the food is awlful the accomadition is poor its bitterly cold as the heating dosent work in the rooms the staff un helpfull

What can I say. We returned again this year for the speedway pairs. Fire alarm was non existant. Shower was appalling, it was literally a trickle and that is no joke. Tea and coffee facilities but no spoon to make it with. We wanted a drink on the saturday night when we returned from cardiff to be told we were the only party on the establishment and they couldnt afford to open the bar, unless we wanted to all give £5 each to pay the staff. Dint think we will be returning next year. We were a party of 25 adults

We stayed over Easter for 4 days, our room was lovely white furniture it looked so clean, room was spacious, the staff was minimal but they worked so hard. The pool was nice also. The kids loved the little park and it’s dog friendly xx Thank you for a lovely stay x

I'm so upset this hotel had no lights no TV remote the room stunk.. I had my 3yr old son with me and he was up half of the night.. do not waste your money on this hotel

Encontramos este hotel a través de la reserva lodge. com anuncian en £69 por una habitación familiar. Llamamos al hotel para reservar en este precio, a pesar de que nunca había oído hablar de lodgebooking. com. Hemos pagado en su totalidad por el pago de la tarjeta, y dijo que llegaría a las 1 pm del día siguiente. A la llegada a 3. 30:00 nos dijeron que nunca había cualquier información de nuestra reserva. Que paga con tarjeta, pero no encontramos ninguna de tgey detaild nuestro. El hombre insistió en retomando nuestro pago y sin reembolso si ya la habían tomado! ! ! Después de 30 minutos que al final encontramos nuestros datos con el pago de la tarjeta están siendo procesados. Él nos dijo que teníamos que esperar para un espacio para ser limpiado. En este punto habíamos estado allí casi una hora. Nos dijeron que dejar el hotel, ya que el hombre sabía que nos molesta y escribe una mala crítica de todos modos. No era feliz con 2 niños en el coche, tuvimos que viajar alrededor de weston de dos horas para encontrar un lugar en un fin de semana festivo. Finalmente encontramos un Premier Inn sin embargo mis hijos tuvieron que dormir en el piso! ! ! ! Que el hombre a cargo de este hotel era grosero, poco profesional y no demostró remordimiento! ! ! ! No te alojes allí

We visited the restaurant several times this year, 2015. The restaurant is excellent - laid out with tablecloths etc. The food is cooked to perfection by the lady chef and we have never been disappointed! The staff are helpful and friendly - a great Sunday lunch experience!

Very friendly staff they offer gym facilities, an indoor swimming pool, pool table, Fab grub Cheap and convenient

Spent a couple of nights here, read a few reviews and to be honest was dreading it. To be honest it wasn't that bad, dated a little. but as work had put me up there it was what I've come to expect.

just what we asked for was greated by lovely gentleman who made us feel right at home nothing was to much trouble for him.will be staying again cant go wrong for the price.not the most up to date place but clean and friendly will stay again

Enjoyed my meal, but not wowed by it. Loved the atmosphere and the staff are reallt friendly. The location is excellent also.

We often have a carvery here as its pretty local for us and the food is delicious. The meat is always excellent and there is always a very good choice of veg, cooked to perfection. When you've eaten in the restaurant, you are welcome to play tennis on their tennis court too, which is a winner with the kids........Definately recommended for a good, inexpensive carvery
