Gran comida, gran servicio. Disfruté viniendo aquí con mi familia antes de un espectáculo en la carretera. Tenía el cordero de la vieja escuela y estaba delicioso

Sobresaliente comida india "callejera" tomó algunas muescas. Nos sentamos en una mesa junto a una ventana y Leith Walk es un buen lugar para disfrutar de la cena. El lugar olía divino y la comida estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Darryl era nuestro servidor y proporcionó un excelente servicio toda la noche. Empezamos con los champiñones crujientes que me sorprendieron por su profundidad de sabor. Mi esposa tomó el pollo Tikka Masala y yo fui con el cordero korma. Ambos eran excepcionales. El arroz fue cocinado en leche de coco que es la única manera de cocinar arroz (solo opinión). El Naan era perfecto. Si estás cerca de la Royal Mile y quieres comer donde los lugareños vienen aquí y no te decepcionará.

Fue a comer a Kahani después de un show en el Playhouse. Es un restaurante encantador, muy limpio, bien distribuido, buen personal, excelente servicio y la comida era deliciosa. A un precio razonable también.

Nos mostraron a una mesa limpia rápidamente. Pedí una carta de vinos y nos dijeron que solo podíamos traer nuestro propio alcohol. Sin tasa de corcho. Tesco (tienda de convencimiento con vino y cerveza) a 2 minutos a pie. Mi marido fue a buscar el vino y tuve que llamar a un camarero para que nos diera el aperitivo. La comida era increíble. Todo lo que pedimos era delicioso.

Best Indian food in town! Visiting this restaurant after 5 years and glad to report that food is absolutely delicious to this day 😁 smashing food, ambience and service. Highly recommend!

8 of us there for birthday meals , , absolutely our of this world and will certainly be back. Meal first class, staff very pleasant and attentive to everything we all needed.

The venue is inviting, clean and relaxing. The staff were polite. The meal came quickly after the order. The food was divine. The portion was just right.

Food excellent, Service Excellent. No license for alcohol but don’t let that put you off, just bring your own. The food is worth it.

The restaurant is marketed as Indian street food, probably the most expensive street food in the world . £4.95 for a few tiny portions of sauces and onions to go with popadoms at a £1 each. Garlic chilli chicken curry dry and not very good, overall not a nice experience and unlicensed so no beers

Just an amazing experience. Great service, better food, and BYOB with a Tesco next door (almost). Opposite Playhouse so just the most amazing place. Love it.

Zeer goed Indiaas restaurant. Alles proeft vers gemaakt, vriendelijke bediening. Meerdere mogelijkheden zoals twee voorgerechten ipv een hoofdgerecht.

Great place for a lunch! They have a 2-course menu with starter, main And a generous portion of Naan for less than 15 pounds, the food is really good and the service is very fast.

Lovely food- we got the vegetable pakhoras, dahl, sag aloo, monkfish currry amd chicken curry- it was all very nice! Very friendly service! Good value. Would definitely come again.

Fantastic Indian restaruant after 20 days in UK eating food in Kahani was like eating food in Indian,Joe suggested good dishes and served with love . It was a great experience and will again visit before i leave edinburg, Thankyou Joe for yoir hospitality and good food.

Kahani Indian Street Food is the Best Indian food I have ever eaten. The flavors of all the dishes were spot on and we shared several. The staff are superbe! Joe, our waiter was super friendly, gave us some speciality suggestions and was quite attentive to all our needs to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience, which we did. Can’t wait to return when I arrive back this week to eat there again’ before returning to the states. This is a must place to eat if you are ever in Edinburgh! Thank you to all the staff!

Disappointing experience . Unfortunately, I found a stone in my food which was alarming . Hope the management takes food safety seriously. It was a takeaway

Wonderful service, great gluten free options! My husband loved his dinner and my gluten free chicken dish was great! Helpful staff showed us how to get to the Edinburgh castle!

I’ve been here a few times and enjoyed the food every time! Lovely interior and view outside. The food is honestly amazing, my family and I finished everything off our plate and the items are well priced
