KOGI to go in Brighton and Hove

Decent fast food option by the station. Vegan curry and rice was large, tasted good and reasonable value for money.

A place to get a quick Korean bite, kimbap is pretty nice, and corn dogs as well. Maybe a little bit expensive? Staff is cute.

It was empty that's why there was no atmosphere. However, I'm sure it's not always the case. Food was delicious and well worth what you paid. Good portion sizes! If and when we're back, this'll be the place to eat at, so check it out if you're curious!

A nice friendly staff helped me to decide which one I should get. It was really good! When you get hungry you can get light meals there.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. The corn dog gave me severe food poisoning, leaving me vomiting continuously for 24 hours. The cheese tasted artificial and was hard to digest. The service was extremely slow, and the restaurant’s cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

I love the menu and the food can be delicious.. I want to give it a higher star but the food is really inconsistent. Ive had amazing dishes and sometimes the quality of the same dishes is lacking. The restaurant is really unclean with dirt stuck to the floor and wall. The self serve kiosk needs a wipe too. (The kitchen floor looks gross as well). There's typically one staff working in the kitchen and don't always pay attention to the front, making the experience difficult if you need help.

I ordered kimbap and cheese condog! Cheese condog is so delicious whenever I eat it. I especially recommend adding cheese sauce, mayonnaise and buldak sauce. Additionally, kimbap is sooo good😆 It’s really delicious, and it‘s great to buy it when you go to take the train.

BEWARE - TOTAL RIP OFF! On deliveroo - Over £30 (yes, THIRTY POUNDS) for 3 portions of the tiniest breaded chicken 'pieces' ever. They are in fact the poorest quality, smallest wings, all bone, no meat. And another £3.50 for a 'portion' of soggy fries, that are significantly SMALLER than the smallest child's portion at McD's. I think I'm actually still in shock.

Small restaurant, mainly focused on takeaway sales. I discovered a dish that I had never tasted and which was very good, for a small budget

It's close to the station, so I passed by it often and visited for the first time. It's a place where you can experience the taste of Korea beyond your imagination! great

Potato and cheese Corn dog is my favourite ! Ive had two and couldn’t resist getting more ! I’d definitely recommend ! Get one and head down to the beach to enjoy it

Order Ramen cost about £8, was given a cardboard bowl of instant noodles with about two pieces of veg and no protein. Should have gone to shop and bought my own ramen for about £2.

Just a little place next to the station, perfect for a quick bite! Ordered the original corn dog, the outside was so crispy, good dough, great with the honey mustard.

Thoroughly disappointing, ordered the corn dog which was poorly microwaved, had stoggy, soggy batter and a still cold hot dog. Really lets KOGI down as I've enjoyed food from their other restaurant before

Took around 25 mins to get one order of a potato cheese corn dog, there seemed to be only one employee working and she seemed to be in no hurry at all.

Munch was decent but the cheese wasn't warm and gooey enough for our liking - overall not too shabby. :) However the person at the till was chilling in the back the whole time we were in the shop and only came out to bring our order then immediately went to the back again... didnt quite get the system but lovely munch :)

Really cute little shop. Was strangely craving corn dogs when we stocked up on this place. The server answered all our questions and informed us about things we wouldn't have known about the establishment otherwise. The corn dogs are surprisingly filling for what they are. We all left happy

Food was great but took 30 minutes for some chips and fried chicken to takeaway. One staff member was on the phone the entire time, and the other was in no rush to get anything done. Very disappointing

The corn dog was super cheesy, delicious and very filling, the young lady who works there was very sweet and patient, the corn dog was so delicious that someone watched me and went to buy one for themselves 😂😂 highly recommended!

Ordered through Uber Eats, it was very, very late in arriving (several riders clearly arrived to pick up, but it wasn’t ready) then the pork curry arrived with no curry sauce, just fried meat and rice – dry. And it was expensive. And it wasn’t good food. A thoroughly, deeply, almost impressively negative experience, that I will not be repeating. I will avoid everything Kogi from now on.

Perfect for a quick snack. I'd never had a Korean corn dog before, so I can't comment on authenticity, but it was really nice! I recommend the spicy sauce. Ordering through a machine, simple and efficient, and the man who served us was very nice.

