Nasty . Pizza box's stacked up in window with dead flies on them . Nasty looking elephants leg meat spinning around . Nothing good to really say .

Good mixed and chicken grill, very quick service, good prices (not inflated for a tourist area). Ps. Cash only - cashpoint is nearby though.

Disgusting. Revolving rotten meat stick , very dirty inside with rude staff the food was inedible the salad wasn't fresh I can't put anything good about it

They've upped their game,food great Against prices ,several takeaway meals and several choices ,everything spot on.

Stopped off for a late night kebab after several drinks in the local area, friendly prompt service with great quality food. Well worth a visit if in the area.

3 out of 5 was more for portion size than anything else! Average at best , salad disappointing , chicken lacked flavour. Also Cash only FYI.

Horrible staff apart from the lady who takes our orders she is an absolute credit to that place and if it wasn’t for the fact she makes it bearable to be there I wouldn’t go again food was ok

We visited here for an easy dinner, Wish we had read some reviews. I had a Donner kebab that was ok but we ordered 3 pizza as well and they were awful, Really thick bread bases and burnt on one side, Family chucked them in the bin after eating a quarter, Waste of money and staff are really miserable too.

Great food nice pizza, had two mix kebabs and a meaty pizza, this was as good as you can get in or around Bude, mothers in law loved her pizza, she said this is nicely cooked, nice and freshly made

2 x 12” pizzas nearly £30…. Really poor quality ingredients, frozen bases, frozen everything I guess… maybe the tomato sauce is out of a tin. That’s the last time I’ll be getting pizzas from here. The audacity to charge that price for that disgusting food. Used to be so much better, gone downhill hard! Seriously need to up their game otherwise they will lose a lot of customers.

The delivery driver that delivered my food called dave was stinking of cannabis and very very rude towards me... The lady that answer the phone was extremely rude and because I wanted to amend my order she told me to get a life so I recommend don't go unless you want alot abuse

All portions were small and very small amount of limp salad. Not very generous with the sauce either. All in all pretty poor really, if you really had to have a kebab then it would probably do but not great. Also cash only

Called through for a take away at around 4:30pm, the person taking the order was very polite, told me that delivery would be 30 mins max and to pay cash on collection. Food arrived well within the 30 min timeline, the delivery driver was incredibly polite and chatty. We both ordered the chefs special kebab and it didn’t disappoint. The food was piping hot and plentiful, not to forget delicious! Next time we are in Bude we will definitely order again.

Visited KJs recently and was left furious with how rude the man serving was, I couldn’t believe it. However, the food is impeccable and the bacon cheeseburger is the best I’ve ever had from a kebab shop. It’s a shame the man can’t learn some manners or else it would be a 5* review

Can’t fault the food but the delivery driver came with music that loud it upset the neighbours in my opinion that is not professional we had friends round and it was like a night club not acceptable

Never experienced such rude and aggressive service. Short man with bald head and glasses barged past us in the door on the way in, then continued to stare at us from behind the counter like a psychopath, then was seen talking aggressively to other staff members. Then other staff were doing the same, just staring at us without speaking or staring in to thin air. No friendliness what so ever, felt really uncomfortable and was wishing I hadn't paid them to cook food for me. We got three pizzas and after the long wait I would say they were only just edible. Out of the three, a full pizza went in the bin. Don't bother wasting your money here, go to la bocca for pizza instead.

Ordered a couple of pizzas, chips and cheesy chips. All the food was fresh, presentable, red hot and tasted so good! Jealous that this pizza shop isn’t where I live! Staff were all lovely too so I’m not sure why some people are saying they’re rude? If we fancy pizza again whilst we’re here, I will definitely be going back. Thank you for a lovely meal :)

The man was so rude to my husband when he was ordering. The food was poor quality and over priced. Bude needs another keebab shop to give these guys some competition . If staff are this rude to tourist I dread to think what he is like to regulars thats if he has any

£16.10 for 2 ‘large’ (tiny portion) lamb donners with cheesey chips. Nice food but medium size boxes barely half full for a large dinner meat? Barely any salad, tiny portion of chips; won’t be going back that’s for sure.

We decided on a kebab and stopped at KJs for a take away. Donor was very greasy and the chicken kebabs are very expensive with little substance. Salad with kebab was tiny, and I think there was about £1s worth of chicken in each kebab...

We had some of the nicest takeaway meals from KJ’s. Their Donner Kebabs were the nicest I have ever had, the burger’s were top rate and the pizza first class. Very reasonably priced, it is a must go to food outlet.

