Prawns hadn't been cleaned and potatoes and rice tasteless. Found 2 prawns that were clean to eat.

The food taste soooooo delicious..

I found this place a bit difficult to find especially has I didn't see the photo of the property prior to setting off, which clearly shows working from home.. Now when it was eventually found I was disappointed that in the pouring rain there was not seating, standing or waiting area out of the rain and was left to wait outside in the rain for an age to place my order .. placed the order and not explained what mode of payment was accepted so I assumed it might well be cash only .. Once the order was taken it seemed to take another absolute age to get it to the point I was drenched and decided to leave without it .. for the owner to whilst I was walking away to call me back as my order was eventually ready. I'm not one to cast aspersions on peoples personality and maybe it was because I'd been standing in the rain waiting for far too long but the person who served me was a bit haphazard and lacked customer service experience made no real apology for the delay which was only 4 patties (2 beef 2 lamb). On top of that the card machine was not working properly and so I couldn't get a receipt for my purchase, no apology for the fact the card machine was not working. When she took my order which was took to long and as I was going to leave I had to ask myself in thought what would have happened had I ordered a large meal, juices and patties, just how long would that have taken. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly as after placing the order for the patties and receiving then I thought they would at least be marked but I got to my destination only to find no bags marked to indicate as I'd obviously ordered the 2 different flavours. Now getting on to the value of what I'd purchased £3.00 eac and the quality of product I'd give them a 4 out of 10.. I'd be in no hurry to go back to order more. Having said the above I'm trying decipher as are you most probably if this small business may fair better from a shop as this clearly as far as I can see does not work with working from home. At least with a shop the customer could have ordered a tea, coffee or soup even from the rain whilst waiting for their order. Would I go back there .. put it this way I'd be in no hurry, that's not to say your experience is going to be the same as mine it might be better because I can't see it being any worse.. Plus the person who served me had a little bit of an attitude probably born from the frustration of the setup who knows which left me thinking I doubt I'd go back. But 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 that things improve..

Really disappointing, ordered 16:50 for 18:50 delivery so sufficient warning. Food arrived 19:05- that aside food was cold and unusually not wrapped in cling film so lost the curry’s into the plastic bag as cardboard failed. This is first time given them a poor review as usually excellent - not sure if new management but is not usually cling film or sealing food more securely can’t recommend.

The Lamb soup is absolutely lovely and at the moment its buy one get one free. I had a fry dumpling with it. Lovely.

Rice was lumpy and chicken felt more like bbq chicken than jerk. Very soft and tender but no bark or punch. Much better options in the area.

The oxtail was cooked to perfection. The meat was so tender and tasty. The lamb soup although a little bit thick,was very tasty. What can I say about the Mac and cheese every bite was pure delight. True authentic Caribbean cooking well done KQ. Sharon Osborne 🤩🤩🤩

A very good portion of very good food

Wow. I have had my share of soul food and ate home made from some of the best. After eating home cooked fresh I struggle to find somewhere that I can actually leave a review. Here I will, firstly I’ll be honest and say the free carrot cake that I think was made fresh definitely helped however I still would have given a 5 star review. To actually eat the original flavour of jerk, not overly spicy but original flavour and spice, I was very very happy. Plantain is a big thing to me, most of the time it is not cooked properly but here, it was soft sweet, whilst the portion was higher in price than other delivery options it was worth it, I’d pay it again. You can tell this was cooked slowly not rushed, authentic cooking! The rice and pea again perfect flavour, this is the only thing, I’m glad I ordered additional sauce as I know I like to mix the jerk sauce with the rice as I can find rice dry. I apologise for my pictures, to be honest I didn’t want to take them I wanted to eat it and I think that says it all! This is my new go to delivery! Highly recommend.

Kings and Queens in Beckenham serves the best Caribbean breakfast/food in South London – I’ve tried them all, and this place stands out! The quality and quantity are exceptional, and the flavour's are simply amazing. It’s incredibly filling and satisfying. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic Caribbean cuisine!

They sent burnt rice and peas. The peas had a sour taste when I bit into it so it definitely wasn't fresh! Oxtail was odd, the butter beans were again sour... but the delivery time kept getting longer

Food is 10/10 as always. I moved away and haven’t ordered from here in a while. Had a call to say they had ran out of meat patties but as a sorry was given a vegetable Pattie and a red velvet cake. Delivery driver was very respectful and the lady too

Didn’t realise the food was served without rice! That makes no sense, it’s not even a full meal?? Food was warm had to reheat it but nicely flavoured. All Meats should be served with rice/salad or a side in the future. Disappointed😔

Loads of flavour and big portions

Ordered chicken soup in a buy 1 get 1 free deal. 1 came with just carrots, and the other with carrots and chicken with very little else. For £13.50, absolutely shocking.

£10.50 for Lamb soup but all I got was carrot soup. As there was only the tiniest piece of lamb, one potato and one piece of yam. I did msg the establishment but was ignored.

Owner has been harassing me calling non stop after feedback with Uber eats order threatening me and my family which I take very seriously so unprofessional with some who has a business to run, her mental state clearly ain’t there.

The best oxtail we had in years. The meat was cooked to perfection, the rice and peas were heavenly and the plantain was freshly prepared and delicious. Ordered from here last night via JustEat. Unfortunately the driver's bike had broken down so the restaurant kindly sent their own driver to deliver our meal. The oxtail was delicious, tender and full of flavour - definitely recommend.

Amazingly tasty homecooked Caribbean food. The goat curry was perfectly cooked, tender and super flavourful and spicy! Jerk chicken is a must order as is the callaloo. Highly recommended, can't wait to order from them again!

Brilliant, tasty - great meal!

Ox-tail was a bit too sweet for me, the rice and peas was nice. The chicken soup was very nice, but they could have made the dumplings a bit smaller, as i was given 2 big ones, definitely used to bulk up the tub. But I will try something else from here next time.

Had the Oxtail with rice, Mac n cheese! AMAZING! Haven’t been able to find a good Caribbean for takeaway/delivery in a long time and this was it. 5stars all round I will deffo be ordering again!

Gorgeous doesn't come close to describing the taste sensation I had experiencing this culinary delight, if you want food cooked with care and love this is the place, every bite was pure delight, my only regret was not being able to eat anymore after the hefty well seasoned breakfast

the delivery driver was lovely. but i didnt get the coleslaw we ordered - which seems like a small thing, but i have it instead of rice so it's really annoying to not have it... also, the large curry goat was disappointingly small. i'd expect to get two helpings out of it, and i didnt. but, it was very tasty.

We had our first meal made by kings and queens Caribbean today and have to say that the food was amazing.. We were so pleased with the quality and the taste of the food and can not recommend it enough. We will definitely be ordering again and recommend that you do too if you want very tasty home cooked Caribbean food.
