Finalmente buen café en Bridlington! El lugar estaba excepcionalmente ocupado, pero el servicio era lo suficientemente bueno y amable con el personal, aunque obviamente estaban estirados Teníamos claras planas y tostadas que eran buenas y no demasiado caro

Called in for tea and a piece of cake,served by unfriendly man who was short tempered with us.The other female staff found this extremely funny and made us feel unwelcome.Such a shame as the cafe seems so welcoming from outside and the cake was excellent.

Great coffee shop. We visited here on a wintry day in Bridlington. We normally go to the cowshed at Fraisthorpe but it was closed so we chose this coffee shop instead we were absolutely pleased we did- the food is excellent. The toasted cheese and ham sandwich, had the best cheese and the toasted tea cake and the flapjack were also excellent lovely ambience great prices will be back.

Las dos chicas detrás del mostrador continuaron hablando mientras esperábamos que nos atendieran y luego nos hicieron sentir que éramos un inconveniente estar allí. Entonces se equivocaron de orden pero en lugar de corregirlo una chica optó por discutir gritando desde detrás del mostrador. Pedimos un reembolso, pero no recibimos uno, ya que dijeron que era nuestra culpa. Absolutamente horrible. Evita como la plaga.

Mi familia y yo (tres adultos y un niño de 3 años) paramos aquí para comer, y fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. Pedí un sándwich de jamón en un panecillo, pero me sirvieron jamón en una tostada de té de grosella, que no es lo que pedí. Cuando señalé esto cortésmente, un miembro rubio del personal gritó al otro lado del café, insistiendo en que lo había ordenado de esa manera. Su tono fue grosero y agresivo, y ninguno de los empleados hizo ningún esfuerzo para corregir el error u ofrecer un reemplazo. La calidad de la comida era mala en todos los ámbitos. El pan estaba rancio, mi hija tomó un bocado de su bocadillo de mermelada y no podía comerlo, y la baguette de mi pareja era dura como una roca. El café en sí estaba sucio; los baños estaban inundados y claramente no habían sido atendidos. El personal mostró poca o ninguna habilidad de servicio al cliente y parecía engreído y no molestado por nuestras preocupaciones. Se negaron a emitir un reembolso u ofrecer ningún tipo de disculpa. En general, el lugar estaba sucio, la comida era horrible, y el personal era grosero. No recomendaría este café a nadie. ¡Evita este lugar!

Perfect fresh coffee, mouth water cakes and food. Very cosy and rustic with atmosphere. All that and dog friendly. What more could you want?

Called in on a Saturday early afternoon, the place was a little busy, The staff all seemed to be doing something, the tables seemed to be a little slow in being cleared, but as I said it was busy. We ordered coffee & sandwich, mine being a toastie, my wife had an ordinary sandwich. There are no frills, with it, it is simply a sandwich, but it was well filled and tasty. The coffee was good, not outstanding, but good. I would happily use the place again.

Absolutely awful customer service we we in for tea and a scone we was charged extra £1 for the latte instead of tea which is fair .latte was returned as it was cold when given back just plonked down .We had to ask for our scones girl on the counter said she didn't know that we had ordered them ,had to ask for sugar for my tea sachets of sugar just thrown on the table. A man I assume was the manager asked if we wanted our money back then said he would prefer us to take our money back..,a most disagreeable man.

Toasties were nice and the cake, quick and easy. Coffee was also good. Was probably the most normal place out of Bridlington to just sit down and have a nice bit of food for lunch. Enjoyed and would go back 👍🏼

Was ok! Nice food and drink offering for a little place. Any more expensive and I would’ve thought it was a bit of a rip. Clearly no kitchen and is prepared by the very young staff, but they did a good job! Just need a little push from management to get the tables cleared a little quicker. Food came out at speed and was quite busy. Toastie was very plain looking and could’ve made it at home but like I said, good for the price!

Absolutely lived our coffee and cake at Koko’s. I had cheesecake the missus had a Jaffa cake like sponge. We got a table up the back with a view over the harbour as well. Lively friendly staff and great coffee - they even put my latte in a cup (can’t stand glasses)

Best coffee I’ve had in along long time. Great service and the cheesecake was to die for. 5 stars for the flat white! Wife had decaf cappuccino which was also 5 stars. Excellent.

went and the service was terrible, we were waiting to be served for 10 minutes whilst at the front of the queue. The brunette young girl was really rude and made me never want to come back again. the food wasn’t very warm and tasted like paper. would never go back ever again and i warn everyone to stay away

This cafe was a welcome sight after walking from Sewerby - very pleasant interior and dog friendly. We ordered hot chocolates and warm apple cake - both excellent. Friendly staff and everywhere was clean and tidy. Just what we needed!