Tucked away in the centre of Bude. Had a good selection of fast food we had 3 different pizzas and a large baco cheese burger and weren’t disappointed with anything

I couldn't order anything on the menu as it was all cooked together so even the chips weren't vegetarian friendly. My kids ordered the pizza and chips. Pizza was dry and overcooked and the chips apparently had a nasty after taste.

Had a very greasy kebab accidentally poured a load of grease out of the box before I had opened it. After eating the kebab there was still a pool of oil in the box. Went back in to complain was basically told hard luck (but in very hostile way), they were not happy when the grease ran out all over the serving counter.

I think KJ and his buddies could do with wearing hair nets. I ordered a pizza and when I took it away to eat it, I discovered a black wirey hair melted into the cheese. I think this was a pube.

I ordered a Donner meat pizza, KJ told me it would take about 15 mins. After 30 minutes of waiting I went to ask KJ for my money back but he was touching himself. Won’t go back

Went for a takeaway on our first night in Bude (quick break away) and really enjoyed our food. Definitely value for money

Used to be a frequent visitor to this amazing kebab shop, unfortunately I had to move from the area and really miss KJS I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANY KEBBAB AND PIZZA

KJ’s is situated in the heart of Bude, just behind the main road. They do takeaway’s and I believe delivery. They do Kebabs, burgers, pizzas and all the normal takeout stuff. The food quality is high, portion sizes generous and prices more than reasonable. We go to Bude once a year and a KJ’s takeaway is always high on our list of dining priorities.

Visited KJ’s after 12 months of craving a doner kebab, so needless to say, I was rather looking forward to it. I phoned Mr KJ before hand to see if he accepted card payments but he didn’t answer the phone. This was disappointing. We had to queue to ask about this in the kebab shop only to find that he doesn’t accept cards. This is very disappointing in the 21st century and we had to withdraw cash, enduring a 5 minute walk. KJ had a pony tail and didn’t wear a hair net which made me nervous about the food, but it was OK. The sauce was a bit light and it was a shame we had to ask for a fork. The chips were cold and wet with grease. The meat was fresh and was delicious, but the portion was fairly small. I dread to think what a small would be. Overall, I’d say that KJ needed to tie his hair up, get a card machine and be a little more generous with the sauce servings, but this is a good place to stop for a lovely doner kebab. Thanks KJ, we’ll probably be back.

After diascussing with my mate ‘Poo Bear’ which kebab shop we should opt for on our annual weekend away, KJ’s seemed to be the obvious choice, admitadly it was the only one close to where we was staying but nether the less it looked a good establishment.

We decided to have a pizza and as this place looked ok we ordered here. The pizza took 40 mins to arrive from order, I know they were busy but other people who arrived after us were getting their pizza while we waited.

Disgusting, no other word. Said it wasn't halal and then it was. Overcharged us by double and the short changed us. Ask for money back and left......shocking

Asked if the food was halal and was told that it wasn't in the first place and then they changed their mind and told us that the pork sausage was halal. This was bad enough but they then overcharged us. Will not be going back. All we asked was for some respect.

After placing my order they charged me £23 for 3 kebabs!! They short charged me £5. While waiting for my food they started laughing and mockking us. then was shocked when I asked for my money back!!

Wanted to order some food by delivery however the rude man on the phone shouted saying that it wasn’t over £10 however we were on £9.50. We then decided to ask to pick it up however he end the call!

At 10pm on a rainy night, no where else was open. Great for chips. Kebabs smelled good but didn’t try them.

Clean, helpful staff and tasty food, open till late. Typical fast food... with average prices. Friendly staff. Recommended.

I tend to stick to my favourites of either Hawaiian pizza or chicken kebab and chips and I am always very satisfied.

I fully enjoyed my pepperoni pizza from here. Kids enjoyed their margarita and the wife had a cheeseburger. Great food all round

Media hora más tarde la pizza estaba en el horno y ni rastro del kebab de carne y patatas fritas. Cocinar los alimentos eran y dejarlo en la parte superior de la parrilla de cálida estancia. Entre ellos parecía estar sirviendo gente mientras los turistas eran tener que esperar así que devolvieran el dinero. El director se pusieron muy agresivos con mi pareja. Finalmente nuestro dinero. Fuimos en simplemente por casualidad, pero después de leer muchos de los comentarios aquí creo que tuvimos la suerte de no haber comido la comida.

Went to KJ's on what was a normal (non school holiday) Saturday night. Ordered Pizza and Kebab and chips and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After watching several young lads running around like headless chickens, seeing pizza's, kebabs, chips being dished into polystyrene containers and then just stacked for upto 10 minutes (mmmmmm cardboard chips, cold dry pizza, cool kebab meat with the fat setting on it..... Yum yum) AND watching several 'locals' being served in advance of the waiting visitors I eventually asked for my money back after 40 minutes. Got a very angry face from the owner (maybe he should have taken a look at the faces of the waiting customers) and he got quite aggressive with me (how dare I be unhappy at a 40 minute wait for dry, cold, poorly cooked food!). Avoid avoid avoid and tell everyone you know you avoid - worst take away I have ever had the misfortune to come across!

