My friends and I were delighted to get a table last minute at this restaurant on a Saturday. We were left to decide what we wanted to eat and were very excited to try the items in the menu. I did note that there were no allergens listed on the menu, which is in violation of the EU law that states the 14 allergens must be identified on the menu of a restaurant. When our waitress arrived we promptly ordered and after that she asked about allergens. I said I had a cashew nut allergy and was asked if it was “a very severe allergy”. I answered yes as I could potentially have an anaphylactic reaction to same. I was told the manager would have to come talk to me. The manager was very apologetic but said that due to the “very small kitchen” they could not guarantee the food would be allergen free and therefore I could not be served food. I informed her that I understood the risk and am happy to accept that, I have never had an issue with cross contamination with my allergy and only react if I was to directly eat a cashew nut. She informed me that it is not only the restaurant’s policy but “legally they cannot serve” me. My friends and I were speechless. I’ve never had such a bizarre and unpleasant experience in a restaurant with regards to my allergy. We were informed that we were welcome to stay for drinks but declined. The manager was very apologetic and explained to me that it was not up to her but the owner of the establishment had made this rule. I tried to explain again that I often accept this risk when eating out but was once again denied service. We left the restaurant very displeased. I asked my solicitor about the legalities of the issue and he advised me that it is indeed illegal to refuse someone service on the basis of a medical condition. He advised I report this restaurant to the Equality and Human Rights Commission where this business could be fined. It is incomprehensible how a food establishment could have such poor organisation and hygiene within even a small kitchen that they cannot make any effort to accommodate those with allergies. The fact that their solution to the issue is to deny service to a not insignificant portion of the population is laughable. My friends and I were left extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I hope this establishment can improve in this regard as this standard of service is unacceptable.

Tried their Monday special, and it was Nice. Could have been Even less food and I was well fed by the amount. Free drink or soda included in the price. Hope to come again

From the moment we walked in the door, I knew we were going to have a great time. The environment was buzzing. The place was full, and everyone seemed to be having a fabulous time - a happy hum of chatter and laughter. Service was friendly and efficient. The food absolutely delicious! Every bite was so tasty. The flavours in each dish stood out and shone, and despite having a number of different dishes between us all, none of the flavours were trying to out do each other! It would be impossible for me to pick my favourite item on the menu. Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back again ... and again!

When we arrived, we were asked if there were any allergies in our party. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts and we were told there were some dishes she can have. After we were seated and ordered, the manager came over to our table and told us they would not serve us dinner because they could not guarantee that items were cross contaminated. This was embarrassing and disheartening, definitely do not waste your time if you have any sort of allergy.

We come to KDP weekly and has now become our go-to spot every Monday. Their Chimaek Mondays deal is great value for money at just £12 and is absolutely delicious. We always receive excellent service from Tien. Service with a smile, and always remembers us. See you next week!

We go the set menu and it was overall underwhelming. Some of the stuff on the menu never came (parts of the desert, for instance) and when asking we were told they didn’t have them - but we paid full price anyway. Starters very small, everything too spicy (I understand this is subjective), and we got some food afterwards as left hungry, which is the worst feeling after paying an expensive dinner.

Fab spot for amazing food, great mix of comfort and wow factor. The staff were beyond lovely, went out of their way to make me and my group feel so special. The music was banging and the vi9bes were unreal The cocktails are so fun too!!

The spot is great but the service is awful, food took forever they didn’t bring some of the plates on time at the end we end up refusing some of the plates because they brought after we finished with the rest, not recommended take your money somewhere else , believe me you are going to thank me later

This spot is amazing for a night out with friends and the food is amazing quality. I wouldn’t recommend bringing children though as most of the food is very spicy! I definitely recommend having the ice cream at the end, it was delicious!

This was my first visit to Korean Dinner Party on recommendation of someone in our party. The food was delicious, I personally had the pork tacos and the fried chicken. Drinks were also tasty and reasonably priced. The food is a little expensive but you get a lot of it!

This place has make shift overflow for the air conditioning pipes. We only know this as I watched something drip from above. When I looked up there was clearly a plumbing related issue. Instead of sealing off the affected area or closing the restaurant they placed a small bucket and wrapped tissue around the pipes. This has been reported to the local food hygiene standards people. This restaurant is putting the health of customers at risk from infection from water born pathogens. Unbeknown to be I may well have eaten or drank the drips of the water destined for waste.
