Con artists! They think they don't have to refund a faulty bed? Roy and his manager are a bunch of clowns! I highly recommend you do not purchase from this knock of circus.

Very impressed with the customer service. I emailed about delivery date and received a prompt phone call and email back. Items were delivered ahead of schedule. We bought two chest of drawers. They are lovely quality but a part was missing/ damaged. I emailed and received a replacement within 3 days. Really rate this company highly.

CFS, had the cabinet Bohol we were interested in for a reasonable price compared to their stores. Phoned them to discuss item on various occasions and found customer service very good and friendly. Also used WhatsApp to communicate with customer service and found relies quick and helpful. Delivery day was under the 3 weeks set. All in all a good experience.

NOT VERY IMPRESSED SO FAR. Having just spoken to CFS, and then read a load of the fairly obviously bogus-seeming reviews on here.... here's a real review - our experience ordering one smallish item. Like some other people - we ordered having been told goods were "in stock" -- £160+ of OUR MONEY TAKEN -- now told - delivery is around SIX WEEKS FROM NOW (ordered last week). This obvs keeps their bank balances fattened - but pisses customers off MASSIVELY. Seems to be an operation with real shop, but all the stock is in fact in Asia. All telephone calls are flipped out to a call centre in India. Not those guys fault of course, but without driving to Leicester, not so simple to take it up with Mr Alimohamed who is the sole director. Company formed in 2018, not enormous figures in their accounts, but fits with a single store backed by online supply & ordering. Mr Alimohamed -- try being more open with your customers and put some telephone handling in the UK, if you'd like to establish better customer relations. I will report back here later. MHsubs

Found this gem of a place while looking when we move to Leicester very recently. The showroom is absolutely huge and beautifully laid out. There is something for everyone. They cater for all style of decor. The gentleman who works there was incredible helpful in assisting me with various options of what I was looking to purchase. Our Champagne Velvet knocker back chairs are in place and the really elevate the space. I saw so many amazing pieces of furniture that I loved so will definitely be back. The website is also stocked with so much cool stuff. Thank you Steven for your help. Very are very please with our purchase. Special shout out to the guys at the warehouse who were also super friendly and helping in loading all the boxes in my car as we were too excited to wait for deliver.

Really glad to find ready assembled items. Bought the contrast small vanity unit and matching stool and really pleased with them. The only assembly required was to unscrew handles from inside drawers and screw them back on the outside which was really easy. Only tricky thing was removing multiple staples from the temporary cardboard runners and plastic corner / casters underneath, which required tipping unit over and needs pliers / staple remover. Otherwise delighted with items.

These chairs are solid wood and very sturdy. I bought them in the sale so have got a really good deal. I have had excellent service from anyone I dealt with.

Worst customer service experience ever encountered. The owner's son is a despicable human being that speaks to you like you're dirt. BE VERY CAREFUL the invoice refers you to the online terms and conditions for refunds and returns but if you make the mistake of buying in store they APPARENTLY have different terms and conditions and they will not give you a refund because they feel like it, and you'll get A LOT of rude and quite frankly, disgusting behaviour from the owner's son. They also won't make you aware of the different refund/return policies when you buy in store. Deceitful behaviour. I wouldn't wasn't my time and money, all you will get is stress (we had to get legal advice and the bank involved), and bad furniture. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Choice Furniture Superstore had the item I wanted at the best price available, it was delivered very quickly, and the quality of the item is great. The customer service was really excellent and I would happily purchase from them again.

3 weeks pending a refund for a bed I never received.

Horrific experience. Avoid this company at all cost. We ordered a cabinet from them and upon arriving, found an issue with the base. The installation folks were also confused on how to install and are extremely unprofessional (we have the comparison of many installation folks from other furniture companies). Worst, a few weeks later, we're still in the same predicament because every day, we'd get a last-minute call on how 'the technician is not coming to work today', so weeks after weeks, we've had to cancel plans to accommodate their last-minute cancellations. The latest is that they won't be able to have a team in until in a few weeks. It's a dysfunctional company with very little accountability.

Twice advertised furniture as in stock that isn’t at all kept getting the dates moved both times they expected me to wait over a month for the item after waiting weeks again I asked for refund offered me 5% discount I had to ask for my refund again still waiting for it won’t bother again be aware false advertising time wasting and out of pocket still

I've just taken delivery of a nice little beech-colour desk and am delighted with it. The instructions said it would take about 45 minutes to put together, which might apply if you are a black belt flat pack constructor, but for people like me, arthritic and not great at scrabbling around on the floor, add on a few more hours! However, it looks good and is just what I needed. The customer service and communication was outstanding too, and the online order easy to place, so I'm well pleased.

