Kingdom Kebab in Portsmouth

The delivery is horrific - ours was over an hour late. We called three times. Twice they lied and said it was on their way then the third time told us it hadn’t left the kitchen. After waiting an hour since ordering on the ubereats app we asked for a refund as they clearly hadn’t put it out for delivery when they had stated on the app it would be with us much quicker - as well as the lying - the manager called me ‘my love’ which is so patronising and then put the phone down. We are contacting Uber about the horrific service

Food always hot and tasty and made how we like it. Wouldn’t order a kebab anywhere else in Portsmouth. Delivery staff always very polite.

Food arrived cold and was over an hour late. Completely unacceptable and not the service the consumer is paying for here. @justeat please review these issues and if restaurants are consistently failing to deliver on time, take action!

I realise that the Donor kebab is not advertised as “lamb donor” but from what I made of it the taste was of beef or maybe horse. I would not be surprised in the slightest but after all that it was ok as I was hungry! 2 long black hairs were also found in the chips. Overall it’s a neiggggh from me

Great food - really really good meat - not oily at all. A lovely kebab. However, always really early - which isn’t a bad thing but be more accurate with timings you give. Will defo order again - food is class!

Awfull, ordered 2 kebabs, meat was ok but both kebabs where overloaded with raw onions,have had a couple of good ones in the past,they where very good, but this is far from my 1st disappointment recently with them,wont be using them again, i THINK it depends who's on,but it seems to be a gamble, im going back to efes

I normally enjoy the kebabs from kingdom kebab but tonight I received a box of oil/grease it was so greasy the grease had leaked all through the paper wrapped around it. It was so greasy it was not edible so the whole thing ended up in the bin, it was disgusting

Nice chicken kebab. Spicy as I like it and delivered in a reasonable time especially for a Saturday.

Clearly not everyone is experiencing difficult times and the owner or manager is one of them. They seem to be doing so well, they do not need business. So if you want to run the risk of being treated rudely, this is the place for you.

A really nice hot burger all in 5 minutes I was surprised. Lots of salad and a choice of sauces to boot! The meat wasn't too bad either I'm gonna stick with this one rather than the unhealthy Macdonald for now x cheers

Quick delivery. Earlier than expected. Chips weren't crisp. V thick cut and not tasty. Kofte kebab was good but didn't like taste of lamb doner and shish

Simply amazing, meat was succulent and no dry bits of Donner at all. Only thing that could be added is a pepper or two in the salad. 😁

Discovered this place not too long ago and their food is amazing. Definitely the best kebab we’ve ever had.

Food tasted amazing and it was deliver so much sooner than expected.

The kebabs were very tender, the salad was very fresh and the chips, mozzarella sticks and mushrooms were cooked beautifully with everything having a great temperature aswell. We ate it all! Will definitely order from here again. Thank you to the kind delivery driver too :-)

The food was late, cold and missing a kebab. Tried calling the restaurant constantly to resolve the issue but the phone must be off the hook and it’s constantly busy! Shame because I use kingdom a fair bit and now I won’t be bothering again!!! Issue still unresolved, out of pocket and very unhappy 😡

Everything was really fresh. Food was really hot. Perfect amount of salads and sauces. Kingdom Kebab has become our go to kebab house. Thank you.

The rice was cooked well & the salad was fresh. I was disappointed the lamb shish was chewy and not tender. My chips were soggy as the sauce was on top instead of in a pot. Didn’t use the restaurant service but this review required a rating. There should be “doesn’t apply” option.

The food tastes amazing and is really good quality! The price is more expensive than some other places but it is totally worth it.

The guideline for delivery was 40 mins and then once placed the order was more like 1 hr 40 mins
