Lovely café with plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. The food and drinks are served exceptionally quickly, and the staff are so friendly. If you get here during the autumn, they do pumpkin spiced lattes which are really are delicious.

The Cafe was quite relaxing and comfortable. It was nice to sit there and see the full view of the entire house and gardens. Very nice staff as well.

Lovely cafe with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating in a picturesque setting within the main property itself, which is unusual for a National Trust cafe. The food and drinks are excellent quality, perhaps a touch on the expensive side, but a wonderful cafe overall. Recommended, but understand need to be a member or pay an entry fee to access, when Killerton House is open.

The gardens at Killerton are amazing, the house is medium in size for a national trust building and beautiful to see, but the gardens are the main feature. Including a bear house and ice storage cellar, with the chapel and amazing range of plants and woodlands. For a walk around, or a buggy ride (if necessary), it has so much to offer. The cafes are nice enough but a little overpriced for what you end up with and while pleasant aren’t anything to rave about.

Beautiful place to visit in nice weather. Note that TripAdvisor is incorrect in saying there is an award winning restaurant. There is a cafe with limited offerings such as soup and pasties but the restaurant closed some time ago according to a staff member in the cafe.

Visited Killerton House,lots to see and do it’s set in acres of land with lovely views and pretty gardens.the house has lots of stories to tell,there is also a shop and restaurants.well worth a visit.

We ate here two evenings during our stay. The food is ok bar food with a limited menu. Didnt feel the food was prepared with any love. The restaurant is a bit bright and although busy there wasn't much ambience. They could make it much more cosy. Drinks are good and for a hotel, they are not badly priced. Staff were really excellent as they were all very friendly and couldnt do enough for you.

Darts Farm TopshamWe purchased 2 chairs and a sofa from the Orange Tree. Unfortunately there was an issue with the sofa. The manager, David was exceptional he was persistent with the supplier and represented our best interests. He resolved our issue with excellent results. The sofa and chairs are of excellent quality and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in shopping at the Orange Tree again. Thank you

Church streetHad lunch at the Harbour Inn on the 1st January 2024 as a party of 14. The building looked the part and the staff were really nice. I ordered the Game Pie, as did someone else in our party. The pie was cold in the middle. This was the same for the other person in our group. I’m not 100% sure that the pie had not been subjected to the dreaded microwave due to the response of my stomach later in the day! I did not complain about my pie as I feared that it would be heated in the microwave. I have an adverse reaction to food ‘cooked’ in such a way. Disappointing, but I take responsibility for not complaining.

Unit 1 Sideshore Queens Drive, Exmouth EX8 2GD EnglandAwful atmosphere and paid for overpriced lager served in a plastic glass. First time I visited was a year ago and the lager was so poor i.e. flat that I asked to have it replaced. The replacement was even worse and the young staff clearly did not know what they were doing so I left. It clearly hasn’t improved since. Not worth visiting.

Fore streetHad the haddock and chips takeaway offer for £11 whilst on holiday in the area. Felt that the fish and chips were very good and the portion size was great for me and my wife to share. Also ordered pineapple fritter, curry sauce and mushy peas. All good quality cooked fresh and served hot. The shop is cash only, and parking near the shop can be a little tricky, but overall a good experience.
