Simply the worst burger and value for money I have ever seen

What a lovely place! Fantastic atmosphere, we did not wait much, and we have been walked to our table. Staff were lovely, food cooked well, and was so tasty! The gentleman who served us was so friendly and had a great personality ( he was hungarian 🇭🇺 ) Thank you for the great experience 😊

The food itself was really good, strongly suggest the blackened mahi fillet. Charged £47 for 2x burger, fries and can of coke which seemed extremely expensive, hoping it was a one off and the server got it wrong but not sure I'd return considering the price.

A more peaceful restaurant with a great, tropical atmosphere located in the center of london. The staff is very friendly and the food, especially the burgers taste amazing.

Disappointed by the fact that fries do not come with burgers unless ordered separately. Wouldn’t have an issue if the burger didn’t cost £15. The quality was decent but it was overpriced. They also add on a 12.5% tip for hat you have to ask to remove.

Came across this place by complete chance and wow it did not disappoint. The falafel and halumi burger was sensational 😍 service was fantastic, very polite and was lovely to see all the stuff having a laugh! Will absolutely be back guys!

The waiter was in a hurry. We sat down and the waiter almost immediately got our orders. We were a group of seven, and two of us only ordered drinks. He said it would be "a waste of tables" to have us only order drinks. He gave us the check in the middle of our meal and as soon as we finished eating, he came to collect the money. Ruined the overall experience since the the food was anyways mediocre.

My Dad and I had the Cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and enjoyed every last bite. Really outstanding burgers, the milkshakes were spectacular as well. Really good place and comfortable atmosphere. Excellent service, highly recommend 👌 👍

Sin querer encontramos el lugar resulta que nos agarró la lluvia y andábamos con mucha hambre. Los platillos están bastante buenos y de muy bien precio asi que nos tocó disfrutar de dos ricas hamburguesas una de carne y otra de pollo con un sabor bastante bueno. We were looking for somewhere round about Oxford Circus/Carnaby Street that would be suitable for our 9 yr old - the other pubs we googled in the area were not helpful! We came across this wee restaurant down a side street and were very impressed - great service, yummy fresh food. As well as complimenting the restaurant, I’m writing a review to make sure I remember where it is next time!!

Best burger of London and excellent service ! :) We discovered Kua-Aina by chance, after doing some shopping in Oxford Circus with family. The five of us really enjoyed the experience!

Went to this place with a group of friends when we started getting hungry, and it was absolutely exellent. The food was well priced for it's quality, the atmosphere is great and the staff are nice. The burgers was absolutely perfect, the Magnum PI tasted great and all my friends loved theirs too. Honestly have no complaints, great place to eat.

The are better burger places in London. I had a cheeseburger and the cheesy fries but the cheese from the fries wasn’t good at all. And the burger was lacking something that prevented it from tasting better. My friends did like it tho so that’s why I rate this 4/4. The service was super fast though

Pleasant experience at Kua 'Aina. Leandro was exceptional, attentive, informed and cautious on allergies, really lovely service. Food was fast and tasty, the Rosemary chicken was a tiny bit dry, but enjoyed none the less. Great atmosphere, would return.

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch and we had an amazing time. The burgers were amazing and the dashi fries were also fantastic. We also ordered the halloumi and mango which was nice as well as their housemade lemonade

Always wanted to go so my wife & i happy that we did. Food was lovely and a good selection including vegan although think they could of done mocktails and drinks in pineapple/coconut cups so felt really Hawaiian. Staff were friendly. Food good value. Decor was lovely. Would go again. Gave a 4 instead of 5 as drinks should be more tropical and needed Hawaiian music playing for the atmosphete.🌴🍹🍍

Visited Kua’Aina today for lunch and was very happy with the service. The young man did an amazing job and was very attentive. I was really happy with the service and will come back again soon :)

This place is incredible, the level of details that the waiters paid to us was amazing, one of the waitresses lovely young woman I missed her name something with a B it was so busy and yet she packed up my food neatly for me and even bagged it, kept a smile on her face the whole time running up and down many times. The food absolutely gorgeous this is a 10/10 for me and all my friends very lovely place. This is not my first time there but I’m definitely impressed today. Keep up the good work guys😊

Beautiful place. Was looking for places to eat in London, came across this humble place. Welcoming staff, wide menu options and even cater to allergies and preferences for reasonable prices. Would come back again!

Dry burger and bun. Even the chips and tomato in the burger was sad. A total waste of £28. Service wasn't bad but the food was appalling. I told the diners next to me to run... There are so many better places to visit.

We visited on a random weekday without a reservation. We arrived about 90 minutes before close time on a cold day. We got a chicken burger and the pineapple burger. Both were really nice! Cocktails were also pretty decent, especially for that price range. However it was pretty cold outside and they kept the door open without too much heating inside. I usually don’t enjoy my dinner too much if I have to keep on wearing my coat. It felt not too welcoming.

Stumbled across this place whilst wandering through soho on a Saturday lunchtime. Straight in, great service and lovely food. I’m not a burger person usually but it was perfect.

Tucked away just off Carnaby St, Kua Aina London is a fantastic Hawaiian themed burger spot. Their classic burger is hands down the best I have ever had. The patty is cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The bun was soft but held everything together...

Hamburgers were very good, but fries were a bit too dry. Good Service, nice athmosphere, but too expensive in my opinnoin.

Came here on a Wednesday night after work with a friend. I had assumed my friend was already inside so I went in telling who appeared to be the owner that my friend was there but he told me, in a rather rude way that wasn't the case when he didn't even know who my friend was or how she looked like. I was taken aback a little by this encounter so I waited for my friend to arrive before going back in. The owner probably then felt guilty of his attitude so he came out asking me if my friend was coming soon and said he would prepare a table for us. So in terms of service I would give it a 3-star because of this interaction. Also I feel like the other waiter treated us nicer because of what happened which made me think it was a shame. On the other hand, the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered da big chief with avocado, bacon and cheese in a sesame bun with sweet potato fries on the side. Burger was cooked to perfection, not too salty with the melty cheese which was right up my alley. Together with the bacon and ripe avocado it was just the best combo a burger can offer! One thing that I thought could be improved was that they didn't toast the bun with butter so it wasn't as crusty as I expected it to be. The sweet potato fries though were extremely well done, so crispy and salted just right. I really recommend both the burger and fries. Overall it was a good experience dining in this restaurant, despite the rude service initially. I could tell the waiter who took over from the owner tried very hard to make a better impression and was very attentive when serving us so kudos to him!

Enjoyed an absolutely fantastic meal at the end of a long day in London which ended up in the Carnaby area. Staff were really friendly. Found ourselves in a very private 4-seat corner of the basement floor. My vegetarian daughter enjoyed a falafel and avocado option (not on the menu but they were flexible), cheese burgers for my wife and son, and an amazing chilli loaded burger for me. We tried to guess the ingredients of the secret salt... But who cares, treated great. It was a great find and deserved all the excellent reviews!

Amazing service, in fact one of the best serví I have ever had in a restaurant. Lovely people, a very cozy atmosphere. Food is very good but my only concern is that the beef was missing a bit more of flavour and the chips can be better quality (at least in my opinion). I really enjoyed my time here and I will definitely come back for more!!!

Best vegan burger I've had!! They've included a festive option with vegan brie and cranberry jelly.... Omg!!! Soooo delicious. My son (8) said this is the best burgers and chips in the world!! Husband also very impressed with his festive meat feast burger. Lovely staff.
