Food is really good but service isnt good.

this is the worse food i had ever eat i had food poising after that i will nerver go there again nor recomend anyone my son had same experience of food poising rubbish food

Best Turkish restaurant we’ve been to!! We have tried both take away and dine in and loved both experiences. Great flavours, very good value for money and amazing atmosphere. We will be back very soon!

After being badly let down by another restaurant in the town, I called Kuzzu and asked that if we headed over straight away, there would be a table available for my boyfriend and I to which they confirmed. The second we arrived, the hospitality was amazing and we were met with such kindness which after being treated like scum by the restaurant we’d had booked originally, was a breath of fresh air! The food, the atmosphere and the dancing lady were all amazing and we couldn’t have been happier! HIGHLY recommend for a lovely meal!

Delivery was slightly late, the food was COLD didn’t really enjoy it much, cold bread was chewy. Fries and the “chicken shish” didn’t get delivered so I called the restaurant so they can get it delivered. On the description of the platter its states, it comes with a chicken shish and a lamb shish (DECEIVING)! The guy said oh no it’s not separate individual shishs but chicken and lamb meat mix in one shish.. well it says separate individuals shishs? Again (DECEIVING)… the cheek of him to suggests to place another order through Uber to get my fries.. what? rinse more money?!! not to forget delivery, marketing and service fees!! I goes sorry I’m not going to spend more money to get fries can you get the delivery driver to delivery it when he can, then with a LAME EXCUSE he comes up with, oh sorry our delivery drivers won’t be free anytime soon so you can place another order LOL ABSOLUTE JOKE!

This was a first for me! I am not someone who eats in different places, food was awesome, such good portions, lovely, friendly helpful staff who helped with my anxieties about different foods, jasmine was amazing 👏 🤩 we will definitely be back

Food delicious. Atmosphere great. Service was good but, little things let them down. They forgot to bring plates and cutlery and then turned up with too much. They forgot an item we ordered. All that being said, these were very, very minor issues and I will certainly return.

Had a lovely evening here, such a relaxed atmosphere and staff not rushing you or harassing you to hurry up. Such a brilliant place to meet up with friends. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is amazing! Big portions and so tasty! I’ve often ordered food to collect as well! Would 100% recommend this place. A lovely gem in Aylesbury!

Found Kuzzu by accident looking around after being let down elsewhere. Really glad we did. Lovely Restaurant, Staff were helpful without being in your face every 30 seconds and the food was amazing. Will be back 100%

Came on a date with hubby, was not disappointed at all! We got the sharing platter, it was very tasty and juicy meat. Very filling, they were generous with the food. Will deffo come again soon. The lady who served us was very nice aswell. Thank you :)

An amazing restaurant that we stumbled on by chance. The service from our waitress Nisha was excellent and as for the food, probably the best Turkish meal that we have ever had! Great value too.

The food was amazing, it quite took a while but it was definitely worth it.The meat was tender and soft. Service was also a 10 because the worker was trying her best. This is tip worthy.

Nice place with friendly and pleasant service. Food was good and well presented. We were a group however our dishes arrived over a span of 10 minutes rather than all at the same time. Nonetheless would still recommend.

Nice food. You get a lot for your money. Only had collected takeaways but staff and chefs were always nice. Always gave us a couple of cans for free too.

I've been here twice and both times have been amazing. The food is top tier and the service is great. There was some lack of knowledge from our server in regards to allergens, however substitutions were made without issue. All in all we will definitely be visiting again. Note the complimentary bread and hummus is unbelievable 🤤.

We booked Kuzzu Turkish Bar & Grill for my 40th birthday. We had invited 20+ guests for lunch. They have a room upstairs which was perfect for the occasion with its own bar and seating area. The management were very experienced in hosting large groups and helped me decide menu options based on our budget. On the day the service was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and looked after our guests very well. The food was phenomenal. All of us enjoyed the cuisine. The Cold & Hot Mezze were perfect starters along with some freshly baked Turkish bread. We had some mega Kuzzu platters which had generous amounts of lamb and chicken along with plenty of sides. Every dish was very tasty but the lamb chops and chicken wings were the favourites. The vegetarians didn’t miss out as they had some really good options. The aubergine dish was exceptional! A big thank you to Sally, Alona and the team of chefs and staff who looked after us well and made it a truly memorable occasion for me. Thank you for going above and beyond! All my guest were well fed and had a wonderful time thanks to your hospitality. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the exceptional food and service. The upstairs room is perfect for celebrating parties and special occasions.

Really great place. Food is brilliant albeit pricey. The service was pretty poor when I went. 20 mins after ordering, I was informed that they didn't have any, so I asked for a coke instead. 20 mins after ordering the coke I had to remind the waiter and he turned up 10 mins later with a warm coke and a glass of ice. The worst part of all. They include a.*discretionary* service charge in the bill automatically. Relying on your customers to feel to awkward to saying 'No' to your arbitrary request for more money is shameful.

We had an really lovely evening at Kuzzu. It had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were amazing. As a coeliac eating out can be difficult, but almost everything on the menu was gluten free or could be made so. The food was excellent. The only thing we can't work out is why we didn't discover it sooner! We'll certainly be going back again soon.

Food was great with massing serving. Took time the food was served but the atmosphere at the restaurant was amazing so it didn’t felt like we were waiting too much. Yazmin and Lonnie are lovely! Very accommodating and all smiles. Would love to come here again. :)

Attended with group of 10. I would suggest booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Team has struggled with serving the food on time. Get ready for charcoal smell on your clothes. I had lamb döner, I didn’t like it. I have also tried halloumi, again; not a winner. Chicken wings were good. I would recommend them.

It was our first time visiting Kuzzu and I would definitely go back again. Firstly, the staff were very friendly and I was impressed with how attentive they were. One of the staff noticed my little girl getting a little agitated and immediately bought over some colouring to keep her occupied. In regard to the food, being a vegetarian myself I was impressed with the wide variety they offer. My husband eats meat and said the food for him was also on point and very enjoyable. The complimentary bread and humus at the start as well as the Turkish tea at the end is definitely a nice touch. The ambiance of the restaurant, the music, decor etc was very fitting and reminded me of my holidays in Morocco/Tunisia. Parking was also straight forward.

We had the Kuzzu Special platter which was excellent. It came with bread and humus and a large bowl of salad and dips. The meat was tender and the rice tasted amazing. The service was fantastic and there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. You can see the chefs working in the kitchen and it adds to the atmosphere. Only fault was the cocktails, which didn’t taste like they had much alcohol in them and I would have expected more for £10.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Alona was Easy to approach.

Good food and service. Waiter who looked after us knew how to wait a table and offered us menu recommendations. Will return soon.

This was a first visit to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were quickly sat at table of our choice by a friendly waiter. Drinks arrived swiftly, then our order was taken. No pressure to sell extras which was good. The food was delicious. Our table had , lamb chops( cooked exactly as requested-pink) , chicken shish, mixed kofta and sea bass. Portions were generous, and were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Restaurant was a little quiet initially, but we were dining early-6pm, but by the time we left it was buzzing. Takeaway was busy too. Definitely will return and recommend it to couples and groups alike. Thank you.