Amazing food (kebabs and pizzas especially) and fast delivery times too! Never had a bad meal and have it frequently. Highly recommend!

Visited Kj'slast night, we had friends from up country visiting so thought fish n Chips for supper by the sea. I cannot even begin to say how disgusting our meals were.We waited an absolute age fir our food and what we got for £20 was horrible The fish had a rubber texture with soggy soggy batter!The chips were just as bad and just as hard . Wasted our money and will not return . We own a local holiday business and have removed Kj's flyers from our recommendations .

Have lived in Holsworthy for many years and have never even thought of going into KJ's before but we were in Bar 35 in Bude and they don't do food but are quite happy for you to bring food in (very strange concept but it works well). Anyway we were told about KJ's and only being a few yards away we thought we would try it. The first thing we noticed was just how very clean it was and being in the catering trade we notice things like that. Upon recommendation from a friend we both had the chicken kebab, it was very nice, well cooked chicken and lovely salad, very impressed, so much so we have been back several times both to the Bude shop and the one in Holsworthy and every time the service and food are first class, can't recommend enough. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed

With Jane not eating, I took the opportunity to have a yummy KJ's kebab. Been enjoying them on holiday for as long as I can remember. Another year on and not disappointed. Quality, quantity and service all high as usual. Not sure but price seemed to have crept up from last year, but might be wrong. Either way my large doner was worth every penny! Well worth a visit.

Been visiting here for a long time for pizza and so even now after moving out from town and went West when we are back visiting friends/family we always return to get a great nice freshly made pizza. Best value ever, pleasant staff and good prices. They deliver locally as well...

Really fancied a kebab and by chance called in here. You place your order and wait for the chicken to be cooked. We had to wait about 10-15 mins but it was so well worth the wait! The pitta, huge salad and huge chunks of delicious chicken are placed in a large container for you to assemble yourself. It was truly delicious!

We bought kebabs and pizza. The pizza i'm told was fab. The donner kebabs were enjoyed but were a tad greasy. Being veggie I ordered what I get a home, a salad pitta, this wasn't good. It was just loads of lettuce and raw onion with one piece of tomato. I suppose it was what it said on the can, salad and pitta, but I couldn't eat it. I will have the pizza next time.

Nice bunch of guys and the food is always fresh.The doner kebabs are wonderful and if want a bit extra you can ask for an extra large, enough to satisfy any hunger.Not tried the pizzas but they are freshly prepared and baked in the shop

Great Kebab's, especially the Donner. I'm a fan in general but Jane will not eat a kebab from anywhere else! The only time is when we come to Bude on our annual holiday! The reason is simple, lovely lean, well cooked meat from a clean kitchen. The friendly staff and good prices also help!

Great Restaurant, the best pizzas and cheap prices, great kababs, good regulars and have been for years!! Favourites Chicken and Ham Pizza!!

If you are in Bude and looking to satisfy the munchies, it's between KJs and Funky Chicken. KJs pizza is better. I don't eat chicken so have no funkiness scale on which to register an opinion.

Best takeaway staff EVER!!! And the food is just as good. Can not say anything bad about the establishment. Plus the whole place is spotless. Will definitely go again.

Not the best takeaway food we've ever eaten, but it was great to take it to the headland and watch the sea with a pizza! Nice enough food, quite cheap.

Not like the typical chicken kebabs you get from most places- far superior Lovely fresh chicken chargrilled and served along with salad, pitta (lovely and soft) and chilli sauce (looks home made). More than enough chicken to fill the pitta. Also had a very good pizza from here.

Lovely hot grub, just the thing when you leave the pub. Always good service and good amount for price, needs seating abit more but otherwise the one and only and bet in town

The pizzas were average but the garlic bread was good. They delivered quickly, but I’m not sure I’d order a pizza from them again, as the toppings were a bit a mean. They put a big layer of cheese over the top, so you couldn’t see the lack of toppings.

Love this place, I had the combined kebab of Chicken shish and lamb kofte. Chilli and mayo sauce was dynamite. Service was excellent, accurate, quick and friendly. Ate it at a nearby bar - Bar 35 where you can bring your own food if you order drinks. Used the Bars' outdoor seating chomping dinner after a days body boarding. So tasty and filled me right up!They also had a proper pizza oven and boyfriend had the burger which was great too!Would return to both.
