Ordered furniture in February 25. After loads of correspondence back and forth finally got 90% of order confirmed. Then issues with the delivery dates and as they cannot confirm if they will be delivering to my area they cannot guarantee another date! They have now had my money for 2 months and I am no where nearer receiving my furniture. I now want to cancel and get a refund but they will not respond to this request. I am at a loss now as to how to get the furniture or my £1800 back! Would not use this company ever again.

I identified a good quality leather trunk coffee table and bought online from CfS. I haven’t bought from this company before but based on the reviews I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The original item I wanted was discontinued but the company found me an alternative which I actually liked better. A special thank you to the whole customer service team for all their help in getting my furniture to me. A special thank you to Sam who was helping to chase up the order. I received regular updates right up to receiving my order. There were a few issues with the suppliers but the Customer Service desk was always polite and helpful and really worked hard. I am really pleased with the quality of the coffee table and would definitely use this company again.

I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I ordered a kitchen island back in Nov and didn't recieve it.They phoned me 4 times to say the item was further delayed.i told them I'm not prepared to wait over 4 months for a product so requested a refund. I still hadn't had a refund within a month and then I get a call after I requested my refund to say my product had been delayed again! Poor communication,I was fuming so I sent an email demanding my refund ASAP and I get an email back saying we will PROCESS your refund in 10 days time!! Not exceptable! I made a complaint and got it escalated and the payment was back in my account the next day. 4 months waiting for a product that never came and a month waiting for a refund.i don't think this company will be around much longer if they continue service like this

Very happy with the console we bought: real wood, made in Vietnam, very very well packaged, looks fantastic. The price was also the most competitive (other retailers selling the same console were much more expensive) - I think that CFS is a great find! the delivery team was also great, careful and friendly.

I would leave 0 stars of if I could 😡 I asked for a cancellation of my order on the same day I ordered after I found the same item cheaper elsewhere. It took over 24 hours and lots of messages backwards and forwards for them to finally agree. Now, 4 days later they have taken the money from my account even though the order shows cancelled on the web. Please avoid this company.

Gah! They had the item I was looking for, but apparently it was too much effort to let me see it in their warehouse. I drove 40 miles, they couldn't manage a few feet!

Very professional and reliable store. I had to wait a little longer for the furniture but I understand this is not seller fault but producer. Nevertheless the service provided was top notch and I was informed about my order every step of the way. The driver contacted us one day before delivery to confirm delivery time so I knew how to plan my schedule. I also received follow up call to confirm if I am satisfied with my purchase which is a first but so nice as you can see they care about the customers. Decided to place an order for a floor lamp as the item was ‘in stock’ online and cheaper than other retailers. After 5 weeks of being strung along and pushing back the delivery every week, I have cancelled. If you want an item with quick delivery do not buy from here.

The rustic oak beds and matching cabinets are of very high quality and were carefully packed. CFS sales were responsive and kept me informed of the delivery. Would use the retailer again.

We ordered a Three Door Sideboard which arrived a few days ago. The quality and appearance are excellent and we could not be more pleased. The Company have been very easy to deal with right through from initial order to delivery. Regular updates, accurate delivery information and a very pleasant and helpful Driver. We will definately use again and would reccomend with confidence.

We bought two chest of drawers. They were very reasonably priced and of excellent quality. The delivery was exactly as promised and very courteous.

Very very happy with the mango wood cupboard we ordered online. The cupboard itself is exactly what we were hoping for both in terms of appearance and quality. Delivery driver called the day before delivery to advise of expected arrival time. The day after delivery we received a courtesy call to check we were happy with everything - now that is unheard of and a very nice touch. Have no hesitation in using CFS again.

Felt strung along by made up nonsense and felt incredibly let down. Placed an order mid Aug 24 advising two items were in stock and I was still getting palmed off come January 2025. The discount applied for the inconvenience was a mere £27 for an order of £1k. Gave up so requested a refund in January and that refund is still awaited in Feb. Shocking customer service avoid at all costs and save yourself the annoyance and sheer frustration.

The actual product is fine and acceptable but when it says something is in stock i shouldn’t have to wait over 3 months for it to actually come from Vietnam. 🇻🇳 The delivery drivers were nice enough as I’ve met two lots of them since my item didn’t come in full the first delivery. Which is annoying since I had to get up at 5am for the delivery… The instructions could be a little bit better but not terrible. Great product but I won’t use the company again. Thanks,

Oak and Cream TV Unit The unit arrived ahead of the initial indication. The unit took only minutes to set up (just putting in the shelves and fixing the handles) and looks gorgeous - great value for money. One tip - as is quite common the shelf supports are a tiny bit loose in the holes but a small dab of wood-glue in each hole them stay in place perfectly.

