Popped in here one evening, some great craft beers on tap, and a nice atmosphere.

Great atmosphere. Food was outstanding

Great pub at the top of leith walk. Lots of local drinks available and good range of pub foods. Great for a stop before heading to Easter road.

Good selection of beers, good service. Nicely laid out pub with plenty of seats and nice outdoor seating in the summer

Absolute top pub. Love it here, great place fire a quick pint or several slower ones.

Had lunch here with a friend place was quiet, so ideal for chatting. We both had the mac n cheese, which was good. Could've done with a bit garlic bread on the side!

If you want to try excellent local beer, it's the right place. Super chill and friendly atmosphere, variety, the guys at the bar are very attentive and give recommendations. Good music, fair prices and easy access to public transportation. My favorite place in Leith!

A nice central spot with a great selection of beers and friendly staff. I tried a few different IPAs. The food was good, I had a nice fish and chips, though my friend’s steak was a bit disappointing.

Full disclosure - this is our local. It’s a great pub, and genuinely the fish and chips is the best I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Pub un peu excentré du centre, très peu de touristes, essentiellement des locaux. Endroit très sympa, qui propose de bonnes bières et de très bons cocktails et sert à manger tard. Vrai coup de cœur pour leur mac&cheese ! Serveurs très accueillants !

One of my favourite Edinburgh pubs! They have a great range of drinks, some of which change on a regular basis which have led me to discovering some new favourites! I've always been impressed with their food menu, especially the different burgers. The staff are extremely friendly and I've had a very pleasant experience on every visit. Perfect place to visit as a group or even for a quick pint on your own. Dog friendly, too, which is an added bonus!

I loved this place - so much so I came in the next day - and when there r soooo many pubs to choose from that's proper respect to the staff for making me as a travelling independent woman (not wanting to claim middle-aged,but I prob am) feel so comfortable. Thank u muchly! I didnae eat, as I wasnae hungry, so cannae comment on food.... Hence me not eating it... N therefore not rating it, but if it's half as good as everything else about this place, it'll be great!

Urig, ungezwungen und mit einer Bedienung die einem bei Fragen nach lokalen Getränken sehr behilflich ist. Gute Auswahl an Getränken, insbesondere regionalen und überregionalen schottischen Bieren und Whiskeys.

Stopped in for a couple of beers and some food mid-day during our stay in town. Roomy place with a decent selection of craft beer. Staff were quite friendly and our food order of nachos and calamari arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately the cheese sauce on the nachos wasn't to our taste and the calamari was unlike any we've ever had. Would order something else food-wise next time or perhaps just stick to the beer. Overall a nice spot.

Bar is nice, wine is delicious and not expensive, but chicken wings could be way better.

Absolutely lovely pub! Stopped off for a pint and food. Had a great selection of beers and we had the Haggis fritters (our first try of Haggis) which were so yummy and the Tabbouleh salad was delicious definitely recommend trying it!

A great spot for a midnight beer.

This is a hidden gem near the top of Leith Walk and not far from the Playhouse. Was here for lunch. There's a great selection of beers and a small menu of typical pub grub and several "Margarita Month" cocktails. The decor is dark and cozy and features various artworks and historic posters relating to concerts and plays in Edinburgh. There's also an interactive jukebox. Staff are super friendly and service was great 😃 Would recommend a visit.

Un endroit très charmant, avec des vitraux et une ambiance chaleureuse, même si ce n'était pas très animé quand on est venus. Il y a de très bonnes bières locales, et la cuisine est bonne : j'ai goûté un fish and chips végétalien à la fleur de bananier étonnamment délicieux. J'ai envie d'y retourner ce soir, mais j'habite en France, alors je vous salue de loin, merci !

Just so you all know This place was epic good. And the service was so quick and people working are extremely Polite , the lady live and the guy Tor something , I'm forgetting the name was amazing and they were so patience with me as I wasn't able to decide what to order for drinks. I literally loved the venue and hoping to revisit them ASAP❤️

My first time at Jeremiah's Taproom having had good reports of it. Great range of beers and the food was fine too. Staff very helpful and friendly. (Like many pubs and restaurants they allowed 5 guys to sit at one table with no social distancing.)

