What a super dinner! Yes it is a lot of money at £155 per head (although that's pretty average for omakase) and yes it is informal, however that suited me down to the ground. I came in my stretchy jeans expecting to have a food baby by the end but even with the relatively quick pace of the meal (1.5hrs total), I was comfortably full by the end. The fish was beautiful. Where there was smoke or a sear, the balance was just right. The scored scallop nigiri was my favourite. Yum yum yum. Loved Chris and his mum. What a nice vibe.

Having tried to get a table here before lockdown, I was thrilled when my partner told me we had a booking. Situated on s vibrant part of Brixton, surrounded by some other great bars and restaurants, Kurisu Omakase wasn't as busy as I expected, which is a shame considering how good it is. The decor isn't anything incredible but is clean, pleasant and stylish. The menu is mid range priced with a good selection of sushi, with a few specials shown on a blackboard. The food is phenomenally high quality, beautifully presented. Truly the best sushi I've eaten. The restaurant is family run and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. I can't recommend Kurisu Omakase highly enough!

This is a really refreshing take on sushi, first class fish with some interesting and delicious twists. Lovely informal style and the drinks are also first class. Would definitely recommend this place to any sushi lover! It’s great value for the quality of the food and drinks.

Food was delicious as always, great quality and prepared quickly. The tuna revolution is amazing and the sushi is affordable. Unfortunately, we were let down by the drinks. My cocktail took a long time to come and tasted watery. I’m unsure if it was always watery or whether it had been sat for a while and the ice had melted, but it tasted like water with a bit of flavouring. I didn’t send it back at the time, which for £9 I should’ve. When I reached out to give the restaurant feedback I didn’t receive a response.

Had a lovely evening with my fiancée in this restaurant. The menu is absolutely exquisite. The style of cuisine (11-course omakase) allows for a variety of exotic flavours & expensive proteins to be savoured. Just our kind of meal. Please enjoy the photos below, which cover just a fraction of the entire omakase. The menu was worth every penny. Hannah provides a nice Japanese styled décor, with a very relaxing & feel-at-home style. Attention to detail goes as far as provided baskets for personal belongings and bags, and warm damp napkin-cloths tableside. It was also to our liking that an open view of a part of the kitchen was provided, allowing connection with the staff. The service was really good, though some small etiquette improvements could be made, should you care about this. Small malus point is the access to the toilets, which seems to be shared with other restaurants in the building. I would eat here again in a heartbeat on my next visit to London. The restaurant does not yet have a Michelin Star, but it should soon follow. I'm confident of that.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Ichi Sushi in the Park Westminster Hotel. The food was excellent, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. Jasha, our server, was exceptional—attentive and professional, ensuring we were well taken care of. The service and food exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning soon!

We recently hired a sushi chef, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the first course to the last, every dish was a work of art—both in presentation and flavor. The chef's skills and attention to detail were immediately evident, as was his dedication to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. His ability to engage with guests and make them feel part of the culinary experience added a unique, personal touch. Hiring this sushi chef was one of the best decisions we made, and we highly recommend his services for anyone looking to elevate their dining event. Truly exceptional!
