Restaurant birman qui propose une carte assez variée de plats soit à prendre seul soit à partager. C’était très bon mais certains plats trop épicés à mon goût. Les nouilles à la coco était délicieuses mais le curry japonais trop épicé, l’aubergine aussi. Ceci dit ce fut un plaisir de découvrir la cuisine birmane - pour les palets sensibles aux épices, il vaut mieux demander recommandations aux serveurs !

Increíble comida birmana! Me encanta el Tofu Nway más por su caldo de tofu sedoso y fideos de arroz tiernos! Tan reconfortante y sabroso. El Braised Mutton Curry era rico y aromático, combinado perfectamente con el Paratha en escamas. La Ensalada de Hojas de Té (Lahpet Thohk) ofrece una refrescante mezcla de sabores terrosos y resistentes. Gran servicio, ambiente acogedor - una visita obligada - para comida única y deliciosa!

Cucina birmana: ottima scelta. Il menù è vario ed accontenta sia chi vuole il piccante sia invece chi, come me, cerca di evitarlo. Il personale preparato per illustrare i piatti che ho trovato molto diversi dalle altre cucine asiatiche che avevo assaggiato in precedenza. Mi sono piaciute molto le insalate. ambiente carino vicinissimo alla city.

一直很喜欢东南亚香料味比较重的菜系 平时都是吃泰餐 越南菜和新加坡菜会比较多一些 刷到考文特花园附近竟然有一家缅甸菜 刚好下课经过这家餐厅 想尝新的脑袋又上线啦 尝试过后发现喜欢云南菜/泰国菜系的uu们可以直接冲 盲点四个都不踩雷 Whole Fried Bream 这不类似于国内的川味烤鱼 超绝的烤鱼配上了秘制辣酱炸的焦香酥脆的 口味也不会太重 也不会很油腻 鱼肉也很入味 King Prawn Curry 这道菜主打的是份量小且精致 他们家的虾是老虎虾超新鲜而且个头贼大！番茄汁也很浓郁 我最爱里面的配菜 Coconut noodle with chicken 有点像新加坡laksa的拉面味道 但是椰奶香味不会太重汤汁是很浓郁的口感 面设是鸡蛋面 很挂汁 猎奇的宝可以尝试一下～

A concise menu, not a massive choice but the intention is to do the dozen or so dishes really, really well. Very fast service but yet you don't feel rushed. We were served by an incredibly sweet woman who we would go back for just to be served by her again.

Well flavoured Burmese food. We ordered the pork and coconut chicken noodles with side of picked. Both lovely. Good cocktails too.

I came to Covent Garden today to eat Lahpet. It was my first time to try Burmese cuisine. I was really looking forward to it. The environment is great. It’s hot now and you can sit outside. It feels very nice! Let me share it with you~ 🥘 Fried food platter, tofu balls, bean fries and corn tortillas, it’s amazingly delicious! Especially the bean fries, the outer shell is crispy and the filling is soft and sticky, I love it! 🥘 Soybean burrito, the Burmese version of vegetarian hand-grabbed pancake is directly enshrined! The taste of this soybean paste is really unique, salty and fragrant with a little spicy, it can definitely be considered to introduce it to the domestic hand-grabbed pancake menu! 🥘Curry tiger prawns, this curry is not that curry, it is a fragrant sauce with some curry flavor and tomato edamame! The two tiger prawns are very big and taste very good! 🥘 Spicy fish soup rice noodles, a dish that relies heavily on spices, it feels that there is no need for salt and sugar seasoning at all. This spice tastes like Vietnamese pho and Tom Yum Goong, but it has its own unique taste, it is worth a try! Very delicious! 🥘 Pandan Coconut Brulee and Cassava Cake, both desserts are very original and unique~ Cassava cake is jackfruit and pineapple flavored, which is rarely available! It really amazed me, and I was so full that I could hardly walk out of the restaurant~ The location is just a three-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station, between Arome and Dishroom, family members, go! This Burmese food is absolutely delicious~

One of the best restaurants I have been to. The food was amazing and the restaurant is beautiful - highly recommend. My partner and I had a mixture of large plates: mutton curry, Hake masala and Fried Bream. With a side of plain rice and parathas.

5/5 very good. i recommend the coconut curry noodles a must try. The prawn and squid salad is also quite nice, very tasty and refreshing.

Food was nothing short of excellent. The Mohinga (catfish bowl) was flavorful and the portion was huge. Lahpet Thohk (tea leaf salad) was light and refreshing. Dessert (pandas & coconut crème brûlée) was rich and decadent. Drinks are a touch pricy but were delicious as well (and quite strong). Service was exceptional, genuinely.

Some of the food was nice, we went into this restaurant with a group with friends and ordered few share platters and mains. We had very small plate of falafel with some fried tofu and different mains, I got the hake fish with rosti. Quite small portions, also the rosti was quite burned, and it was quite oily. The tea leaf salad was mainly a cabbage salad with a couple of tea leaves. Was not the authentic salad that is sold everywhere in Burma. My dessert was very nice, I ordered coconut-pandan crème brûlée with tapioca peels at the bottom. The atmosfere is nice and the staff is good but there are definitely rooms for improvement and also will be nice to have bigger portions.

Simple yet delectable flavors. We ordered the jungle fried chicken and the vegetable curry with some coconut rice. Loved the fresh okras in the curry. Portions are good size. Service was fast and efficient (we were one of the last tables though).

Food was delicious and promptly served. Leicester Square. Location is small, so reserve early a delicious alternative to traditional Thai food.

Burmese food. Great choice if you like SE Asian food and want something slightly different. Good meat, fish and Veg/vegan options. We had the beef curry, vegetarian curry and a vegan noodle dish between us plus some starters to share. The dip that came with the fritters was delicious. Drink menu included some good cocktails. Good atmosphere - music not too loud so you could still have a conversation. Recommend it.

This was a first visit to the original Shoreditch location, but I have been to the Soho one a couple of times. Shoreditch seems a smaller venue with a lot of high stool seating. The menu is smaller, but only modestly so. We were two people and ordered the fritter platter, tea leaf salad, ginger salad, braised beef, fried bream, chicken noodles and rice. The food was very good. Tasty but wholesome and relatively healthy. The chicken noodles and braised beef were favourites. Service was fairly quick, and the bill a quite reasonable £135, of which £32 was spent on drinks. A solid meal overall, similarly enjoyable across both locations, and it continues to be a rather unique menu/cuisine in central London.

Excellent food full of surprise and flavour, with friendly and attentive service. We had the fritter platter and tea salad to start and noddle bowls for main. Highly recommended!