Comí aquí la noche antes de irnos a casa. El personal es muy alegre y servicial con mi extraña solicitud de comida, sin pan en hamburguesa, sin papas fritas pero con macarrones con queso. Realmente disfruté de la comida y sin duda volvería a visitar. Todas las medidas de seguridad de Covid están bien implementadas y cumplidas.

3er quemaduras la cenan y cada una de ellas es tan buena como se prueba el whisky y habla Cullen skink haggis y cranachan si eso es lo que quieres y puedes decir que es todo delicioso u otras opciones disponibles la han comido con quemaduras por la noche y pueden responder por el menú estilo hamburguesa y otras opciones no serán decepcionadas

A few colleagues and I went in for a few drinks after work. The decor is very nice and bar staff are very polite. The pub is generally well kept and clean. Would recommend.

Just say here after jumping off bus before cinema. Massive selection of crafty beers and ales (as well as the normal Tennants, moretti) super friendly staff, really good music. Very chilled cool place. Some booths, some more private seating, window seats and high tables for 4/6. Big round bar and nothing not to like really. Oh and you can vape. Not huge sub ohms but anything normal go for it.

Solo los que estaban en el lugar y después de 20 minutos viendo a los dos empleados hablando, tuvimos que ir y preguntar si podíamos hacer un pedido. Primer pedido vegetariano, "nos hemos quedado sin eso", ok, iré por el segundo pedido vegetariano "oh, tampoco tenemos eso". Esperamos años en la comida, faltaban cosas, los lados eran una estafa como literalmente 5 papas fritas en un tazón. Cabello humano largo en el botón de salsa de tomate. Pidió la factura, nunca llegó, así que tuve que subir al bar para pagar. No estoy impresionado en absoluto, me temo

Modernes Pub mit leicht modernerer Küche als sonst. Man sollte sich aber auch nicht täuschen lassen. Die große Bierauswahl enthält auch viele Fabrik Biere. Leute, die das große T gerne trinken, kommen auch auf Ihre Kosten. Das Personal ist sehr am Kunden. Nimmt sich Zeit und ist kompetent. Handgemachte Biere wechseln häufig. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon mal hier und da war es gemütlicher. Aber das ist natürlich, wie so Vieles Geschmacksache. Hingehen! Selber urteilen!

great place for a pre or post dinner drink with friends. lovely gin and tonic. I haven't eaten here yet but i will give it a try next time i am in town

Called into the pub for meal , had the burgers and nachos for tea, couple of pints and home. The pub has a great atmosphere , good food and good service

We were meeting family here before heading to a show and as we hadn't had any dinner we decided to just eat here. Menu was excellent and we decided to go for the 'Tuesday' special of 2 for 1 on their hot-dogs and we were both very impressed with what we got. Proper sausages (not the cheap horrible hot dog sausages), lovely spicy coleslaw and a decent portion of chip, all for £8.95 for both!!! The bar has an excellent range of draft beers and spirits while the decor is all very nice. Staff were all very friendly and we will definitely be back.

9 members of my family met before a show at the Playhouse Theatre a few meters up the road. We ordered drinks and food and everything was great. The WiFi was good, staff were excellent and the atmosphere was great. We all enjoyed our food, however I ordered pulled pork tacos thinking they would be the crispy but they were more of a wrap but that was my only observation. Thanks you for a lovely evening.

Como cliente habitual durante muchos años, estoy muy decepcionado de que en las últimas 3 semanas se haya quedado sin Tennants Lager dos veces. La semana pasada no hubo brandy en el bar y Duechars parece ser un éxito o una falta, ya sea que esté encendido. Usted tiene una gran barra, así que creo que su control de existencias debe elevarse también al mismo nivel.

El peor café con leche de todos los tiempos. La forma en que el niño que lo hizo tuvo la audacia de servirlo, mendigó. We were here a few times over a week. Friendly, efficient bar staff and one of the few places to get a Porter in Edinburgh. They have at least 5-6 craft beers on tap.

Your everyday pub. Decent food. Nice staff. The games & cards were handy way to pass time. Not exceptional but decent.

As in the title came here with friends on the itison deal for breakfast and cocktails.

Every now and again, Scotland gets sunny weather. Wanting a cold beer sent us here.

Un bonito y pequeño pub con una buena selección de bocadillos, un personal servicial, ¡pero los baños de mujeres eran espantosos! Dos baños solo uno en uso. El otro sin puerta rota de azulejos por todo el piso. Seguramente este es un tema de salud y seguridad. ¡Qué decepción!

