La Creperie 'Cinq Maisons' in Richmond upon Thames

These guys are serious about their crepes - they are absolutely delicious. I treat myself weekly to a meal and I am never disappointed. Oh, and the staff is the friendliest group I have ever seen working together. Nothing is too much trouble and they are genuine. I really love this little place.

Amazing Birthday cake , delivered to our door step ,with birthday name on it , very fresh full of fruit .Also cater for allergies with was a big plus for us for our kids.Thank you to all staff , more orders to come for sure .

Great place in Richmond down Brewers Lane near Richmond Green. Highly recommended for crepes. Venue for parties.

Nice creperie in the heart of Richmond. Nice crispy pancake and traditional savoury galette fillings. Highly recommend.

Popped in looking for a refreshing drink before rushing off to save our car from getting a ticket. Found a small yet very welcoming creperie making delicious crepes, smoothies and coffee so we stayed and risked it. We shared a delicious savoury crepe with feta and spinach, washed down with carrot, apple and ginger smoothies + coffee. All excellent and good value. It's a very small place so you may struggle to get a seat when really busy so would suggest getting a take away and heading to the near by Richmond Green.

We were a party of four who visited this nice place in Richmond. The crepes were freshly made and so was the coffee. This place will again be visited next time we are in Richmond

The crepes are wonderful, and so is the owner. My work colleagues are regulars here and she knows their order by heart ! I find the crepes simple and delicious, what else would we ask for ?The place is small so there might be a little wait (or you can take-away) but it’s quite worth it

Randomly passed by this Creperie and couldn't resist sitting down for a nutella & banana crepe, alongside a warm cup of hot chocolate. Absolutely delicious. We were greeted by the lovely manager Fred who was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is a true gem in Richmond and I would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday party with seven of her friends. It was a fantastic experience for them! They were all given an apron, utensils and ingredients and were instructed by the ever so friendly Judith as to how to make their own crepe batter. The children were each given time to cook their crepe and then once they were all done, sat down to enjoy crepes with a selection of fillings. As a Richmond resident this has been one of the best party venues, quite small so numbers are limited, that I have found. The café managers did everything to make sure the party was a success, from service to balloons and décor. Highly recommend.

I didn’t have crepes here which is a shame because they looked excellent. Small cute child having a bath in chocolate nearby made us all “awwww”. Lovely setting in small side street off Richmond Green. Rather cool 70s-80s punk and rock on the stereo but that may be the taste of the decidedly cool waitress who has epic hair!

Friendly team serving a wide variety of sweet and savoury crepes down one of Richmond's lovely little alleys leading to the green. I went for the traditional banana and nutella with ice cream, delicious

I'm afraid I won't make justice to just how amazing this place is just by using words. Maybe the photos will help In only one visit this became one of my favourite places in London. I spent the day in the beautiful Kew gardens and head to Richmond for dinner. I looked online for a gelateria since it was a hot day and a gelato sound great. I have decided to check the one in a little and super charming street that leads to the park and feels like a magical place. I walked by Cinq Maisons and I can't resist crepes. When inside I've met Judith and Fred. They are so lovely that I almost canceled my dinner plans (pizza) to just have crepes After dinner I literally tracked them down on Google and called them to ask if they could wait 5 minutes cause I would be going back and I would arrive a bit after closing time. They had other costumers there and we're still open so... Lucky me. When I got back there I had the best time ever. They are so sweet. The place is so cozy and the crepes... OMG!!! Let's just say I live 1 hour away from Richmond and I will go probably every weekend! That's how much I loved it!!! Just go! You not only won't regret, you'll love it!!! Really!

It is lovely and the food was great. Plenty of choice of fillings for both the savoury and sweet crepes. There were 10 of us and we all agreed it was a great choice for a pre theatre meal. The owner and the crepe chef couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Would definitely go again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Do you like Crepes? Made with buckwheat and served in a charming little side street cafe? If so this is the place. The cafe is run by an ever smiling an efficient young lady called Judith who knows our order as soon as we walk in the door as we are now regulars. The room is small --maybe 15 covers--and in a way it's as well that this is somewhat hidden away in an alley off of the High Street in Richmond. If it was more conspicuous then I doubt you would ever get in as the food and service is great, and in an area packed with chains, this is something different.

Off the beaten track French Creperie, situated in one of Richmond's side lanes, off the high street. It is a small shop with an old fashioned quaint interior. Very French with a choice of buckwheat galette's or traditional crepes, both sweet and savoury. I can recommend the smoked salmon and cream cheese galette. Served and cooked by Judith who always has a smile. Please go there if you want to experience a little bit of France in Richmond.

Welcomed by a really lovely owner i could order what i wanted that was suitable for my stomack. Can’t forget the taste of white chocolate and banana fillled crepe!

This crêperie is a new favourite for sure. My boyfriend and I shared an apple and cinnamon crepe and a ham and cheese galette, both of which were absolutely delicious. All the ingredients are very fresh and the quality of the food is very high. It's also really nice that the place is so small and that the crepes are made right in front of you, plus the staff are all so friendly without being overbearing. All in all, a great little find!

I visited this place a couple of times, wanted to give it a chance but I was a bit disappointed with the crepes. They were good and edible but not really made like in Brittany where I’m from but maybe it’s just preferences. The crepes are quite soft and floppy, the savoury crepes are overfilled with cheese and made with wheat flour as opposed to buckwheat flour and lack of buttery crispiness! However the service is impeccable!

Would recommend to all! Crepes delicious and use farine de sarrasin. Great place for Sunday breakfast or weekday lunch! Open until 8pm

I was there because my kids wanted to get some crepes. The reception we received was really great and the team made everything to make us happy, even purchasing quickly some missing ingredient for the crepe we really wanted.

De très bonnes crêpes servies par deux adorables jeunes femmes. Nous avons pris des crêpes aux Nutella et au fruits. Un régal. Endroit chaleureux et accueillant, nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage à Londres !

I love the Salad De Fruit followed by Cappuccino or fresh mint tea. Staff always friendly and chatty - assuming you want to talk.

Upon my last visit to London, I visited this charming little hidden gem in Richmond. Crepes were absolutely delicious and served with pride and a smile by owner Judith! The place is immaculate, warm and inviting. The smell of the crepes and waffles draws you in and this place does not disappoint at all. It is in fact one of the best creperies I have been to outside of Paris. I will definitely go back on my next visit!

Delicious crepes, both sweet and savoury. The young woman who served us was very chatty and welcoming. My only gripe is that the soft drinks are expensive, £2.60 for a San Pelegríno Limonata, the cans sell for 90p at the Co op, I think it was about £4 for a milkshake. Will stick to tap water next time.

The best crêpes in London! You will be welcomed by two smiling women in a cozy and charming place. The crepes are really good, as good as French ones! Fresh and tasty food.