All furniture are in good quality. They are saying that all furniture are in offer half price. But I feels it's still expensive.

Second Time I have used Choice Furniture Superstore for some chairs for our office and they did not disappoint. Best price we could find and customer service is always great to deal with.

I ordered a dining table and it was delivered as scheduled. The next day I assembled it and found that there was something missing in one hole of 1 table leg. Hence, it could not be fixed. At that time, I received a phone call from CFS customer services equired about the status of the delivery and the product. The time was right. I told her the problem I just encountered. He asked me to send email with relevant photos for their further action. After sending my email to request for the replacement of the table leg, they arranged with the supplier to send the replacement via DHL to me and it arrived a few days later. I appreciated CFS customer services so much and the problem was resolved.

Placed an order with CFS, a company I’d had no experience dealing with before. They were professional, kept me up to date with delivery & phoned to make sure the parcel had been delivered & I was happy with it. I’d definitely buy from there again & recommend them, excellent service all round.

Ordered a sofa for next week delivery. Hadn’t received any notice of delivery details so called up only to be told it won’t be delivered for another 3 weeks. Awful customer service experience and still waiting for my money to be returned. Buy elsewhere, they really don’t give a monkeys.

What a terrible experience and nearly 4 months on from placing my order and several promises and excuses later, finally cancelled my order and refund has eventually arrived after numerous requests. Check the telephone number of any businesses you use as this company is trading under several names, look out for contact numbers starting 0116

Placed an order for chairs and table, was told delivery would be between 12-2, actually arrived at 7pm. They delivered the wrong size table (200cm instead of 240cm) and one of the chairs were damaged. Shambolic on all fronts, would never use this company again.

I recently furnished my home with CFS, overall it was pleasurable experience. Their website offers a great mix of modern and timeless designs, not forgetting the best prices too as I always shop around. After an initial problem with delivery they called and apologised and sorted it out to my satisfaction which is why I would buy from them again. I would have no hesitation in recommending CFS.

Company selling product advertised as "in stock" yet they don't actually have the products. 6 weeks later ,still awaiting delivery of a product that was advertised as "1 week delivery time". I've requested a cancellation and refund, hoping this will be a smoother process.

orderred six chairs for on a Thursday for delivery on the Monday actually arrived early on the Saturday so well impressed great quality chairs excellent customer service would use again in future.

We purchased, on line, a number of pieces of bedroom furniture from the TCL Cromwell range. The price was the best we could find having researched this range. Communication with CFS was excellent with regular updates on delivery. The furniture arrived and we were really pleased with the quality. The only downside was the delivery - furniture really heavy and should have paid the extra £20 to have it taken upstairs to the bedroom (my bad) Highly recommend CFS.

I'm deeply disappointed with CFS. My partner had a terrible experience with them, facing delays, disrespectful customer service, and a measly 5% refund offer that didn't cover the hassles. What's worse, reading through other reviews, it's clear CFS consistently blames customers or the delivery company, never owning up to their mistakes. A company to avoid at all costs.

Olympia Coffee Table I ordered a coffee table close to christmas, and despite the pressures of a busy delivery period and some extreme weather events, the table still arrived before I expected it. The table is as described and after a minimal amount of assebly is in pride of place in my living room. The communication with CFS was spot on throughout the process including after I had received it where they called me to see if every thing was OK. No star should be an option for this retailer. Avoid if you would not wish to go through hell when your delievered item turns to have a manufacturing fault. They would blame you, they would try to make you look and feel stupid before they actually come to the conclusion that you are indeed right and were not imagining all what is wrong with your order. Horrible delivery, atrocious customer service if their attacks towards customers could be called that, very slow refund process. If you value your sanity, nerves and time simply stay away from this retailer.

Despite the long delivery time the company kept us updated weekly and delivered on the stated date. The delivery team were lovely and polite. The furniture is exactly as described, packed well and just what we needed. Easy to assemble too!. A great service. Thank you.

Roy, Sakina, and the team at CFS sold and delivered a quality piece of furniture at a good price. They rang me the day before delivery, arranged the time to deliver and kept to it.

