Ladies Mile in Brighton and Hove

First visit and have been very impressed.Lovelly roast lamb which melted in the mouth.So nice to have table service for drinks too.Plenty of attentive staff.

We used the function room for our Mums Wake and had them do the food. The food was lovely no complaints at all, we had a selection of hot & cold food and it was all very nicely presented and tasted lovely. Thankyou to the lovely bar staff & everyone involved with making it less stressful than it already was

Spent a very happy and enjoyable Sunday celebrating a family birthday - we all went for a roast and was very impressed with the high quality of the meat especially the beef and pork belly. The veggie wellington went down a treat as well- the staff were amazing so attentive and friendly - thank you for a happy memory

The most amazing roast!!! And the service was absolutely brilliant. Will most def be going back again. Gorgeous meat, potatoes, stuffing and best gravy I’ve ever had & it was unlimited.

Had a lovely dinner a chicken burger with garlic bread . It was massive and tasty. Garlic bread was full of butter really nice not dry at all. Service was great and raspberry gin was lovely .

Stopped here on the off chance to get a roast. We were welcomed in and served promptly by very friendly staff. Ordered the 4 meat roast and it didn't disappoint. When it was brought to the table I felt like I was doing a food eating challenge, very generous portions and everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended

Had an amazing roast for father's day. Had 2 chicken roast, a roast beef which is pictured (we asked for it well done it usually comes pink) and a mixed roast of chicken beef and lamb. Everything was delicious!! Potatoes were so fluffy, cauliflower cheese perfectly cheesy, and the gravy was good enough to drink! Ontop of that, service was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Just moved to area,only from hove,10 min away…SO impressed by our whole afternoon,great table,lovely staff,delicious roast ! Felt very welcome in a lovely,friendly environment ! Land lady and landlord introduced themselves ,great people ! We will be back !

Just had one of the best roast dinners, My daughter had pork belly with lots of crackling, and the pork just fell apart, I had the lamb, which was lovely, lots of vegetables perfectly cooked, and roast potatoes were also very nice, massive Yorkshire pudding, all in all lovely experience, will defo return. P.s you will need steak knives for beef and lamb, this was pointed out, and they have knives on order. Pps, all staff were lovely as well

Shocking!! Way over the delivery time had to ring up 3 times! And the curry was literally like water !! Never again!!

Ordered as the cooker was broken so couldn't cook anything. The app said the food would arrive between 7.10 and 7.30 but it didn't arrive until 8.00. Then 1 main and 1 side were missing. Called up and they did arrange a further delivery, but the rest of us had finished eating when they turned up 40 minutes later. Very disappointing.

Chicken was under cooked curry was spilt all in the bag and too nearly 2 hours to come!

Cold food took nearly an hour to arrive won’t be returning

Amazing food. Everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend. My favourite curry house by far and delivery was really quick too.

I ordered at 720, it only arrived around 10! Will not be ordering again and I didn’t realise the prawns dish was full of cream and no vegetables. The cauliflowers were overcooked and not crunchy so probably not much nutritional value.

Sent pilau rice instead of mushroom pilau rice and sent prawn/chicken vindaloo instead of chicken vindaloo which was more like a madras. Very disappointed after a few brilliant meals having recently discovered this takeaway. We won’t be using it again unfortunately.

Lovely food, all amazing except samosas a little dry. Called to ask for mango chutney as not on the menu and couldn’t order, was told would give some but didn’t deliver. Otherwise lovely meal, best Indian takeaway in a while!

Order was ready to collect on time and the staff friendly. All our dishes tasted great, would recommend as a good solid takeaway.

Over 2 hours wait time is not acceptable and keeping changing estimated delivery time as lateness stretches is not acceptable either. The fact that it still has not arrived yet more than 140mn is the worse. Please don't give expectations when you cannot deliver them, only eat what you can chew! I didn't want to call because I will just give myself a headache and will not change anything. Sad story!!

Order was accepted at 18.15, it’s now 20.20 and my order still isn’t here. I’ve called the restaurant and they said it still hadn’t left the shop. I had the same issue with my last order with them in December. Don’t accept orders if you can’t deliver in time. Two hours is way too long.

All food was good except naan bread was little burnt. Great flavour. Chicken was nice and juicy. Great job.

Chicken Madras was hot, fresh, and spicy. Tikka lamb was succulent and tasty. Keema Naan was delicious. And delivery was very quick! Would order again.

