L.A. Cafe in Arun

Called in for breakfast and we both opted for the set No. 2 which was tasty and perfectly cooked. Special mention for the coffee which was the best that I have had for a while. Service was good too. I don't usually bother to leave a review for a cafe but felt that I had to this time as it was so good.

Quality food, good price,pleasant decor, friendly staff. ( BTW wrong phone number on here, they got numbers in wrong place)

I'm not one to complain but as I phoned this cafe up to order some breakfast on a Monday morning, they never answer the phone. This is not the first time it has taken me at least 6 calls to try and get through to them I tried online and they wouldn't take the payment for some unknown reason. Also as they have a minimum for delivery I though I would not be charged but they seem to add a 2 pound charge even after the 13 pound minimum order. Very disappointed with the customer service well lack of it.

We after dropping of the little people at the coach park I’ve taken a walk into town and found this gem, of course I have the big breakfast good tea and when the food came very fast I was not disappointed so don’t just use the cafe/fish shop at the beach get into town and cheaper

Went here on sunday we could not make up our minds this cafe or weatherspoon just arcross the road we thought we would give this one ago and we are so glad that we did because it was one of the best breakfasts i had in a long time we asked for soft eggs and lightly cooked bacon and it came just as we had asked for also nice coffee and very nice staff all in all so please we went there and not weatherspoon well worth a visit

Visited yesterday, had lovely Roast Lamb dinner with vegetables, all was cooked perfectly. Will return, would recommend this place to all. The best we have tried in Littlehampton

Had an excellent breakfast here on my way thru on Monday, coffee was nice too. Freindly staff and clean and tidy

Liver & onion on the menu, that surprised me, so I dived in and ordered. It arrived in a short while and tasted excellent. the menu is straight forwards & uncomplicated, They know their markets and their customers tastes. Clean with friendly staff. child friendly, recommended. a wheel chair will get in but a small step inside the front door will need negotiating.

Great breakfast at the cafe but got cold very quickly. Just warm those plates and you can give a perfect meal and a 5 star rating next time

Had lunch there while looking at the shops, just across the road from Wetherspoons. Very nice food, quick service and very good prices

The sever here was good very nice food,staff friendly,food was hot so was the plates ,, good staff and very friendly, recommend for good food

This cafe must have the slowest service by the most uninterested why am I here attitude staff that I have been to. We enter sit down and seen by the waitress but at least 10 min later no one has been over to take order (only 10 customers & some of those already eating) So I ask at the counter where do I order thinking it is counter service only, it is apparently table service but I order at the counter as I am there. (only a burger, sandwich & x2 teas) 10-15 mins later the teas turn up & plonked on table without a word. We have drunk the tea before the burger turns up another 15 min later and it is eaten before the sandwich arrives. No apology smile or any acknowledgement for the poor service. It wasn't as if there was a rush on as there was 30 empty seats. I even saw the waitress wiping overflowing cappuccino froth with her fingers from the edge of the mug before serving someone. The cook didn't appear to be taking any interest in what was going on so they was no driving force and the waitress who had a long pony tail which was swishing about around the food cant be healthy.

We had a midmorning breakfast meal here the food and service was outstanding, the prices were really good and excellent value, this place is well worth a visit.

We have visited here a number of times before now and have always been very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price until today!! Since the refurb the menu has changed and the although the food you get is ok the portion sizes have halved and the prices have gone up!! Wouldn't bother going again

The food was relatively ok, the salad is the saving grace. No please or thank you from the staff. Waitress took ages to clean filthy table every time she came over to clean it one of the other staff members called her back. Observing the attitude she just walked up to a man waiting for his meal and just plonked down a cup of tea. No, "there you go, here you are - can i get you anything else" shoved it infront of him walked off. His mouth dropped open. My friend had a sausage sandwich and about 6 hours later threw up. Not blaming it on this cafe, but he hadn't eaten anything else that day and was fine after he was sick a couple of times.... ! No smiles from staff - felt unwelcome.

No es un lugar que recomiendo a todos. El servicio era grosero desde el principio. Las mujeres detrás del mostrador no hacer contacto visual, no por favor o gracias y ella ofrecía un sentimiento general de sentirnos incómodos. La comida era inferior a la media con ingredientes baratos siendo utilizada. Si puedes evítalo.

Visitamos varias veces como mi hijo decida tomar el desayuno aquí algunos sábados por la mañana. La comida es buena relación calidad-precio y el café muy limpio. Personal amable y servicial.

Si estás en Littlehampton (LA) y quiere algo para comer el probar este lugar, la cafetería, la comida es muy buena y el precio es muy bueno también. Volveré sin duda

Went here with my wife last week after a long walk so did not feel too guilty with what I had to eat. They do a nice cup of Latte, and the service was fast and friendly. I had one of the large set meals and regretted it because I got 2 large sausages in with my one( I had to take one home). Also they swapped my toast for fried bread which some places don`t. My wife had a slightly smaller one and that was a good size brekky. The food was cooked really well and came out very hot. Prices are about usual. We have been here quite a few times, and will carry on.

This is the second January we have eaten here and we liked it so much, we returned again the following week. There is an amazingly comprehensive menu and it is the cleanest 'greasy spoon' we have come across, such that 'greasy' may have to be removed!We both ate differing set breakfasts both times and both arrived piping hot and as requested.Lovely and attentive staff made for a lovely experience.

Great food well cooked, fresh ingredients. You get a warm welcome when you get there, waitres service available. Inexpensive good value for your money.

Excellent value for money. Food plentiful and freshley prepared and cooked and very tasty. Staff friendly and cheerful.

We often go out for breakfast and we had not been in the LA cafe before and thought it was worth a try.The menus are extensive and cover all tastes.From burgers and chips to omletts.Myself and my partner had a kind of bunch breakfast that was quite filling.Tasted nice and was good value.We shall be going back soon .

I visit this cafe once or twice every week. The staff are always friendly, polite and personable. The food is always excellent and all areas of the cafe are exceptionally clean. Ibwould recommend a visit here, breakfast is delicious as are other meals. Staff are happy to accommodate fussy eaters and the prices are good value.

We regularly visit L.A Cafe as they do a lovely well priced full english breakfast! Staff are always friendly, and the cafe is always clean and tidy, I'd definitely recommend trying there breakfast!

I was denied access to this café due to having an assistance dog. There was no manager present but the 2 members of staff present would not allow me access. Therefore this establishment is breaking the law under the Equalities Act 2010 by denying a disabled person access to use their facilities. Very disappointed. We were only here one night.

Never been to Littlehampton before but needed breakfast & wow what a little gem we found. Beautifully clean and the most lovely staff. Reasonable priced food from set breakfasts, ,jacket potatoes, dinners, burgers and sandwiches all served with a friendly smile.I will be back next time I am in this area thank you ladies.
