Me impresionó. Me gustó!

I've been to the restaurant for sushi a couple of times which has always been nice and service has been friendly. However, I had a takeaway from here through Deliveroo recently and it was terrible. The sushi rice was overcooked which made the sushi really stodgy and unpleasant to eat. I also had a ramen which I couldn't even eat, it had absolutely no flavour and the noodles were almost mushy they were so over cooked. The gyoza on top of the ramen were quite tasty however, they were the only nice part of the meal. Even the edamame beans had a strange taste and we ended up leaving most of them. Really disappointing.

Pyszne, świeże i pachnące jedzenie to podstawa i lokalizacja super - centrum Ealing i blisko komunikacji.

Visited for saturday lunch, and happy to see they still have the lunch special on offer, which is better value. The food was not bad, but not that authentic, and portion size was a little small. Good alternative option in the area. The only thing is they don't have any highchair or booster seats available. With lots of families shopping in the area, I think that's something they could consider investing.

There are special lunch tome deals such as the teriyaki chicken which was tasty. All starters, sides and mains had veggie and vegan options too. Service was quick and attentive, and service charge is added. My favourite Japanese Resturant in Ealing

I wish I lived closer to London so I could visit more often.. They have a great menu with lots of variety, which is surprising compared to many other Japanese places where there are limited options. The spider roll (soft shell crab) is amazing even though I usually avoid crab like the plague! Tempura udon is my favourite.. the broth is clear and tasty, crispy tempura veg and thick udon noodles <3 salmon nigiri is a must.. Oh and the teriyaki grilled salmon is PERFECT.Katsu curry. Ever since trying that particular dish in Wagamama I've avoided ordering it. Even when visiting Tokyo I avoided it! Wagamama left me with a sharp soapy, bland curry taste in my mouth but Kobe has thankfully saved katsu curry for me. My friend ordered it so I hesitantly tried a bit - incredibly savoury and moreish! To finish this off, the service was charming and I would definitely go again :)

I have been here a few times as I live locally. Both the hot and cold dishes are always to a good standard, whether hot or cold. Unfortunately last time I was there some new waitresses had been hired who were very rude. The place was empty except for one other diner and the waitresses acted like I was putting them out by even coming into the place. They were huffing and sighing when I asked for extra ginger and told me it would cost. I wont be going back. The manager should invest a bit more money in hiring rather than just getting cheap staff who give miserable service

The food and service were mostly very good but there were mistakes with our order and some dishes fell below my expectations (for instance the salmon sashimi did not taste as fresh as I would have hoped and the pork soba noodles were not that great). The service was very friendly though, as was the atmosphere, but felt more like a very nice cafe rather than a restaurant. I was deeply upset by the large coral on the counter as it is impossible to ethically source such an object. This coral will have been harvested live from a reef and as coral is endangered this is very upsetting.

From the outside the place doesn't stand out from the crowd but the inside is really modern and vibrant, with white and bright green tones all over the place. We ordered some sushi, which was very good value for money as the have lunch deals every day.It took a while for the sushi to arrive but I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind and we could see from the table the skilled sushi chef preparing our plates. Kobe Sushi is great for it's tuna sashimi/sushi. The prices are so reasonable compared to central London sushi restaurants, with equally fresh and delicious fish. The Kobe signature roll is also tastey. They have a great selection of hot and cold foods, and do soups, which some sushi places frown upon.My only point is they can improve the tea by making it loose leaf, although the tea bags are from good Japanese suppliers.

