Kim's Sweet Treats in Rotherham

Es la primera vez que habíamos estado en Ikea Sheffield, pero estábamos en Sheffield y necesitábamos algo de Ikea, pensamos que conseguiríamos un aperitivo al mismo tiempo, otras sucursales de Ikea abren más temprano para que pueda utilizar el restaurante y recoger sus compras, pero la mayor parte del lugar estaba cerrado y el personal muy poco servicial. Fuimos al restaurante y desearíamos no haberlo hecho, los precios son bajos, pero la comida es más baja, de hecho no es comestible, no volveremos a cometer ese error! Me sentí mal el resto del día, la comida estaba caliente, grasienta y sabía a plástico. La tienda es difícil de navegar en varios pisos y parece que camina millas para obtener una cosa y llegar al restaurante.

I went here on my way to work the morning of 7/12/24. I was getting multiple drinks for my colleagues. There were 2 staff on shift and 1 especially went above and beyond to help me with my drinks as I was worried about getting so many and dropping or spilling the them. I didn’t manage to catch their name but I hope they can identify who it was from the shift pattern and get some recognition. From securing my drinks and labelling each one to opening the door for me definitely 5 star customer service

Atrocious. Ordered a load of dessert, tried calling, no answer, spoke to Foodhub, they got no answer from the shop or managers mobile so processed a refund. This took 3 times longer than the stated delivery time. Clearly a useless set of bottom feeders unfit to run a takeaway.

Service was incredibly slow for two sandwiches, think we waited around 15 minutes for two sandwiches and there was only one girl working. Used to be really good but think it’s gone down hill.

Bit overpriced but we'll prepped barrister nice service bit disingenuous xx
