Absolutely disgusting ordered a meal it came called the noodles were so dry they wouldn’t come out of the container so rang back ordered again really nice on phone then it came hot but was un edible. Never ever have I had Chinese so bad will never ever order again.

Karen was absolutely lovely. Came here for the first time tonight. Wanted to try something new and Karen suggested a dish to try. She was so lovely and chatty. The food was amazing. The place was clean. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Karen what a lovley women you are. Katie xxx

Been using Aroma on an off the last few years but decided to try here. Much better than Aroma food was really nice, well priced and ready on time will defiantly be making this place our regular chinky 😋

Decided to order a Chinese, Kilton House was recommended to me through a friend. The food was delivered quickly and the price was more than fair. The quality of the food was great, I had the chicken chowmein which was delicious. I would recommend this takeaway to anyone who fancies fast and tasty Chinese food.

Ordered here after a friend recommended and was not disappointed. Crispy Chilli Beef and Beef in Black Bean are the best I've ever tasted. Food arrived on time and hot, both staff on the phone and delivery driver were polite. Will be making this our new regular takeaway.

Ordered and paid using the Kilton House App, food was delivered hot and within the time stated. I ordered satay chicken skewers and Singapore fried rice with prawn crackers.

We have ordered from Kilton House many times over the last few years and never been disappointed. Always hot and fresh and so very tasty. Wouldn't order from anywhere else. Staff are always polite and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for the great service, will order again soon x

Ordered takeaway, said it would take 45mins to an hour waited but no delivery, called to check status and was advised it would be another fifteen so in total would have been an hour & half so we cancelled the order, very poor service will not be using again

2 minutes ago Placed an order through the online app and chose the option for a 7:15pm delivery. 7.35pm I phoned and politely asked for an update on my order as it still hadn't been delivered and this was intended for a treat for my children for tea. I was told that my order would be another 15-20 minute to which I replied could someone not have called to let us know to which the lady replied by shouting at me down the phone 'DO YOU WANT YOUR ORDER OR NOT' to which I replied yes. I was told that I would have to wait and a driver would sent out as soon as they can. All the years that I have been ordering from the Kilton House I have never been treat and spoken to this way which I find utterly disappointing and unacceptable and I will be making sure that others customers are aware of the lack and general respect and professionalism an customer service. I will also be posting a review any other sites that I happen to come across to deter people from trying or ever going again. So following on from giving the manager a call after out meal to complain, it turns out the lady who actually shouted at me earlier was in fact KAREN - THE MANAGER. When I challenged KAREN about shouting at customers over the phone and to ask if she cared anything about customer service KAREN'S replied was 'NOT TONIGHT'. When asked what about tomorrow or the day after that I was told 'WHAT EVER' and before offering any explanation as to why she was being so aggressive KAREN rudely put down the phone.

As always we just received another excellent takeaway from Kilton house. They always have great customer service and the food is lovely. Tried some different dishes tonight and wasn’t disappointed. Everything is always a high standard. Can highly recommend this takeaway

I have been ordering from here for a long time now but the food never fails to amaze me! It always comes quick and very hot. My favourite dish is the shredded smoked chicken. Especially during these times (corona virus) it can be very difficult to social distance and stay safe. However, Kilton House have an safe and clean system in place which sticks to the government guidelines as they have a clear safety screen in the counter and have contactless collections and also markings outside the shop ensuring the 2 meter distance. This Chinese will always be my go to and I would recommend it to anyone.

Best Chinese in worksop. The delivery is fast and food is great. My favourite is the salt and pepper chicken. hot and tasty

Ordered online placed order and paid. Over an hour later still no food. Phone call from Chinese to say the online orders aren’t coming through only just received it and food will be there in 20 mins. 40 mins later food arrived. Missing 2 dishes that were on online order. Called back told system isn’t working properly and they were not added we need to re order. Was going to have them redelivered but to have them delivered it’s £4.00 because we ordered online and paid by card. So would have been £8.00 in total for delivery. Absolutely scandalous. Charging £4 to cover the cost of their website. Food doesn’t even taste the best. Spring rolls like reheated cardboard

Never had a bad meal from here. Always friendly, excellent service. Special fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and chow mein family favourites.

Ordered from here today as my usual Chinese is shut and fancied Chinese , don't know where to start really , an hour and 10 minutes on a Tuesday for delivery , when it comes everything it's stone cold , never seen chicken balls like it there tiny compared to ones from all other Chinese's , salt and pepper chips in a small square box again smaller than any other Chinese , 3.50 for delivery which is dearer than any other Chinese too but thought ide give it a go won't be ordering again am afraid

Chinese is not my first choice but arm twisted by wifey we orded from here. The service was quick and the food was of a high standard, one of the chinese meals I have had and would recommend.

Listen to what you want on phone to much going on when your trying to order , twice they have got wrong food order over phone .......... and over an hour waiting for delivery

First time we've used this restaurant for Delivery and I must say the food was tasty and quality and delivered on time, hot. Prices were very reasonable would recommend Milton House to Family and friends.

I ordered using the Kilton House app. The app states food can take up to an hour, on a Monday evening I was convinced this would be a lot quicker. I got two emails confirming my order and an hour later - NO FOOD! The money had gone out my bank and so I phoned the take away. I was told no order was received so the money wouldn't have been taken (it definitely had) the girl I was talking to was basically clueless so the owner phoned me. She said the same, the money wouldn't have been taken (I checked 3 times it 100% had) and she told me if I wanted food I would have to pay cash on delivery (even though I'd already paid) So I was left foodless and £13 down!!!!!

Between two of us we had 3 dishes, we used the just eat app that cost us £15.The food was lovely, however the portions are nowhere near as big as aroma. Aroma is also cheaper and the same quality..I would consider ordering from here as they have a nice selection of dishes and the quality is nice.However just needs to up the portion sizes. As me and my partner were still rather hungry afterwards.With aroma I still have some left for the next day.

A fab takeaway we use regularly, Always good Delicious food and speedy service. very, very, friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I enjoy Chinese food but the take away I had tonight was the worst I've ever had. It was bland, lacking in any flavour and the egg fried rice looked and tasted like it had never seen an egg. Will never go here again.

Ordered from Were on 9th February. We had set meal a1 for one person and ordered a portion of capital spare ribs to go with it. The only decent thing was the chicken balls. I didn't expect battered ribs. If they were ribs. There was no meat on them. Full of fat. An the sauce didnt taste or look like capital sauce. The rice was hard as though it had been left out an the spring roll was full of grease. This has put me off ordering again. Ocean pearl all the way from now on.

We have been very satisfied with this Chinese takeaway / delivery supplier for many years. The only disappointment was the delivery charges. £1 directly or £2 through just eat!However, today, our first delivery in 2017. £1.50 directly or £2.50 through just eat. We live less than a mile away!!!This is a complete rip off and then when the food was delivered, the rip off continued! The portions have shrunk! So so disappointed. The demise of another Worksop company maybe????? Hope these negative changes can be reversed soon.

One of the best Chinese takeaway in Worksop. The Staff are great and the food is Amazing and very good Value for money.

Always go to this takeaway when having Chinese, the food is so so tasty and it's a good price too which is even better, they do the best crispy shredded chilli beef it's a must!!

We use the Kilton House on a regular basis for those Fridays we decide cooking our own meal a step to far. Good quality food at a sensible price with friendly service.

Have used Kilton House for many years now and can honestly say, never a bad meal. Always go for delivery service and food is always piping hot. Prise is very reasonable and portion size is generous. All in all I would not consider going anywhere else