Dining table was damaged and they assured refund in 5-7 days via accounts to my bank account. Day 7 no refund so emailed they apologised said definitely in next 25- 48 hours Day 10 still no refund and they called me to say I would have to go into store to pit refund on card. I had to take time off work no pay to travel there and they refused any compensation for trouble and blamed their accounts dpt for errors. Stay clear! It is now 2 weeks still no refund.

Very happy with my purchase. We bought a dining table and the price was very competitive in comparison to other brands. The quality is great and it looks fantastic. Gurpreet & Faruk were the delivery men. They put the table together for us with care. The only thing that I would say is that although assembly was included, I would have liked that they took the rubbish with them as I was left with massive boxes to clear and mud everywhere which wasn't fun to clean. I would have prefer for the area to been left as it was found.

I ordered my new table on 01/12 and received it today without any issues. Table looks even better than on the oroginal pictures. I intentionally wanted a rustic and wooden one and it is really great. Easy to assemble by one person with hands in the right place. Managed myself witing 10 minutes and here we go. Pic attached. Good stuff

I bought a dining table and 6 chairs from there and i am very very happy with my purchase I had them delivered today and the delivery guys were super nice friendly and helpful and they assembled the dining table and chairs for me and got rid of all the rubbish Happy customer 🙂 Highly recommended

excellent service and very good quality furniture

I ordered a Wardrobe a few weeks back, plenty of places sold it at various prices, company had great reviews, looked the best option overall. I emailed them last week to confirm when it might arrive and i was told Friday (in 2 days). I’ve just had a call now to say it’s out of stock and discontinued with their supplier (and they’ve only just found out now, what on earth have they been doing for 2 weeks?) Looking at other reviews, if you leave anything negative they will ask you to remove it, and if you wont they will get abusive (plenty on trust pilot) so be very wary of this company, selling products they don’t actually have. At the time of writing the said product is still showing on their website as in stock and available.

Very recently bought an electric recliner sofa and chair from CFS online at a very good price compared to other furniture stores. Arrived as expected on the proposed date, received a text message from the delivery team prior, very happy with the service and the sofas. Obviously I cannot comment on the long term/after care yet with any issues I may face but I'd hope that CFS would provide as much assistance as they can in that event. I would recommend them and will look to use them again.

Spent £400 on a bed for myself only to get it delivered and the wrong headboard colour was delivered. Its a shade off and possibly different material too. Contacted customer service who told me they needed to wait a week for the suppliers to come back. On the mean while I'm expected to not have a bed with a bad back for at least a week. Very disappointing and sorry to say it'll be the first and last time I shop with these guys. I'd rather pay slightly higher price and no I'm going to get the right parts. Whilst I did accept a good will gesture of £45 to keep the bed i feel it was the only real option I had at the time to actually have a bed to sleep in with a slipped disc and I could not wait over a week with no bed. I got a phone call today that became very heated whilst I was working asking to remove the review for £25. He Felt that it was unfair of me to leave this review when I got £45 back but failed to understand that in my position I had no other option than to keep the bed or risk further pain till it could be resolved.

Was looking online for a particular swivel/reclining chair. This company came up with the best price, ordering online was simple & they phoned me to advise when it would be delivered. It was pretty simple to assemble, (but I did look at their youtube video guide first!) & I am well pleased with it. A follow up call the next day to ensure everything was in order was the icing on the cake. Very impressed!!

Bedside cabinet arrived mid morning. Delivery driver very friendly especially as he must have got up really early to make my delivery. The cabinet was just what I expected and was well packed. Shame the manufacturers were a bit slipshod with the storage of the paints drawers. It was a good job they had a protective plastic film on them as it was badly scuffed and scratched. Some of which caused minor scratching to the painted surface. But I can live with that as I expect replacements would be much the same. CFS were great to deal with and communication was good, would use them again.

CFS's view of honest advertising is this.....if it says 'leather' in 3 separate places on the ad, without the words faux/pu before or after, that's ok. According to them, it's only actual leather if it says 'real' before the word 'leather'. (Sacramento range) Trading standards have been informed and agree that 'faux/pu' must preceed or follow the word 'leather'. Cancelled my order within an hour of making it, took 20 days to get a refund. Clean you act up!

i had a good experience here as i was trying to find a store i wouldnt get conned at and came across a mirrored table from here. it arrived in a week in good condition, well packaged and a bonus for delivering in the morning the table is really nice. i got it in the sale that looks much more expensive than the full price.