Wheelchair user -what you mean Arrived here with hubby who users wheelchair for hot drink, problem with access as first door has steps just inside, second door opens inwards but no help from staff or people inside. Had to enter backwards!!! Was shown a table near tv with kiddies program on. Drinks arrived and hot- but don’t forget your sugar when ordering. Staff appeared busy majority of the time although two staff more concerned with their VAPES even using the blue roll to wipe the vape and their hands Staff also on mobiles constantly Maybe try to remember to wash hands too !!!

Table of four hungry adults arriving at lunchtime - completely ignored by staff. Not of flicker of acknowledgement- don’t deserve to be in business

Ah what a let down. Hubby and I had walked about 5km along the beach into Bridlington and was looking for a nice coffee shop for a bite to eat, looked at a couple on Google and this one came up and looked very artisan and like they would do good coffee. Dog friendly which was great and even got the mutt a puppaccino. The cake display was impressive and hubby wanted a bacon roll (bacon and sausage rolls stop being served at 11am). So we went for a panini - what a disappointment. From the setting I was expecting some rustic ciabatta but what was produced was a real let down, a small processed baguette which I assume was microwaved with minimal filling, such a let down for what looks like a really nice little cafe.

Clean and the drinks were good. Does what it says on the tin. And the dog can go in as well. It's not reinventing the wheel, just doing the simple things well

Lovely coffee shop ... really nice food and drink ! But really disappointed about how I was spoken to when taking my order , I don't like putting bad reviews but the gentleman that served me was really rude and questioned my order. My advice would be to greet customers with a smile even if you are having a bad day , we all have them but being polite doesn't take much. We also witnessed the gentleman been really unfriendly to a customer in a wheelchair which we helped her get seated . We were going to walk out but one of the ladies greeted us with a smile and helped . We won't be returning as Me and my family was put on edge by the gentleman.

A super modern coffee house in the centre of Bridlington! A nice nice vibe inside, serving lots of sweet treats and good quality coffees. This is definitely a cup above the competition here. Also has the benefit that it is dog friendly.

I saw that the cafe was dog friendly so me and my family decided to go there for a coffee. There was a water bowl outside, so whilst my Gran was ordering the coffees, I took my dog for a drink but noticed the bowl was full of drool and bugs. I emptied the bowl and went inside to fill it up, a male staff member approached me and rudely said “have you just emptied that?”, so I said “Yes, it had flies and drool in.” He didn’t say anything, took the bowl into the toilet and filled it up with water, and handed the bowl back over to me and said “I’ve just filled that up”, at which point I replied “Okay…”, as if I was lying. We was shocked how rude the man was over a bit of tap water. We ordered 5 lattes and one of the lattes was almost just milk and a lot paler than the other lattes. We went inside and ask for another shot in the latte as that coffee was almost just milk, at which point that girl behind the bar said that isn’t the case whilst handing us a shot of coffee. The visit wasn’t enjoyable and all staff members seemed as if they were looking for arguments. No one cares that the coffee seemed to have missed half the coffee, but just deal with it better and don’t make customer feel like they’re liars

I really hate to put a bad review on here. I know how hard it is to run a business but felt that I have to say something. This is a lovely little cafe but the customer service is terrible. You are often ignored by staff when stood at counter. I know they are busy but is it really that difficult to just acknowledge you. I have walked out more times than I have been served a lately. When Andrew is there it’s a different matter altogether he does at least acknowledge the fact that you are there. His staff however just ignore you . There are lots of other cafes that welcome you. Try them instead. Like I say sorry for the bad review but feel the management need to know. I’m not the only one saying this.

Been 3 times now, did actually have a good coffee and cake the first time, 2nd time was told it's take away only , we're short staffed AFTER i'd ordered, this Sunday was told, it's takeaway only, but an improvement, BEFORE I ordered! it was 15 mins to closing time, but what's the point in a closing time, if you aren't open! We declined, that's our last visit.

Very disappointed looks like the cup and portion sizes are smaller but prices have very much increased. Andrew lovely, unfortunately the girl who served us was disinterested in us, never spoke apart from yes what can I get you? No please or thank you or smile?? Fairly clean, but wasn’t overly busy. Will go again with the hope that if the girl serves us she at least smiles and uses her manners. Fabulous coffee

Very friendly staff and a lovely environment. Dog friendly too. Good coffee and a good range of snacks. A welcome respite out of the wind.

Great spot for breakfast, lunch or just a fabulous coffee. Staff are always friendly and dogs are very welcome too. Like most places it can get busy with holiday visitors, but the service is always great.

Although busy, surely two coffees should not take 23 minutes to be served. Tables Not very clean, and staff very unconcerned over customers comments to them. Coffee was good when we eventually got it, but the experience detracted from it.

My wife and I recently visited here for coffee and cake whilst staying in Bridlington. Nice coffee and cake served by friendly owner. Premises were clean and comfortable. Toilet was clean. Would recommend and certainly visit here again.

Visited for a cake and coffee/tea with friends. Tables not been cleaned properly and floor covered with crumbs and dropped food. Toilets were in a disgusting state. Staff not particularly welcoming. We certainly won't be returning.
