Just been to this Krispy Kreme this afternoon and one member of staff in particular was very kind and helpful! Would return!

Really need to sort the card only thing out it’s not lockdown anymore you are just inconveniencing people with no card on them that’s all, anywhere that is card only and cashless needs to be closed down or armed blagged at closing time in my honest opinion that’s all , not drinks are rubbish from here go over the road to Starbucks or Tim hortons , only thing worth having here is hot donuts

My son asked to go for doughnuts today, so we went to the trafford store. He is autistic and became a little overwhelmed when we first got there. We were served by the nicest lady called Josie, she gave us a discount, pleasantly surprised I asked why?. She replied ‘because I can see he is having a hard time’ she then offered to turn the music down to help put him at ease. This made our day, it means so much that she understood his needs and tried to help. My son was soon at ease enjoying his Krispy Kreme! I just wanted to give Josie the recognition she deserves well done and thank you Josie! 👏🏻

I called for coffee after work, thought I’ll get a tray donuts for a family members birthday, as it was weekend and late evening, guy serving donuts asked 3 times, what I want, and had an attitude, guy who brought coffee very polite, coffee was like bath water absolutely the worse coffee I’ve had in my life. Will not use again

Very caring and compassionate staff, I had a really bad day and was a little emotional and a member of your staffs gesture made my day ! I'm a regular but this lady went beyond her role, thank you she is a credit to your company and you as a company are awesome to give staff the autonomy you give them x

Overall, really enjoy regularly visiting the Krispy Kreme diner. The decor is excellent, very clean (sometimes the cleaning solutions makes the leather feel a little sticky hence some reviewers feel that it isn't as clean). The donughts are top notch, with the options for hot original glazed. And staff are all extremely helpful and friendly!

I had original doughnut with hot coffee must say doughnut was fresh made front of you it was delicious. Only disappointed as my table was not very clean.

We came late at night to the drive thru and were served by Andrew. He was extremely polite and accommodating and the donuts exceeded our expectations. Definitely a spot to return to.

The doughnuts were lovely as usual! The staff on the other hand were rude and dismissive. Not the kind of service you would get elsewhere.

Such great service from Andrew who made my visit with my friends a fun evening and was on hand to help with all the questions we had and left us feeling fat and happy

It seems the guy who gives out free donuts gets to decide who’s getting good customer service and who isn’t. He literally served every single customer with free warm donuts aside from us. I wouldn’t mind, except for I really don’t understand what we had done to upset the man. It actually made me uncomfortable

The doughnuts were lovely albeit far too sweet. Tasted fresh and only one was out of stock. Patient service whilst deciding what we wanted. However. I've looked back to 2018 and rats are mentioned in reviews. Yes we saw rats whilst in the queue and I think a member of staff must be feeding them. Rats don't need poison as that's cruel and bad for the area but they don't need feeding as their population will explode. I also noticed the drive through counter is very crumbled up wood looking very tired and old. Not even bothered painting it. It's a busy place which clearly makes lots of money and is letting the Trafford centre tourists down with their lack of care and hygiene.

Ordered for delivery with uber eats. The driver marked as delivered with a deliveroo orders miles away. Didnt deliver and kept the doughnuts. £22 order gone too waste. Wont be ordering again