After a bit of pressure it turned out that there were a few more choices. The owner later explained that the supplier let them down. The shushi and other food was very good, but certainly not the best we'd ever had before. The grilled mushrooms were not champignons but another type of mushrooms we did not like. I ordered a takeaway from Kobe recently and waited a very, very long time for my order.I will not comment on the service and atmosphere inside the restaurant as I did not eat inside, I will review just the food. The food was first and foremost very expensive. Kobe set the bar very high when I saw its menu and my receipt. However I wasn't quick to judge - I gave Kobe the opportunity to make me feel that the food was worth the price.I ordered 1 portion of ebi tempura (i.e. prawn tempura) which was priced at £10! This is a shocking price but I wanted to give it a chance. It tasted AWFUL. This was by far the worst ebi tempura I've ever had and it just tasted like cardboard, full stop. All food was truly delicious and service is soft Japanese - extremely courteous but not too formally so. Meal cost c.£90 for four and we all had what we wanted: sushi, mixed tempura, teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu curry (latter better than at Wagama according to my 14 year old). For starters we have the Omakase, ~24 pieces of Sashimi. Very good quality and generous slices. Then had the Wagyu beef which was delicious, not sure if it was worth £25. Unfortunately had run out of the Yellow Cheek so substituted for Black Cod. Black Cod was disappointing, I'm a big fan Nobu so was comparing to some of the best. Unfortunately had run out of the Yellow Cheek so substituted for Black Cod. Black Cod was disappointing, I'm a big fan Nobu so was comparing to some of the best. Not enough Miso and we also found a few bones. Had the Soft Shell Crab, Dragon Rolls, Age-dashi Tofu which were all very good. In particular the crab, delicious. Sake was good and attentive service from smiling staff. Overall very happy except for the Black Cod. Bill was £145 without tip, we pigged out too.

coming from asia my standards for asian food are quite high and few, if any, restaurants in london have been able to meet them. kobe is an exception, however, and i thoroughly enjoyed my time that evening. we paid 50 pounds for two of us, but we thought it was a good deal considering how hard it is to find such authentic sushi in this part of the world. service was also patient, responsive and friendly.

As shared by another reviewer we used to go to another more expensive sushi restaurant up the road. The food here is stunning and far cheaper without any compromise on quality. The service and entire team at the restaurant are great, all super friendly, helpful and fun! My new favourite local!

We ordered Tendon and Tonkatsu set meals off the lunch menu, and Rainbow Chirashi off the main menu, all of them well-presented, really tasty and authentically Japanese. The service was superb, both informative and cheery. It's early days yet for this newly opened restaurant so there weren't so many clients in although it was a Sunday and Mothering Sunday at that. But when the word gets around, this place will be jam-packed, for sure.If you're Japanese, please don't be put off by the rather random gigantic kanji the owner has chosen to stick on the wall. It doesn't say Kobe or even sushi. It is a character pronounced Ki meaning spirit or mood as in tenki (weather), for example. This may lead you to think that the owner is not Japanese and you'd be right; he's Vietnamese but a good proportion of his weekend staff are Japanese, including some of the chefs. The non-Japanese chefs have been trained in Japan or in Japanese restaurants and are Japanese-speakers.This place is not to be missed!

Fantastic food and great service! We had a mixture of the hot, grilled food and sushi. With Itame chefs and conveyer belt style serving, Kobe brings a breathe of fresh air to Ealing. A lot more trendier then its competitors.

I usually go to another more expensive sushi restaurant, but this is just as good and about half the price. The fish tastes really fresh and good quality. The service is good too. I've been there three times now and haven't had a bad experience. The chefs and the waitresses seem happy to help - I felt taken care of. The have grilled food there too which I haven't tried, but it sounds good. The menu isn't as big as some sushi places but there is good variety.

GONE! Take away Yoshino- Use to be very good and reasonable. Now the prices have gone up and the portions diminished. They have very little in the late afternoon and won't make anything to order as they used to. I've suggested they take orders by email but it's calling or fax I'm afraid. Sad as I've been ordering from there for 15 years. Not anymore I'm afraid. If they modernise and become more reasonable perhaps in the future but not as is now.

I love to see all staff there who are so attentive and with great hospitality, food is coming fast enough, and there are plenty of choices we can try each time we come again, plus hygiene is really good too.
