KFC Whitechapel - High Street in Tower Hamlets

Just got some food after doing an exam.

It’s was not clean ，This is a KFC with very poor hygiene. After paying the bill, thier put my chicken wings into the bag with his hands.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and the food was cold and i ordered zinger rice box and i get a-lot of salad with little bit rice. Chicken was not fresh and cold drink they send me is warm. Never ordering from them ever again😡

Ordered bucket with 10 pieces of chicken - only received 6! 4 portions of chips - only received 2! Not a great meal for 4 adults!

I went there the other day with my partner and one young black lady ( forgot her name ) , she works as a cashier , she was friendly, nice customer service from first to the ending . Its rarely to have great customer service in a fast food environment and actually , hope to come back and experience the same vibe .

The chicken smells so bad it’s not halal

I recently visited the Whitechapel KFC and was disappointed with my order. The chips were unpeeled and soggy, and the popcorn chicken was not up to standard. This has happened twice now. I've visited many KFC locations and have never experienced such poor quality. It seems this location doesn't meet the usual KFC standards. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

Driver forgot more than half the food at the store

The driver was totally out of order and extremely rude. He has left my bottle of drink in the store and told me to go and get it in a rude way.

Such a scammer driver he keep going around the house to not deliver at the end he just got the food and he marked it deliverd shame on justeat. Give them vouchers to eat to stop scamming us customers always either something missing or not deliverd

I ordered a family bucket and the sides weren't there

Question the delivery driver if something was missing, he said no and assured me it was in the bag. It was not.

I always come to this store and the staff, miss Fatima is amazing in terms of service. She is friendly and provides quick service, always smile and doesn’t forget greetings to customer.

I have an occasional KFC takeaway, but this is the worst I've ever experienced at any KFC worldwide. Staff is super unhelpful, rude and unprofessional and just focused on getting customers out the door as quickly as possible so they can go home early. Prices charged are different from those on display with no reasonable explanation (apart from staff stating that prices are higher after 11pm without any mention of this anywhere). Chicken was burnt and not cooked as it's supposed to be. Extremely disappointed with service and food and not what I'd expect from a supposedly reputable international brand. Next time I'll get my fried chicken elsewhere, where I'm treated with respect and food is decent.

Everything else at KFC Whitechapel Liverpool Street Station makes sense except the fact there is no actual dine-in. People are made to eat outside in the cold, which I think is ridiculous. If a few seats can be provided inside the venue for usage instead of outside, then they get a 5 star 🌟 from me, but until then, they get 3 stars 🌟 The chicken wrap (grilled) was quite tasty and I loved the hot chocolate, it had a good amount of milk the way I like it.

The place was really clean and the staff was friendly, my Hotel was near to this place and hence we ate quite a few times here. Great place for a quick bite, also they have some amazing discounted combo offers

Hi I went to KFC in Whitechapel and had the most amazing service, very kind and helpful. The young lady in particular was Fatama Alam . She was polite and very friendly....Really want her to be recognized for the good service she have provided. Well Done... Kind Regards B

ordered the boneless banquet. everything arrived hot, even though it was raining, it was a good experience.

Delivery was quick / on time but almost all of the chicken was so over cooked / dry it was almost inedible. It must have been on the counter for hours. If I’d be served that in store I would have returned it. It merits a full refund on this occasion.

I think this is the best tasting kfc I’ve had in London.

chips were cold, dry cardboard. chicken hot, crispy and juicy. corn on the cob. First time ordering and hoping you are given more corn than the picture shown, but no. you're charged £2.5 for 1/3 corn cob, horrendously overpriced. it was hot. coleslaw was cold (as it should be) but was past its use by date by 10 hours.

The Chicken was a bit overdone, I do not like skins on the fries there should be a choice and the corn on the cob was great.

Chicken was old and refried. A dark brown colour, meaning it wasn't fresh. Disappointed as we've had better from KFC before.

Hi, My name hasan ,went this KFC and ask Till staff about offer which on window he said he don't know what i am talking about , he was rude , aggressive and he was telling me get out of store several times he was behaving like he can hit me any time , it was scary . he was young with beard . i left the shop immediately . It was horrible experience what i never had in my life . Thats why i think i should share my experience with you Guys that you , in future people should no treated same way. Thanks

So poor customer service. I heard previously from friends that this particular KFC shop has terrible food and service. But, yet went there few times because it is next to my home. But, finally I said enough is enough. They make mistakes (obviously short food) and instead of saying sorry defend themselves and calling me liar. When I asked check the CCTV, they said they don't have access on it ! they threw my receipt and without receipt no refund! unbelievable. told me many people come for free food. What a shameless behavior of them. Management need arrange training before employing them. One advice for all. Please check your bag before leaving the shop, otherwise you will find short food at home.

chicken bites turned up cold with cold bbq sauce.

ordered 4 piece chicken meal, dipped bbq bites and 1 mini fillet. all arrived warm/hot. I felt the 4 pieces of chicken were on the small size for the price. The service charge was overpriced. where the chicken was tasty, the pricing has put me off.

I tried Ginger burger bt i didn’t get any ginger flavour or anything like that too recognise that its really ginger burger. Also other chicken chips shop wings is better then their wings.

Absolutely horrible food and portion size. I came in today 19/12/23 and ordered 2 mega boxes at 6:30pm and when received the food I noticed that there was barely any chips! It was like around a good 15 chips in each boxes and it didn’t even reach half the inside of the box let alone fill up the box. Very disappointed with the portion of chips. I remember a month ago when I ordered on Uber eats from very same branch and I had ordered 2 small fries. THEY WAS LITERALLY EMPTY WITH NO MORE THAN 5 FRIES IN THE BAG. I don’t know why this branch is VERY stingy when it comes to portion of fries it’s not acceptable. I am spending moneys worth of food. Furthermore the chicken in the mega boxes tasted absolutely disgusting. I felt like it was over cooked and not enough care was put in when frying the chicken. I’m very disappointed with this branch!

Very disappointed to say is this KFC or an asian family chicken shop! Where exactly is the manager?! Doesn't he train his staff's on how to deal with customer service. It's not the first time being disappointed with the food here. Chicken was burnt, dry and I only got 7 chips the gravy was half. Never going back. There's a chance getting food poisoned.

It's always been a good experience in terms of the good food and convenience but I had a situation once where I was in a hurry and for some reason my order kept being skipped for people who were coming in after me to the point where my number was no longer on screen. They apologised however and I got to enjoy a well-made meal.

The driver signal was lost for about 10 minutes where the drive from the restaurant takes 4 minutes. Food was soggy and all over the place. Squished as well.
