in for a quick drink and had a shared meal, which was very good - hubby ate most of it - very filling. Clean large area, friendly helpful staff, carvery if required or good choice from a good menu. Desserts are very large.

Stayed at the premier inn next to langbrook farm we went for meal the staff were fantastic from start to finish of our meal . Food was great plus one of our party has an allergy and we’re totally up to date on everything this. Next time we are in Havant will definitely be visiting again . Big thanks to Langbrook farm