Paré aquí unas cuantas veces por las bebidas. Buen ambiente de pub relajante, y siempre estaba ocupado y animado. El personal muy amable y un buen servicio. Creo que hay un pequeño comedor en la parte de atrás. Ubicado en Elm Row, al sur de la rotonda de London Road. Definitivamente voy a visitar de nuevo.

This place is great and very centrally located - food is good but reserving a table is a good idea. Will be back.

Went here for a pub lunch and should have gone somewhere else. Was really disappointed in the food. Fish finger sandwich looked like the saddest thing ever, literally two small bites of battered fish in a cheap hot dog roll, with a bit of tartar sauce and small portion of chips for £7 odd. No salad, nothing to add any colour or presentation to the plate. Genuinely looked like a poor child's meal. The two bitesize pieces of fish were ok if not slightly greasy. The hot dog was mediocre, better than the fish. This pub has a nice feel inside and is good for drinks but would not return for food. Joseph Pearce's, basement, so many places nearby which are better. To top of off, they charged a full pint for a lager tops.

Love this place, great beer selection for UK craft beers, food menu is classic pub grub but it is very good and the prices are great. Place can get crowded and a bit nosy but still a fun place. Music selection is very good and not too loud. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and helpful. It is off the beaten path for the tourist crowd which I really like even though I'm one of those tourist.

Good staff and great drinks in a really nice atmosphere I would recommend this to any weary tourists as a place to rest with a nice beer!

Me and my husband visited on 7th Dec and I personally enjoyed it... My husband thought it average... What a difference a day makes!! I had to go to use the restroom, meanwhile my husband ordered the drinks! The ???manager/owner nodded to my husband without any verbal communication that he would be served. My husband asked for said drinks and was not told how much the total would be, he merely snatched the £20 note out of his hand and slapped change back into my husband's hand. I'm sorry but this is not service!!! We were going to eat here but after this incident we refused to stay here...

We came into Jeremiah's after having a delicious dinner up the street, to have a drink or two and chillax on our last night in Edinburgh. The place is nice looking place with lots of varieties of beers on tap. We ordered drinks at the bar then sat down at a table. Not long thereafter, we started smelling a heavy dose of cigarette smoke. We looked around to see who the culprit was and then saw a person wearing black pants and a black shirt with red hair and a red beard smoking a cigarette inside the bar. We are non-smokers and tried to get his attention to tell him that it was affecting our breathing but to our surprise, he then went behind the bar! Are you kidding me? A member of staff smoking a cigarette in a smoke free pub? Even better, other members of staff noticed this person smoking and they did not make any attempt to stop him. After a few minutes, we could not take the smell anymore, so we left our unfinished drinks on the table to get outside for some fresh air. In the end, we decided to not go back in to finish our drinks and headed back to the hotel. Thanks to the specific member of staff (plus the other staff members who did nothing to stop him) for ending our evening off on our last night to beautiful Edinburgh.

We were invited very friendly to try some local beers. Nice atmosphere and clean. Staff extremely helpful and polite. We also had 2 times a plate which was also excellent. Good prices.

Called in here for a drink after dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants. It was Friday night and the bar was very busy with customers both eating and drinking. The kitchen was still serving. Very lively which made it too noisy for our liking and we only stayed for the one. Service was good and so was the beer. Nothing special to make it a place to return to however.

We stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 3 pm for a late lunch. We each ordered one of their burgers and were happy with our selection.

Cool place to come and hang. The bar is in the centre of the pub and then tables all around it. Quiz night is Sundays at 8pm. Would recommend reserving a table if you want in on a Sunday night. Good atmosphere and lots of choice of drinks.

A wide variety of beer and other beverages are available at this well stocked bar. A cheery sometimes noisy place to enjoy a pint or two. The outside patio was a little quieter. Service was quick and friendly.

Estábamos buscando un lugar para disfrutar de una cerveza por la tarde después de un día de caminar por la ciudad y subir el asiento de Arthur, y este pub dio en el clavo con una buena selección de cervezas locales y un patio muy cómoda.

