La Chilenita in Newcastle upon Tyne

I don't know how this concession dare use the Yo Sushi name. The rice is often undercooked. Today was the last chance I gave it. I spent over £20 today and the rice on everything is rock hard. The salmon nigiri uses the tiniest slivers of salmon you've ever seen, an absolute disgrace at almost £7 for 6 pieces. They deliberately move the sushi going out of date today to the front so less suspecting shoppers will pick out raw salmon that isn't even fresh! (standard Yo Sushi restaurants have time stamps on any raw food to be used within a certain few HOURS of when it's prepared, yet I saw food on this stand packaged with a use by date of three days from today!!). There's never any staff around, and the prices are extortionate.

Tried the new cocktail and food offering was absolutely lush.

Hoy entré a tu bar café con mis amigas y una de tus empleadas me dijo que todavía no me han permitido entrar y me pidió que me fuera y no me dio ninguna razón por la que tuve que irme cuando no he hecho nada malo. Me gustaría volver a la cafetería Tyneside Bar.

Excellent service from Amber and the drinks kept coming!

The service is terrible; they don’t consider customers’ requests at all. As soon as we finished our meal, we were practically kicked out while we were still waiting to pay the bill and for our taxi. We didn’t even have time to order dessert or anything else. I’m really disappointed because the food is excellent, but I will never come back and definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.