Excellent customer service, always reply promptly to emails. Delivered when they said they would and am really pleased with the bedside drawers. Can certainly recommend.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. Their management is not only mean-spirited but utterly incapable of resolving even the most basic customer issues. After receiving a cabinet that was damaged, with splash marks and chips, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue with integrity, they offered a pathetic 10% discount on a clearly defective product—a laughable and insulting gesture given the inconvenience they caused. Even worse, they repeatedly scheduled collection attempts without consulting us about our availability, arrogantly assuming we could accommodate their disorganized schedule. This is not just unprofessional; it’s outright disrespectful. The lack of proper communication and their habit of making decisions on behalf of their customers is beyond frustrating. When I proposed a reasonable solution—keeping the damaged cabinet and receiving a refund to cover the repair costs—they flat-out refused, showing a total lack of flexibility or care for customer satisfaction. Their rigid and dismissive attitude highlights how little they value their customers. This company is the epitome of poor service, bad management, and disrespectful practices. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from them. There are countless other retailers who actually care about their customers—this company is not one of them. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll only end up regretting it.

Ordered a bed and was told it would be 4 weeks, they put this back by a week. After a further two weeks later they told me (only because I contacted them) the bed was arriving the next day. I rang three days later again and they told me it would be 6-7 weeks. Awaiting the punchline (it never materialised) i asked for a full refund and they offered me a 5% discount if I decided not to. An absolute travesty of a service in every single faculty. Please, avoid.

I ordered a clock on 11 October 2024 which said "IN STOCK" but "delivered in 6 weeks". As the price of the clock was cheaper on the CFS website than other local shops I decided it was worth it to wait the six weeks. I then received periodical emails saying that the clock was delayed and the date it was expected from their supplier kept getting extended. The clock was eventually delivered to me on 21 January 2025 almost 15 weeks after I purchased it, a timeline which I don't feel is acceptable. Order with caution, it seems like a lot of customers have issues with timelines of delivery.

My elderly mum wanted some comfortable leather recliner sofas after sitting on very uncomfortable ones for many years. She chose 2 single recliners and a double from the BENTLEY range. She is very happy with the sofas. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately she only received the 2 single recliners before Xmas meaning that there wasn’t enough seating when family visited. The 2 seater has been delivered today. She loves the sofas and communication has been fab throughout the purchasing process. Definetly recommend CFS

We ordered dinning chairs first of July and they supposed to deliver them in 3 weeks, they keep making excuses till Christmas Eve, I had to take half day off and waited for delivery which it never happened, after Christmas I went to the shop to see whats going on, they made another fake excuses , ended up driving to their warehouse myself and get the chairs. After 6 months finally got the low quality chairs. Definitely won’t recommend CFS Leicester and I would give 0 star.

The CFS wardrobes are not durable or stable. We purchased 3 in the last 1 year and all of them developed issues in short span of time. Om contacting them, they advice its assembly issue. Ikea wardrobes are far more durable the cfs counterpart.

Tldr; buy from Ikea if you can, their online operations are in shambles. Purchased a full length mirror on Oct 2nd which had an expected delivery date of Oct 19th. This turned into a December delivery date without any communication or notification from CFS. I called up in late Oct about the whereabouts of my order and found out then. That's fine, I was happy to wait. Then I received a call that it would be pushed back further into the new year so I asked for a cancellation and refund which they said would be processed within 10 days. Great. 10 days later - nothing - called back again and the accounts team had "technical difficulties" and hadn't gotten around to processing the refund. Absolute shambles.

Ordered an oak dining set which was considerably cheaper than other online shops. I was told they'd be in touch to arrange delivery once it arrived in stock. The cynic in me expected problems but I've got to say Adam and everyone else I've dealt with have been super responsive and it's been a pleasant experience from start to finish. A 10% discount on an already competitively priced item was a bonus. The delivery went ahead without issue and the dining set itself was decent quality considering the price. I'd highly recommend CFS.

Aside from the lead-time extending many months more than they said (because they buy from timbuktu), cabinets arrived without pegs to affix the shelves. They then said they would sort it out and after weeks of chasing, where they just feed you BS, gave up the will to live (which is exactly what they were relying on). These people are "cheap" in the morally bankrupt sense of the word and lack any integrity.

We were charged £60 to return an item simply because we didn’t like it upon arrival. This is unacceptable, as ordering online typically comes with the expectation of being able to return items without such steep fees. The return process was also unnecessarily complicated, requiring multiple images and emails. We won’t be ordering again.

First time I came to this place and I was impressed with the professional service. Although we're still deciding on the style of sofa to purchase this is the store I will go with. The show room is much more appealing than the other store. Hidayat has delivered outstanding service a true gent.

I made an order on the 11th of November. They confirmed the order the next day and kept updating me about the order, stating that my order should be in their warehouse on the 9th of December. Today, I received a call from them, stating that the product that I ordered has been discontinued. Therefore, I was offered a refund or to pick something else instead. I chose a refund. They requested for a refund and it should be processed in the next 7 working days. That is way too long. What an appalling service. If you don't have the product, don't advertise it on your website, take the money and give updates about the delivery! And after 8 days of ordering tell me that it is not even available. I will never use your services again.

Had countless excuses that my order is delayed or the supply hasn't delivered it, got a phone call today now telling me my order isnt going to he in stock until JANUARY! in the end I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

Unfortunately a terrible and painfully slow service. Waited weeks for my sofa, chased them up days and days in advance, and the promised dates for delivery never came. The excuse was down to their supplier. The answer to that is don’t work with them. Another customer lost.
