Ordered a oak corner tv unit at an excellent price delivered on date and time as promised extremely pleased with service

Tldr; buy from Ikea if you can, their online operations are in shambles. Purchased a full length mirror on Oct 2nd which had an expected delivery date of Oct 19th. This turned into a December delivery date without any communication or notification from CFS. I called up in late Oct about the whereabouts of my order and found out then. That's fine, I was happy to wait. Then I received a call that it would be pushed back further into the new year so I asked for a cancellation and refund which they said would be processed within 10 days. Great. 10 days later - nothing - called back again and the accounts team had "technical difficulties" and hadn't gotten around to processing the refund. Absolute shambles.

Ordered an oak dining set which was considerably cheaper than other online shops. I was told they'd be in touch to arrange delivery once it arrived in stock. The cynic in me expected problems but I've got to say Adam and everyone else I've dealt with have been super responsive and it's been a pleasant experience from start to finish. A 10% discount on an already competitively priced item was a bonus. The delivery went ahead without issue and the dining set itself was decent quality considering the price. I'd highly recommend CFS.

Aside from the lead-time extending many months more than they said (because they buy from timbuktu), cabinets arrived without pegs to affix the shelves. They then said they would sort it out and after weeks of chasing, where they just feed you BS, gave up the will to live (which is exactly what they were relying on). These people are "cheap" in the morally bankrupt sense of the word and lack any integrity.

We were charged £60 to return an item simply because we didn’t like it upon arrival. This is unacceptable, as ordering online typically comes with the expectation of being able to return items without such steep fees. The return process was also unnecessarily complicated, requiring multiple images and emails. We won’t be ordering again.

First time I came to this place and I was impressed with the professional service. Although we're still deciding on the style of sofa to purchase this is the store I will go with. The show room is much more appealing than the other store. Hidayat has delivered outstanding service a true gent.

I made an order on the 11th of November. They confirmed the order the next day and kept updating me about the order, stating that my order should be in their warehouse on the 9th of December. Today, I received a call from them, stating that the product that I ordered has been discontinued. Therefore, I was offered a refund or to pick something else instead. I chose a refund. They requested for a refund and it should be processed in the next 7 working days. That is way too long. What an appalling service. If you don't have the product, don't advertise it on your website, take the money and give updates about the delivery! And after 8 days of ordering tell me that it is not even available. I will never use your services again.

Excellent quality and arrived all constructed. Looks good. Almost excessive packaging which filled up the wheelie bin and more but very happy and decent value.

Avoid!!! Ordered on the 4th September now 14th October and still not recieved. Had countless excuses that my order is delayed or the supply hasn't delivered it, got a phone call today now telling me my order isnt going to he in stock until JANUARY! in the end I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

Unfortunately a terrible and painfully slow service. Waited weeks for my sofa, chased them up days and days in advance, and the promised dates for delivery never came. The excuse was down to their supplier. The answer to that is don’t work with them. Another customer lost.

I got opposite of all I requested for. You delivered a bed a bed frame that is full of empty spaces on the side like it's meant for drawers. The divan bed is not strong, the headboard is not firm. So annoying frame. Once delivery and payment has been confirmed the dealer zoned me off. I no blame you. Never ever will I patronise or refer anyone to this store.

Fantastic service from viewing through to delivery. Excellent service, communication and delivery. The showroom is amazing. You must visit, I guarantee you won't be dissapointed. The staff were extremely patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind. They were professional throughout. I received fabulous communication throughout the whole experience. The delivery guys were second to none. They even helped me attatch the legs to a cabinet I had ordered. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed with the customer service. I emailed about delivery date and received a prompt phone call and email back. Items were delivered ahead of schedule. We bought two chest of drawers. They are lovely quality but a part was missing/ damaged. I emailed and received a replacement within 3 days. Really rate this company highly.

CFS, had the cabinet Bohol we were interested in for a reasonable price compared to their stores. Phoned them to discuss item on various occasions and found customer service very good and friendly. Also used WhatsApp to communicate with customer service and found relies quick and helpful. Delivery day was under the 3 weeks set. All in all a good experience.

NOT VERY IMPRESSED SO FAR. Having just spoken to CFS, and then read a load of the fairly obviously bogus-seeming reviews on here.... here's a real review - our experience ordering one smallish item. Like some other people - we ordered having been told goods were "in stock" -- £160+ of OUR MONEY TAKEN -- now told - delivery is around SIX WEEKS FROM NOW (ordered last week). This obvs keeps their bank balances fattened - but pisses customers off MASSIVELY. Seems to be an operation with real shop, but all the stock is in fact in Asia. All telephone calls are flipped out to a call centre in India. Not those guys fault of course, but without driving to Leicester, not so simple to take it up with Mr Alimohamed who is the sole director. Company formed in 2018, not enormous figures in their accounts, but fits with a single store backed by online supply & ordering. Mr Alimohamed -- try being more open with your customers and put some telephone handling in the UK, if you'd like to establish better customer relations. I will report back here later. MHsubs

Found this gem of a place while looking when we move to Leicester very recently. The showroom is absolutely huge and beautifully laid out. There is something for everyone. They cater for all style of decor. The gentleman who works there was incredible helpful in assisting me with various options of what I was looking to purchase. Our Champagne Velvet knocker back chairs are in place and the really elevate the space. I saw so many amazing pieces of furniture that I loved so will definitely be back. The website is also stocked with so much cool stuff. Thank you Steven for your help. Very are very please with our purchase. Special shout out to the guys at the warehouse who were also super friendly and helping in loading all the boxes in my car as we were too excited to wait for deliver.

Really glad to find ready assembled items. Bought the contrast small vanity unit and matching stool and really pleased with them. The only assembly required was to unscrew handles from inside drawers and screw them back on the outside which was really easy. Only tricky thing was removing multiple staples from the temporary cardboard runners and plastic corner / casters underneath, which required tipping unit over and needs pliers / staple remover. Otherwise delighted with items.

These chairs are solid wood and very sturdy. I bought them in the sale so have got a really good deal. I have had excellent service from anyone I dealt with.

Worst customer service experience ever encountered. The owner's son is a despicable human being that speaks to you like you're dirt. BE VERY CAREFUL the invoice refers you to the online terms and conditions for refunds and returns but if you make the mistake of buying in store they APPARENTLY have different terms and conditions and they will not give you a refund because they feel like it, and you'll get A LOT of rude and quite frankly, disgusting behaviour from the owner's son. They also won't make you aware of the different refund/return policies when you buy in store. Deceitful behaviour. I wouldn't wasn't my time and money, all you will get is stress (we had to get legal advice and the bank involved), and bad furniture. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
