Worst milkshake not properly cold and too sweet .

Zero stars- Food was cold and wings were missing, pretty sure I got a wrong order as burger had additions I didn’t ask for, shop quick to blame delivery driver and adamant everything was packed, no customer service, extremely poor service and just gone downhill since opened, used to be one of my favourites but was extremely disappointing - good bye

Open late night 🌙. Smaller menu but a relavent menu for a after midnight snack. Good price. Keep it up.

I ordered a takeaway. LA Burgers got the best french fries ever. For me, it's better than any of the famous brands; so fresh, crispy from the outside, soft from the inside, no old frying oil in the flavour. Neat presentation 👌 .I didn't enjoy the pink lemonito. I wish they added Barr lemonade to the drink selection, I don't prefer coloured drinks.

Hair in food, not hygienic at all, stay away

Came here at 3 am, ordered 2 cheese burgers and cheesy fries and my chips had hair In it, the staff here are students who do not understand hygiene, don’t use hairnets or any sort of preventions, corrections were made as they made my order fresh again but still it’s a huge inconvenience because by the time they got the food ready the other items were cold, wouldn’t be coming back here again, the woman at the counter did try offer a free milkshake to compensate, stay away

Ordered on uber, gave an uncooked burger.

Delicious food especially Straight outta Compton with the combination of cheesy twister fries, Staff is hardworking and polite. My recommendation Atleast visit once 10/10. Keep it up guys

Useless restaurant, do not order on Uber eats! They will not give you parts of your order and then Uber will act like everything is fine because they refunded you for the foods you ordered, but for example some foods are only good in combination with others. Long story short useless place, don’t order

I did not get what I ordered and paid for and the drink completely spilled out on the ground straight through the bag due to bad packaging. Tried to call the number but could not get through. Very disappointed

Open late night but don’t look at orders probably and leave stuff out & then don’t resolve the problem. Would eat somewhere else.

Last night the lady making a shake dropped a chocolate bar on the floor where she’d been walking. She just picked it up and put it on the blender. Absolutely disgusting 🤮

4* rating purely just for the drinks and shakes they do, which are great 👌🏼 However, the burgers are mediocre, and the fries are terrible. Also beware if you're looking online that the prices menu is outdated, and that most items have increased by a pound or more. Overall this is a decent place to go with friends to grab a milkshake or drink (strawberry buzz is my personal recommendation). Also very convenient as they are open until late when other options are closed 👍🏻 For future reference I'd suggest they add the sauce themselves into the burgers instead of chucking in small sauce sachets. Please also add more seasoning and gherkins into the cheese burgers as they're lacking in flavour without. The cheese used also seems very processed and not very tasty.

Santa Monica must try full of flavour ordered twice in a day

I ordered the chicken fillet burger meal on Wednesday, 20th March. This occasion I went with a cheese sauce as extra for the chips. Chicken was fresh piping hot which was good but when down hill from here as the salad in the burger was not so fresh and the cheese sauce although it was hot it seemed it has gone off as the texture was not like usual cheese sauce. The reason I am writing this review and giving one star because I have just recovered from sickness and diarrhea. Please provide fresh lettuce in the burger and check how you process the cheese sauce. This was the only thing I ate that evening so couldn't be anything else. Since then I have gone off my appetite and don't feel like ordering any take aways since this happen probably will take a lot for me to come back to ordering from here.

Ordered Santa Monica and chicken big pac - Santa Monica burger was uncooked/raw in the middle.I kept the burger and it was late to go and show to the staff but just to make others aware, I did rang the land line 7 times but no response I even messaged Insta account but no response. The other burger was nice can’t complaint - honest review but surely will not be going back.

Good customer service. I think the straw for the shake should be bigger as the shakes were really thick. Good experience and surely go back.

Very poor service. On Wednesday I went there . Lady on the front very rude . She don’t know how to do customer service. When customers on front always busy with phone . Very bed . Hope the owner will find someone good .

Terribly terribly slow! 51 minutes for 1 burger meal!

First time having ordered food from this place. Put through at like 3:30am through deliveroo.. the driver did get lost so did take abit longer to reach me. That being said, all the food was packages well. Burger and wings wrapped in a foil and then put in the container. So the food was still hot and fresh when it arrived. Straight outta Compton burger was the best burger I've had in Leicester in a long time! Wings were good too. And the fries, definitely recommend the upgrade and get the nacho like cheese sauce with it.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I have ordered it the burger is so juicy the chips are great and the shakes are to my liking. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try it. I’ve been in once and there’s seating and it’s quite spacey inside. Can’t really say much to the customer service as I’ve not spoken to anyone as I order online, and the one time I went in my friend ordered. The cheese sauce that goes with the fries is amazing, it tastes like it’s got jalapeños in it but it’s not spicy at all.

