My favourite food place of all time. Food is unreal and so flavourful, love the amount of options you can get. Service is 9.5/10 honestly. Sometimes food comes fast (10-15mins) however during peak times it can take up to 30 mins as I’ve had to wait before! Atmosphere is fine as well, although the music is sometimes too loud. Other than that, amazing quality, food, etc. Highly recommend the hickory smoked bbq or garlic parmesan flavour!

Came for the first time and I do not regret it!! I had the Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan tenders, although a bit pricey, was absolutely to die for 😋. The person who served me was lovely, I believe her name was Aga, and helped me pick out what flavours of tenders to get. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Chicken was mid, nothing much to say apart from the fact it was way too saucy I could've drank the chicken, it was busy but service just seemed a bit meh, not worth the price and probably won't be back not the best I've had definitely not worth all the hype

The food was good, would definitely recommend it. The Louisiana style chicken tender was delicious as well as the lemon pepper chips.

Ive ordered many times from wingstop over the past 3 years. Its incredible the noticeable decline in quality over it. Every dry seasoning used to be used so much more generously whereas nowadays the amount of seasoning is so little that you can barely taste the difference between different dry seasonings.

The service was really quick & efficient despite having a long queue. I ordered chicken tenders and fries to go which was well made and packed. The staff member Zaheen who took my order was very welcoming and polite. Would definitely visit again.

Went there around 1pm and it was a bit crowded and we had to wait in line for a few minutes. Service was great and the chicken was one of the best I ever tried.

Ordered on deliveroo, came within 30 minutes, food was hot and fresh! We ordered BBQ, Louisiana rub, lemon pepper and Hawaiian, all delicious but lemon pepper and Hawaiian were favs. Boneless wings were juicy with no grease. Overall such a great place, food was a little bit slow but that’s fine, it was super busy. The tenders are absolutely phenomenal and so tasty. The prices are good too. I could get a 5pc tender with fries for the same price as an average meal at McDonald’s. Overall great place and would DEFENITLEY go again!

I was apprehensive as this was my first time trying Wingstop but Avesta was really patient with me and helped me narrow all the choices to order well. To be treated with so much grace was refreshing, my anxiety is severe so this meant a lot to me. Trying this food was a little out of my comfort zone but it was so delicious and it made the kids happy. Thank you Wingstop.

My trip was pretty good- nice food, with great choices of sauce. It’s was just what I was craving. But what made my trip was the level of service I received. Avestaa was an AMAZING server. She greeted me with a smile, was warm and didn’t make me feel bad for being indecisive with my choices- in fact gave me recommendations! She single-handedly elevated my experience and I’m so much more likely to visit wingstop again.

Wingstop St. James is always going to be my go to spot when it comes to wings! Aizza was very attentive, making sure we get the best experience everytime I’m there. Mango habanero sauce is to die for!!! One should also not skip on the crispy crunchy churros!

Guy called Dawid served me at tills and was super nice and chill guy, took my order and helped with what sauce to get. Appearance was good and all staff looked hygienic, music was alright and food was great, not too spicy which was helped by Dawid’s advice. Overall really good but a bit pricy for fast food

Jenny served me the other day and what can I say there’s not enough money in the world that could give this girl the wage she is due her mannerisms are so professional and put together she served with a shining smile ensuring I had the best dining experience at wingstop. One of my first times going and Jenny explained perfectly what each thing is and even gave me recommendations according to my taste. Decided to jump on the hype and try wing stop. Great customer service Vanessa was very helpful friendly and polite , tried the wings and the boneless chicken both piping hot and delicious when delivered to the table. I would buy the ranch dressing in bottles if I could. Great atmosphere , friendly staff and great food , ideal place to stop off for a bite to eat after some shopping.

wow, i have no words, the delicious juicy saucy chicken has taken them all. and don’t get me started the service staff. jenny is an absolute star, she’s very kind and helpful, not to mention how pretty she is. and there’s also avestaa, she’s pretty cool and quite witty. I ordered a big meal from here as the chicken is great with the ranch, apparently. When I received my order, without the ranch I paid for. I was very disappointed. I paid for extra ranch but got none. The main reason for the one star is how bad the chicken tastes without ranch. It is super dry, super tasteless, and just exhausting to eat. Calling customer service did not help either as apparently they can not deliver ranch only. The burger is alright as it has sauce inside and comes with salad in it, which makes it a bit more juicy however overall it is not worth the price for the taste.

The first time I visited the Edinburgh store I was served quickly the staff members were polite and friendly and the food was spot on with plenty of seating inside and out.

It leans into you, all brazen confidence and swagger, like a fella in a tight shirt at the end of the bar, knowing you’re looking. You don’t come here for sustenance; you come for the thrill of it, the messy, saucy indulgence of wings so dripping they leave your lips shining. You’ll order a basket of boneless, and they’ll land before you, glistening and eager, each one coated in its own bold personality. There’s the sharp, tangy bite of Lemon Pepper, daring you to stay on your toes. The Smoky BBQ, slow and smouldering, all swagger and depth. Mango Habanero winks at you with sweetness before hitting you with its fiery grin. They’re all there, laid out like contenders in some gladiatorial arena, begging to be devoured. You lean forward, taking one in your hand, its sticky warmth spreading through your fingers. You bite, the crunch giving way to tender heat, the spice licking at your tongue. It’s impossible to be clean about it. This is a meal that insists you surrender. The place itself is all brash energy, a neon-lit temple to appetite. The lads behind the counter are cheerful, cocky, and knowing. They hand you your tray with a nod that says, Go on, have at it. And you do. It’s messy, tactile, utterly primal. When it’s over, you’re left a little breathless, the ghost of heat lingering on your lips. You don’t regret it. You couldn’t.

Have just spent 14 hours at the western general with my partners who’s current suffering from salmonella. She was sick after 4 hours is consuming the chicken. They were absolutely packed on a Saturday and clearly have not cooked the chicken enough.

Much too loud music, and too open and un-cosy restaurant. They would benefit from not having glass walls, and more booths rather than high tables and chairs. And less blinding bright lights. You felt watched when eating, and you did not want to stay there longer than necessary. The food is good, but the atmosphere really brings it down. The lemon pepper fries were too salty, it didn’t taste good anymore after the first 3 bites. The garlic parmesan tenders were very good, but could taste more of both garlic and parmesan. The blue cheese sauce did not taste like blue cheese and was kinda bland. Will try one of the other two sauces next time, and other fries.

The menu has so many options to choose from and it has different flavours/spices so everyone has something they can choose. The service is great it’s quick, I personally was served by Faiq he was very friendly and helpful and always checking if everything was perfect for us and the overall atmosphere created feels great to eat in.
