Ordered chicken soup in a buy 1 get 1 free deal. 1 came with just carrots, and the other with carrots and chicken with very little else. For £13.50, absolutely shocking.

Great portions and great taste

£10.50 for Lamb soup but all I got was carrot soup. As there was only the tiniest piece of lamb, one potato and one piece of yam. I did msg the establishment but was ignored.

However, you forgot to mention that you use the Uber Eats platform as a way to order our food, then would make flase claims that you did not receive your items in order to get your money back! Due to your behavior becomeing very padatory on the business. we decided to contact you to outline the impact your behavior was having on our business. When this was being explained to you. You decided to repeatedly put the phone down. Therefore, you were called the number of times that you made a flase claim! We tried to make you aware that we are a small business and that when customers like yourself do such things. The money is deducted from us and not the platforms that we use to promote our food through. Therefore, if such behaviors continue, the implications of this could lead to higher food prices or worse, closure of the business. Owner has been harassing me calling non stop after feedback with Uber eats order threatening me and my family which I take very seriously so unprofessional with some who has a business to run, her mental state clearly ain’t there.

The best oxtail we had in years. The meat was cooked to perfection, the rice and peas were heavenly and the plantain was freshly prepared and delicious. We've been looking for our regular spot for Carribbean food since we moved to the area and this is definitely it. Very friendly service as well. Thank you!

Ordered from here last night via JustEat. Unfortunately the driver's bike had broken down so the restaurant kindly sent their own driver to deliver our meal. The oxtail was delicious, tender and full of flavour - definitely recommend.

Amazingly tasty homecooked Caribbean food. The goat curry was perfectly cooked, tender and super flavourful and spicy! Jerk chicken is a must order as is the callaloo. Highly recommended, can't wait to order from them again!

Ox-tail was a bit too sweet for me, the rice and peas was nice. The chicken soup was very nice, but they could have made the dumplings a bit smaller, as i was given 2 big ones, definitely used to bulk up the tub. But I will try something else from here next time.

Had the Oxtail with rice, Mac n cheese! AMAZING! Haven’t been able to find a good Caribbean for takeaway/delivery in a long time and this was it. 5stars all round I will deffo be ordering again!

Gorgeous doesn't come close to describing the taste sensation I had experiencing this culinary delight, if you want food cooked with care and love this is the place, every bite was pure delight, my only regret was not being able to eat anymore after the hefty well seasoned breakfast

the delivery driver was lovely. but i didnt get the coleslaw we ordered - which seems like a small thing, but i have it instead of rice so it's really annoying to not have it... also, the large curry goat was disappointingly small. i'd expect to get two helpings out of it, and i didnt. but, it was very tasty.

We had our first meal made by kings and queens Caribbean today and have to say that the food was amazing.. We were so pleased with the quality and the taste of the food and can not recommend it enough. We will definitely be ordering again and recommend that you do too if you want very tasty home cooked Caribbean food.

Very delicious. Tried the Honey mustard chicken in bagel with cheese. It was divine. I have not had crumble and custard for a long time also. Not disappointed.

The food was delivered piping hot which was very good and I was able to taste the rich flavours throughout. The Red Pea Soup was delish and nourished my body while I was under the weather. So glad I found K&Q and will order more from this restaurant!

Food was really nice, arrived slightly later than they they originally said but was still hot enough to eat. They had sold out of one of the main dishes we had ordered but they did have the courtesy to call us and tell us so we could pick and alternative.... would recommend.