Wir waren hier, angezogen von der großen Bierauswahl, zum Abendessen. Service war sehr gut und bis auf wenige Ausnahmen aufmerksam. Als Vorspeise haben wir uns Nachos geteilt, die sehr gut waren. Als Hauptspeise hatte meine Frau einen Salat mit Halloumi der ebenfalls sehr gut war. Mein Burger war von guter Qualität, die Pommes und der Cole Slaw aber als Beilage zu wenig. Ohne die Vorspeise hätte es nicht satt gemacht. Den Cole Slaw habe ich stehen gelassen, da er nur nach Zwiebeln geschmeckt hat.

No es un gran menú, así que elegí el Jeremiah caliente - perro. Sin saber qué esperar, me dieron el inesperado. Diferentes. La cerveza estaba bien. Nieta tenía la mac y queso y le dio un resultado bueno. Mi mujer encontró la col demasiado picante para comer. El lugar estaba lleno y son un gran bar de barrio.

Nuevo menú, nuevos comienzos. He sido un visitante habitual (e incluso antes), pero revisado positivamente tengo que decir que me horror en mi última (y probablemente la última) Visita al grifo.

Fuimos a las 9:00 p.m. buscan una bebida sencilla y cena. Probamos tres tipos diferentes de hamburguesas, normalmente BP 10 - 12 pero 2 por 1 a 5 libras cada uno. Me rechazaron para cocinar cualquier elemento como rara; una restricción inesperada. Los otros fueron un éxito. burger La Isla Black Porter en 4. 40 era una buena opción de cerveza oscura.

Yo podría haber llegado con más frecuencia, pero me encanta la cerveza negra y su selección siempre fue muy pobre, especialmente para un lugar con unos cuantos grifos. Ali the security guard made us feel so at home. Absolutely the best security guard in Edinburgh. Excellent drinks at top prices can’t go wrong.

This is an ok place to have a beer with friends in the Leith Walk area. Can't testify for the food but the atmosphere is all right.

Mi hermana y yo estuvimos absolutamente hambrientos después de un día en el sol y fuimos concurso noche. Todo el mundo nos había advertido a nosotros antes de la comida (que deberíamos haber escuchado). El Mac n cheese (que en el menú de dicho vino con miga) vino con Doritos en la cima? ? Patatas fritas halumi venía con un montón de pimentón derramado sobre ella y estaban fríos, los tacos que teníamos un bocado de la pone abajo porque era horrible! No soy muy exigente con la comida, pero era todo literalmente incomible! Debería haber confiado en nuestros amigos y nunca fui!

Pedimos dos desayunos escoceses y los huevos, frijoles y tocino, salchichas eran frías en general era incomible un terrible desayuno. Decepcionante, ya he estado aquí antes y estaba muy bien. El personal es muy agradable y no el precio de las bebidas calientes, pero no es ideal, teniendo en cuenta de que me habían recomendado este lugar a mi familia como un lugar a donde ir.

Couldn't make up my mind if this was a pub or cafe bar . Food a bit spicy for our pallete but good atmosphere inside . Practically at London Roundabout so very central for theatre.

I have been there two times enjoying the Scottish environment, live music and beer. Burgers and sandwiches are incredibly tasteful. If you are in Edinburgh you have to stop by there.

Saw that the cocktail of the month was a very attractively priced Edinburgh High Tea cocktail, and the bar staff described the ingredients for this tempting drink - making my decision to purchase easy!! What a delightful drink, light and refreshing and a very reasonable price!!

About a month prior to last night I popped in to Jeremiah's Tap Room to see if I could reserve the function area (specifically the function area) for around 14 people. No problem I was told and a note was put in the diary. When our party (actually 16) arrived the function area was occupied by various people. A side area of the bar had reserved signs for our party but this was along one long strip of the bar area. Not what we wanted for a get together. I complained to the bar manager who was totally indifferent and said that the function area was not specified when I made the reservation. Not true! So the evening progressed until one member of the group who had just tasted her vodka and coke to discover it had a taste of aniseed. Two of us also tasted this. We called the barman over who dipped a straw into the drink tasted a couple of drops then declared that it was fine and walked away! Suffice to say that our regular get togethers will not be held again in this establishment. There are far better choices very nearby.

Jeremiah's Taproom on Elm Row is quite well known and well established off London Road and Leith Walk, and is a popular venue especially in the summer with the outside seating area being somewhat a sun-trap.

Great little bar the staff are very knowledgeable about whisky and very friendly with it it is a joy to talk with them

Animado pub con una gran variedad de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas. Personal excelente, muy amable y servicial.