3.5/5. Two minutes' walk from Brighton train station. Ordering is smart and there is a self-service machine. But the disadvantage of this is there is no service. Only one staff member is responsible for the restaurant and the kitchen at the same time. We ordered sweet and chili chicken wings and sweet and chili chicken rice, which tasted very authentic. However, hygiene and service need to be improved.

Potato corn dog was so good and relatively cheap. Easy to order too.

Ich weis gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll 😭 Der Gastraum ist super dreckig und wenig einladend, es gibt keine Begrüßung- lediglich ein Bestell-Terminal. Zusätzlich ist es super heiss und stickig. Die Bestellung für 4 Personen wird mit einem „woooah soo viel“ kommentiert. Nachdem das Essen abgelegt wurde bekommt man ein Augenrollen beim Abholen… Ansonsten: die Corn Dogs sind super lecker und der Preis dafür ist okay. Ttebboki und Co. Sind super teuer für die kleine Portion. Also alles in allem eher so okay

It’s nice. The Korean chicken wings with Buldak sauce were nice but a bit pricey for what they were..

I enjoyed my cheese corn dog and the fried chicken Buldak. However, the food is expensive (you need to pay for the cup they out the corn dog in) and the table I sat at was so sticky. They could do a better job at making the place a bit more inviting. The service is nothing compared with what you would get at a street stand in Korea. Update: food is just delicious and they have sorted the sticky table issue however the service is so bad, you feel like you are an intruder, as if you are disturbing.

The Raman is way too overpriced. Just the normal instant noodles and were sold at £9.2. Rice cake is too expensive as well and the taste is not good either, the sauce is separated from the cake and not sticky at all. There are better options for food quality and food prices nearby. Wouldn’t recommend.

Can't believe that I paid almost 10 pounds just for instant noodles, No eggs, No vegetables, no tofu. The name itself is misleading, spicy chicken instant noodles without any chicken, It's just a flavor.Also, the instant noodles are super spicy... The rice cake is also pricy and terrible…… With the money spent, i would rather go to MS simply food in the station and grab a sandwich.

KOGI to go is a Korean takeaway style eatery located in Brighton close to the main station. This small eatery is the little sister of the main restaurant (KOGI Korean Restaurant - also in Brighton) which also offers a variety of Korean dishes, including bibimbap, japchae, and bulgogi. I had the opportunity to try the potato corn dog whilst in town, which was good but rather messy to eat on my part. The potato corn dog was made with like the American style version but with added diced potatoes on the outside to give it a nice crispy texture served with a squeeze of tomato ketchup... The takeaway has a casual/relaxed atmosphere and is perfect for a quick bite to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was definitely something unique for me food wise, and I would pop in again when I'm next in town to try out more of the items on offer!

The most terrible restaurant I’ve tried in the Uk(among 5years), almost £10 for a instant noodle 😂, which cost maximumly £1 (am I a joke to you???). Also ordered the half & half corndog, it literally cut a normal small sausage in half and the other half just cheese. Strongly Not recommended, guys, run, don’t ever go to this place

Every time that I have ordered from this place, the service has always been very fast and the food has always been amazing. I highly recommend it even though the food here is a bit pricy.

Had a very satisfying late night snack. Enjoyed devouring the Korean potato cheese dog as it fell off the stick. Well balanced so that it hits the sweet and savoury craving. Vegan wings were tasty and super generous. Lots of interesting flavour choices that I would happily go back to try. They were serving well past their posted opening hours and the food arrived plenty quickly.

Amazing corndogs at a reasonable price.

Looks like but slightly different than the traditional Korean food. My gf ordered something and she hid something different. And as she was eating she found the missing ingredient that was so little in quantity.

Their corn dogs are literally to DIE for. The crisp & dough is perfect and you’ll get the ultimate cheese pull 🤤😩 p.s. make sure you ask for yellow mustard with it - it’s amazing

역에서 가까워서 기차 타기 전에 저녁식사로 먹었는데, 영국에서 먹은 양념치킨 중 제일 맛있고 라면도 채소가 많이 들어가고 치킨마요덮밥도 맛있었어요! (치킨마요 들어간 치킨도 맛있어요!!)

Amazing korean fried chicken, about the best prices I've seen in Brighton. They're an offshoot of a really good Korean sit-down restaurant about ten minutes away, I can definitely recommend.

Great selection of vegan options. I got the fried dumplings and they were absolutely delicious, fresh and crispy! Also, super friendly service! I wish they wouldn't use plastic forks / to go containers though...