Orderd changed as they didn't have any lamb left,time changed twice,ordered 1 nan and one chapitia but 2 nan instead,chicken had spilted out all other containers

Food was delicious the chicken was like a knife to butter, absolutely lovely! Forgot our bottle of drink but came back to deliver it to us! My go to curry place now.

Amazing food on the second try, hopefully the delivery driver arm wasnt broken after falling down the steps, but he did go out of his way to re deliver our 2nd meal.

Phoned to ask restaurant if I could have egg fried rice which is not in the just eat menu. I ordered pilau rice to be swapped out for the egg fried but I got sent both (one free - thank you). Please put egg fried rice on your menu so it can be paid for online next time. I don’t want it free. Melt in the mouth chicken korma. Lamb Shatkora Gosht was tasty. Thank you for a lovely dinner.

Despite saying my food had been delivered it never actually arrived. There was also no way to get hold of the restaurant as their number goes straight to voicemail.

This was my second trip to the Ladies Mile for a roast. Both times I've been I haven't been disappointed, it's nice to know that they are consistently good.I've tried both the pork and the beef roasts and can say that they were both fab - next time I want to try the lamb, as someone I went with had it and it looked great!The potatoes are good and crispy, I like that you automatically get cauliflower cheese and that you can order more on the side if you want it. The veg it comes with is really tasty too. Yorkshire and gravy are great. Had the Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake for dessert and that was spot on, although we had to wait a good 30 mins before ordering as we were stuffed from the roast!What's really nice though and will keep me coming back even if the roast wasn't top notch is the staff and the service. We were a bit of a demanding party, asking them for about a million things and every member of staff were great, always had a smile on their face and couldn't do enough to help us and make sure we were happy. One of our party has a peanut allergy and they were so professional about dealing with it an assuring us that the food was fine - they even asked if they needed to stop selling peanuts while we were there - luckily they didn't!

Honestly I absolutely love this takeaway honestly they are so lovely here and the food is just to die for! Incredible service! Quick and friendly! Me and my boyfriend always choose this restaurant over anything else! Thank you!

This is my friend recommend that is the best India curry in Brighton ! I totally agree his opinion after finished the meal! As a Chinese, I can say the madras is very suitable for Chinese taste if you can eat Sichuan food and spicy Korean noodle and better than the Japanese Curry!!!naan looks badly burnt too much and a fair chunky! The chicken tikka is not suitable for my favour because of the coconut taste! I will come again!!!这家超好吃啊!!!快冲!!!能吃辣的点mardars 不后悔!!!

Was meant to be able to pick up at 7pm-this moved to 7.20pm. Arrived at take away to be told it wasnt ready and it would be delivered to my house - turned up around 7.40pm.

Our food was late by over 40 minutes. I phoned the restaurant twice and the customer service was disgusting, they kept telling me it would be 5-10 minutes and I was then told the driver had left 5 minutes ago yet they didn’t turn up for another 10 minutes and we are literally a 2 minute drive away so how can it take 15 minutes. The food arrived cold and inedible yet conveniently when I tried to call back to complain and get them to sort it there was no answer despite trying numerous times on a constant call back. I would appreciate it if someone could deal with this and get back to me. Thank you

Excellent curry and came piping hot. Have used this Indian a few times now, and never disappointed. Price extremely reasonable for portion sizes. Will certainly order from here again.

Chicken was dry and chewy. The taste and texture was like it had been microwaved. Such a shame as I always order from here and normally the chicken is delicious just this time it was pretty bad

Just short of 2 hours late. It was NYE so a little delay was expected. Not that length of time though, My 7yr old should have been in bed by the time the food arrived. Wrong naan, chicken over cooked and not a pleasant experience.

i preordered our food about 5:30 and was given multiple choice for delivery times, I chose 7:30. I received a message to say our food was delayed until 8pm, then 8:20, then 8:40, then 8:50 at which point we drove to the ladies mile tandoori and went in to ask for our food. We received no apology. They said that they would deliver it to us in 10 minutes but we said we would wait, we finally got our food about 9:15. We are regulars to this takeaway and have been for years and the food is often late and bits missing, we have now decided that we will NEVER use this takeaway again. We understand that it is was a busy time but to receive no apology is, quite frankly, taking the mick.

Over an hour late and took 15 mins to get through in the telephone to check on status. Food was lukewarm when it did arrive and our order wasn’t 100% accurate.

Unfortunately didn't deliver onion bhaji or poppadoms but a vegetable curry did turn up!