Shakes taste good but toooooo sweet And curls fries are the best and price is unbelievable 😍 I suggest if the Lady who serves can give a little smile on her face!!! That makes lots of difference to the place

Ordered Santa Monica burger meals and the chicken burgers were so cooked from top but raw meat inside completely rawwww!!!!!! Got sick started throwing up and now I think maybe I got food poisoning because I swallowed abit but when I looked in my burger the meat was pure pink inside so not fair had to bin it also waste of time waste of money la burgers are bin burgers now so discussed eww 😷 never order again food is completely different on pictures no way I can’t believe someone served us raw meat and it’s first and last time ordering from them bin burgers cheap sh**

No frills simple menu, just couple of simple choices between burgers on its own and as a meal. Taste wise, not bad. In terms of size, I would definitely say an average adult will have to go for a meal plus a burger on its own if having as a main meal of the day. Found the shakes surprisingly quite good. Parking is a pain though. Very limited and double yellow only outside, have to park further down the street or on the adjacent ones.

Regular customer here. The one occasion Uber eats delivered me the wrong food, next day manager offered my order on the house with an extra drink. Great food and great customer service and experience, would recommend to visit

This restaurant is terrible, customer service is disgusting, not every thing that is cheap is cheerful ! You’ll be waiting for over an hour for your meal, it’s vital to order online before you come. Don’t let these good comments lie to you, every time I have come it’s the same thing!

My favourite place for the Thick-shakes in Leicester, I use to visit frequently this shop from last 1.5 year, they do have very quality shakes and I felt the burgers was okay okay but not as expected. I'm convinced any other review here over 1 star is fake or done by this take away. This was the single worst burger I have ever had in my life, it tasted like they stuffed a bun with bland tortilla chips, literally burnt to a crisp. Binned after one bite. You guys should just pack your joke place in, it's not hard to grill a patty and if you can't even manage that then it should be curtains. Nasty

Great milkshakes, great prices. Food is simple and a basic menu. There are steps to enter the place which doesn't allow easy access for pushchairs and wheelchair users.

I tried the double cheese burger and chicken burger. I am very disappointed. The double cheese frozen steak is of very poor quality and undercooked. Undercooked and very oily chicken fillet. I do not recommend for burger fans.

I live in Leicester and have tried many burger joints. This is my place to go! I have ordered many times and the food is consistently really good hence why I keep coming back. My favourite is the straight outta compton and fries. I've tried most items on the menu. My kids have the cheese burgers and fries. I like the simplicity of the menu and the pricing is good. Delivery on deliveroo is always quick. The management always reply to feedback and give credit for next orders which is appreciated. Well done on the establishment especially when there is so much competition.

I went to get my burger and I notice there were a lot of flies. I asked staff if they had a bug zapper and they did not. I asked them why there were so many flies and they said they did not know.

3rd time ordering from here, food delivered quickly. Straight outta Compton burgers were big well flavoured and juicy. Wings coated in a thick crunchy batter and smothered in a delicious sticky bbq sauce. Prices cheaper than a lot of places in Leicester too. Our go to smash burger/wings place now. Highly recommended

Me & my partner came in from a night out, craving a burger at 3am as you do lol! We didn’t expect much to be open at this time but came across this place, and honestly we wasn’t expecting it to be amazing because of the time. But we were in fact amazed at how well done everything was. We had the cheese burgers with the fries & also ordered a chicken burger each in case the cheeseburger ‘wasn’t it’. But it was all delicious! And very fast delivery. Will definitely be ordering again very soon :D

The milkshakes are absolutely amazing definitely the best in Leicester without a doubt, also we order the cheesy fries and a burger and it was absolutely delicious honestly thank you to the staff and the owner of the businesses should be proud of how well his business is run and how good the food is.

Like others, very bad decision to order from them on Friday, Burger was okish, but fries were like cardboard, undercooked and tasteless,. looks like they are using cheapest frozen fries from teh cheapest shop to sell as their own. Should've realised the con as soon as ordered.

Is it edible? Yes. Does it taste good? No. Does it taste terrible? No. Too salty, weird seasoning for the burger patty. It’s a good enough option if it’s the middle of the night and nothing else is opened. I wouldn’t order again personally, but others might like it. The only thing going for it is that the burger melts in your mouth.

I got the Santa Monica burger and it just tasted like it was made earlier in the day and it was just reheated (I did order from Uber eats). The chips were very hard but I’m not sure if it was because it was towards the end of the day or if the food is genuinely like that. A bit disappointed with the burger if anything.

Ordered online from Uber and enjoyed the burgers and chips, came very nice packaged and was very tasty. Also had a chocolate milkshake which I appreciated had paper under the lid to stop spilling, wish more places did this! I will certainly be ordering from here again :)

Terrible services. The people on the phone don't even have a clue what they are talking about. Cannot provide the food I ordered yet don't want to give me a refund either. Food arrived ahead of schedual but was freezing cold. Won't be ordering again.
