Place is very nice and friendly. Food is absolutely amazing. Service was helpful and what is important for me, you can find there many options for vegans and vegetarians.

Fast and quick service of Asian fast food. You can get noodles and dumplings. Above average and can recommend for those looking light and simple one. Ample spaces and table chair for famiy seatings

The sushi fish stank, indicating no freshness. The insane amount of horseradish on nigiris also made them inedible, had to discard the rice, which by the way wasn't sticking to itself. An overall bad meal.

The food ordered was never delivered. The restaurant sent out the wrong food, called to tell me I had to seek a refund from justeat and refused to deliver the food i had ordered even though they had made it. I like Itsu food but wont buy again

Tasty, healthy food. Easy to order. Quick, friendly service. We had salmon and veggie ball rice bowls. Enough veg, tasty sauce, and enough food for a good lunch.

Good for a quick food/takeaway, reasonable prices too. Probably best option in Cribbs Causeway altogether

A very lovely and clean little eating space, ordering is easy and quick, food is of top quality, tasty and healthy. We do really enjoy our experience so far, staying for 2 weeks in Bristol and been so far 4 times!!! Loving it...

I came the other day with my wife. The ambiance and the food are fine but the customer service is worst. The person who is taking orders has been absolutely horrible. I think he has been treating the white people and the other guys differently depending upon their race. I felt this soo awful and I kindly request the manager to replace the stuff in the front by other team members who can handle customers well and can speak better English that those with the struggling staff.

I came to the store to have sushi and dumplings. I am very much delighted by the taste and ambience of Itsu. I was very dissatisfied by the way the people are being treated differently depending upon their races. I haven't got any hospitality by the reception crew as much as they did for other white people. I was very disappointed on how they welcome and offer food for the white as much as they welcome for brown and other races. I request the manager to try and change the people on reception area and train then well to acknowledge every customer who visits the store.

Love love love Itsu, one of my favourite places for vegan meals, but on this visit one of my dishes was cold and when I told the server she got defensive and said "that's how we serve our vegetables". Funny, as the many times I have been into Itsu that's the first time of being served a cold noodle dish.

The service was great and the atmosphere was nice too, but the ramen wasnt flavorful, and I got an item called the Big Bowl but it wasn't in a bowl and it wasn't even big. About the size of a pint of ice cream. I probably wouldn't come back.

This was my first time trying Itsu and it will not be the last. Absolutely fantastic quality food which was hot, tasty and a delight to eat.

Really nice itsu. Lovely booth tables, quick service and friendly staff who helped me with my NHS discount. Itsu itself is fantastic and delicious and fresh!

Overall not too bad, only thing I'd hesitate on is the price, quite expensive for what it is almost giving wagamamas a run for money if you're having dinner there. Nice food though and was tasty enough, great sauce selection.

To battle inflation, they've deflated their portions. Need to reduce the size of the tubs, or else come across as deceptively capacious

45 minutes. Very frustrating. Had to cancel plans to wait in.

Delivery is very efficient and safely packed in box so sushi didn't fall apart

1st my teryaki sauce was missing from my order, other than that all tasty as always

Whenever I’m shopping at The Mall, I always come here for a coffee and a donut. Excellent choice although not good for the waistline.

They use 100% Arabica coffee and have an espresso machine, so the coffee is good. The doughnuts are always good. We took advantage of the regular coffee and doughnut offer for only £3.25 - bargain.

Todos los demás disfrutamos de la mejor donuts jamás, pero no había opción libre de gluten. Sé que están hechas con harina de trigo, pero sería maravilloso poder disfrutar como solía como una persona normal de nuevo, si tenían un gluten donuts!

Yo no soy una persona que normalmente molestia de repasar un café y donut, pero me hoguera parada Madre y paré aquí 20 minutos ayer y nos sorprendió gratamente. Las dos mujeres eran realmente sirve champán y hablador cuando estábamos recogiendo nuestras rosquillas y todo el mundo sabe cómo ace son. La sorpresa vino cuando probamos el café, y expreso y era mejor que algunos de los principales marcas! Maravillosa sorpresa, café, donuts y servicio, incluso con sólo 4 puestos os recomiendo echar un vistazo.

Quite good to have krispy kreme in Cribbs, good donuts consistent with other shops' Small shop so Im not sure if there is any space for sitting, although plenty of seating areas around Cribbs The MALL!
