Popped in to grab a quick take out. Service was fast with a polite smile and the food was delicious.

Read the reviews - don't know where they come from - found the food and the staff very good,the restaurant was very clean and welcoming and the variety of food was very good for a lunch menu. I would definitely visit again. The reason for 4 stars is simply that you have to pay for parking which is out of their control

Ok i used to come here when it was Real China. Wow how its changed. And not for better. Soup was unflavoured coloured water. Rice was half cooked. As a special they had pancake rolls which were soggy with grease inside was unedible just terrible. Chocolate fountain was watered down. Disgrace. Never go here

I'm going to assume this place has changed hands. We visited 2years ago (came to Peppa Pig World) and it was outstanding. Tonight we visited and got up and left!!! Considering it cost us £13 per adult it certainly wasn't value for money!!! I literally don't know where to start!! Waitresses skidding arpund on the floor, carrying hot plates!!! Kitchen spray being left out next to the cutlery! The lack of food!!! It looked like the scraping from 11pm after a night out on the down!! Some, and I really mean SOME of the food was replenished but when it was it was sparce. The "duck" certainly wasn't duck!! The hoisin sauce, was empty and left empty for a while until I asked for it to be filled (this took a good 15mins!). 6 chicken nuggets (I fully accept it's a Chinese buffet but if your going to put them put then replenish them as kids are clearly eating them). I asked if there were more coming, told yes- an hour later they still weren't there. Food was mostly cold, flavourless and fried within an inch of its life. Pudding- soft ice cream and mini Mr. Kipling cakes cut up into fifths. A screaming child, for at least am hour!! That was nice to listen to! And a couple on the table next to us who sat with their feet up on the chairs opposite them eating from their plates resting on their chests!!! That's just unacceptable in a restaurant. Obviously we will never visit here again!! But as it's so close to hotels linked to Peppa Pig world just a review if advice! Steer clear!! Next door there's a variety of nice chain restaurants!

First time we've been since it has been 'Kungfu' and last. You have to pay before you eat which we did and sat wherever we wanted. There was no introduction or explanation as to how the restaurant worked. Had we not been before we may have struggled. The drinks dispenser looks like it needs a really good clean - especially where the liquid comes out.The food was appalling - what there was of it. Most of it was empty and what was there was either stone cold or burnt to the tray. A large party followed us in and it seems like they were more intent on setting up for them then looking after any existing clientelle. After a few people had complained about the state of affairs fresh food did start to come out of the kitchen. Too little too late. The party of 30 plus that came in behind managed to make light work of what food did come out. On speaking to the manager who explained they had kitchen staff shortages he thanked is for complaining???? Avoid at all costs.

Do not eat at this establishment if you value your health. I visited this restaurant tonight (30.08.2017) and could not believe what was being served. I was so concerned I asked for a temperature probe to check the food and found that one chicken dish barely made it to 37c, to make matters worse you are made to pay upfront and are refused refunds even if there is a legimate reason.

Went there on a Sunday evening very reasonable price as you can help yourself to mains desert as much as you want and you got a choice of having refillable drinks the food there is a lot to choose from and the dishes we tried were tasty the restaurant is very well laid out the only downside were the toilets still useable just needed more checks done we would definitely go they again

This is the worst Chinese I have ever visited and needs to be shut down.The food was cold and I don't mean luke warm it was stone cold you pay when you fist go in not suprised g because other wise you wouldn't pay on our first dish I complained the lady didn't seem.that bothered I then took the plate to her and told her that we wanted our money back .I am really not fussy with my food but this was awful with what little food I did eat if we are ill they will certainly be hearing g from us

Went here as we thought it may be as good as the Fareham one. I was wrong. The place is filthy. Food on the walls and floor, under the chairs and seats, seats ripped and the tables greasy! We had to pay before going in, I believe they do this as the first impressions people would walk out! The reception was lovely shame about the rest. The staff were nice. The food was not all that. Cold and been sat there a while! You could tell because the chicken was dry and chewy. The duck was vile and the pancakes were all stuck together so they ripped pulling them apart. The desserts were not a good point either. Tasteless and the mousse had blue food colouring dripping all over it. It's vile. Won't be going again! Hoping we aren't going to be sick!

We went in for a pre-cinema bite. We had to pay before even seeing inside and when we got in it was empty, which isn't a promising start for 7pm on a Saturday night. The man at reception wasn't very welcoming and apparently ice and lemon in a G&T; isn't the norm in Eastleigh. We got some ice, but the lemon was a step too far. On a plus note the food is instant as it is waiting there ready to dig in. I fancied some dim sum and sushi but it appeared to be closed, so I picked at the other offerings. I love crispy duck and pancakes but there were just tiny scraps, not good for a peak time, so I gave that a miss. Overall not a great experience and we won't be going again.
