Ordered a set meal for one, this could have fed 2 people easily! Came with a chicken tikka, pilau rice, 3 onion bhajis, 2 poppadoms, a mixed salad, onions and sauce, aswell as Bombay potatoes and a naan bread. Such fantastic value aswell, which means not having to break the bank when you fancy a takeaway nowadays. Was delivered through Just Eat and came within 25 minutes too. Lovely tasting food and quick service, highly recommend! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Delicious curry . Reasonably priced , great service and the best dhansak I have had in a long time . Recommended

the staff there are great to order from and usually the food is great don’t get me wrong, but i ordered from there yesterday night and was up all night throwing up in a bucket, there’s only one logical explanation, food poisoning. i’m quite upset as this business serves incredible food most of the time and i’ve been happy with their food for a long time however i most likely won’t be ordering there again.

We only live around the corner and someone mentioned how good the Kebabs were.. My wife had the Chicken Tika kebab and I had the Lamb Doner….. Oh my god!!! The best kebabs we have ever tasted!!!

Absolutely beautiful since changing hands. Tried last night and my god it’s the best around! I’m sure this place will be back on its feet in no time! Amazing, best in exmouth!

This small takeaway provides very authentic Indian food. I hope nobody will be disappointed by ordering from here. Staff are very kind and helpful.

I am extremely unhappy after tonight’s food we usually have a korma and we did again tonight but had a jalfrezi also within an hour of just have a couple of mouthfuls me my partner and my daughter have been constantly being sick and diarrhoea we have had the ambulance out to check is over and have been told that this is more than likely acute food poisoning I am absolutely gutted as really thought this place was decent quality food but have been let down not happy at all

Thought it'd be like Exeter's but no where near, all went in the bin and tonight settled on Indian Ocean instead. The Chicken Tava was chicken lumps floating in olive oil and tomato paste, no spices at all. The lamb mint and ginger sauce was just watered down English mint sauce with lumps of lamb. Gonna put in for a refund.

Well it was a bowel of water with no taste. Not going there again and please ask the deliveryman to stop chowing a wasp

Absolutely poor.... food turned up an hour late after a phone call.... khori was more like a Masala sauce and tasted of tomato and garlic..... NEVER AGAIN........ GO TO SPICE AND STONE IN BROADCLYST ....OT IS THE BOMB

Chadni is the best curry I've had for quite some time. I always visit when in the area and everything is made nice and fresh. Portion sizes are generous aswell.

Lovely little Indian takeaway, I think it maybe the oldest or at least one of the oldest in Exeter. Very experienced owner chef, polite staff and high quality food. 5 stars highly recommended.

The food was very good value for money just let down a bit by the lack of spices and favour within the orders, a real shame they could have done better.

Worst food ever had ! Years ago was best currys ... Tonight chicken Chatt masala was like it had been frozen was cold like water no taste ! Mushroom rice was taste less bits mushrooms could hardly see ! Waste money big disappointment will never be back .

Absolutely average curry, £12.25 for a chicken Tava (from the chef's specials) and pilau rice. That's it. No frills. Absolutely average taste. With the price considered, it was a terrible deal. Would not buy again. Sorry

Very unhappy with the food. Waited over an hour food, it arrived luke warm and tasted revolting ordered different meals but it all tasted the same extremely plain! Will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered a takeaway based on reviews. Wish we hadn't. The onion rice was pilaf with raw white onion pieces in it and was tasteless.The dhansak was in a watery sauce. Chicken says barbequed but same bought in cheap chicken that's never seen a tandoori oven but prices imply otherwise. This was an extremely poor meal. I would not eat here again.

Some meals with different names look and taste exactly the same, but enjoyed every meal I've got from Chandni. Unfortunately started to get a little expensive, which compared with other takeaways is difficult to justify.

Tried a different Indian for a change. Food prob a 3 out of five... pretty average however waited hour and half for food, luke warm time it arrived. I called as I was waiting and was told he was on his way and still arrived 15 minutes after the phone call. I don't recommend it and I will advise against anyone bothering.

Food was ok arrived late paid in cash infront of 2 security guards as this was the enterence to a holiday park and drivers are not allowed onsite to have a call a few hours later being accused of not paying make sure you get a receipt when paying in cash disgusting service check your facts before you call anyone and accuse them of not paying !!

Always lovely food and very polite waiters.
