Best KFC we've ever had, and amazing every time. Always boiling hot, tasty, and quick. Always recommend to everyone.

Ordered 5 pieces two portions of chips and coleslaw. The chicken was overdone and rock hard the chips were soggy.would not order from Kfc again as the food was awful.would have been better to have gone elsewhere

Not happy at all with the service, UNPROFESSIONAL what so ever, DID NOT PACK IT WELL short of items when I got home, NO MORE KFC WEST WICKHAM.

No queue and super fast service. Sadhram was friendly and did an extra mile service. A happy customer.

Very friendly staffs always above the expectations. As soon as I go into the store the staffs know what they want. Great food. I live local and come here often. Diana, Dinusha, Svetlana, Helan and Padda always take care of all the customers.

Had a fantastic experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick despite being busy. A special shoutout to "Tinu Scaria" who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. right i’ve came in kfc and they’ve been blatenly rude and lazy expecting me to reach out and grab my food which they prepared and yet again with my drinks. me personally i would of thought a straw will come with the drink but guess what guys no it doesn’t the lazy people here can’t be arsed to pass a straw

How can you accept my Uber eats order when the restaurant is closed? Waited an hour for my food and many different drivers attempting to pick up my food all to see the restaurant is closed.

it's my local, and I love KFC, BUT they 8 out of 10 get my order wrong, and they always have run out of something 😮 Today, they missed 3 items. The staff really didn't care Rather than them correcting the mistake, I had to prove items were missing difficult when the self-service machine had no paper, which had no receipt. I had to ask him to use the screen too recall the order. To say I'm angry is an under statement. We are all aware of the downsizing of the drinks, but i is a full portion of chips too much to expect.

I have only used the drive-in to order food. It's a pretty decent service and pleasant staff. Food is always hot with next to no wait time. Never have any issues and can recommend them.

Ordered the chicken fillet box. The chips were soggy, raw in the middle and not crispy at all, they were not cooked through, just a short dip in the oil. Staff on order window was rude, abrasive and not friendly. This is not a good franchise and not the first time being unhappy with the quality of the food . Last time was a chicken burger with the smallest bit of bad limp lettuce and a scrape of mayo, dried out crispy bread roll. It tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for days ! Shame as it could be made better if someone cared about selling decent food !

Great experience even though reduced menu. Polite and friendly staff. Didn't receive some items in the bucket menu but staff provided suitable replacement. Good job guys.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken and 8 wings via drive thru, came back with 5 pieces of chicken and 6.5 wings. such a con. future visitors pls check your order before leaving. previous experience was a put off as well - the person at the till was so unfriendly it put us off visiting for over 6months.

Ordered 4/5 over a 4 year period and never once had a complete or correct order. I think it’s where intelligence goes to die! Just another example of the country’s race to the bottom and standards slipping!

Food arrived and half the order was missing, but they refused to refund. Customer service shocking. I will never order food from here again.

Avoid this KFC… They do not give you your full order so what you pay for you do not get our kids were starving hungry and we came home with empty boxes and hardly any of the food I had paid for. When I rang they tried to say I was lying, then they said to get a refund I needed to come back into shop. I have made a formal Complaint. Please don’t go here save yourself the misery and stress!

Missed the chips again, made us wait so long for 5 meals and forgot the chips. Third time deserves a review.

Chicken a little stale but I did order at 10:30pm. Was nice for a post-concert snack.

Hit and Miss. 50 / 50 Used drive through 3 times in the past month. First time chicken was cooked through. Second time the chicken was on the cusp so I saved it for later and heated it extra hot to cook fully. Third time chicken was on the cusp again. It was a small order so I don't eat the chicken and just has the chips. Visits were late evening / night. No long wait at the drive thru. Had to pull in the waiting area on 2 visits so they could get the order ready. Recommendation: ALWAYS break pieces of chicken in half first to check they are fully cooked.

Avoid if you can, accidentally ordered from this place when I should have selected Addiscombe branch on just eat. Ordered two items and they manage to get 50% of the order wrong! The other item (hot wings) were horrible, not fresh and most likely been sitting out for a while. They have a time limit on these wings but no doubt this franchise is saving money and ignoring those expiry times! The chips were soggy and seemed like 1/2 a portion! It’s not the first time they got order wrong and on more than one occasion gave me all drumsticks on a 10piece bargain bucket!

Chicken soaked in grease and rude staff through drive through.

Using the drive thru is only worth it if you've pre-ordered. I have a discount code and it didnt work when scanned. The attendant didnt know how to resolve it or make any attempts to manually input into the system and just kept holding out the card reader. Ordering in store is a challenge, takes ages and staff aren't overly helpful. Always seem to get part of an order wrong. I love KFC but this place frustrates me!

It's better to buy directly from drive thru KFC, as it is always freshly cooked and price is cheaper compared to Justeat app. Staff are very courteous and excellent customer service.

Worst kfc branch ever ! I don’t know if it’s due to management change of what but the chicken recipes have definitely changed and does not look or taste like kfc . Their burgers are made with zero care and love and just lazily slapped together, doesn’t even look edible absolutely disgusting

Visited the drive thru and got a mighty bucket for one. The food came out quickly, although I am surprised that the price has literally doubled since I last got a KFC.

Absolutely disgusting!!!🤢 dripping with oil I actually threw it away. I decided to give it a try one last time and this branch is always bad yet alone the quality of kfc is absolutely shameful!! The fries, the chicken and even the drink is terrible. The only thing that's still fine is the corn and the gravy! Which I'm guessing isn't made by them. To be honest I wish I could get a refund. Total waste of money! Better to go Morley's or favourites. So greasy. Took to the rest away to give to my dog actually but the grease so mad I'm might not. That tissue was after I soaked away 3 other tissues from the chicken.

Shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for chicken and chips at half 4 on a Sunday. Order was correct and the food is what it is.

Often visit the drive through on my way home, last time asked for my order and stated "NOT a box meal", but the person taking the order put it through as a box meal, then when I pointed it out she got frustrated as she pointed out it "Was a box meal" cost me more and waisted food I didn't want.

Staff need training!! They mess up orders all the time and try to argue when they’re in the wrong.

Lovely establishment. I'm a big fan of fried chicken and this place does it better than most! What a lovely touch to have a drive thru. There aren't many of those around the area so that's great and earns an extra star. Atmosphere is a weird thing to judge a KFC on because do you really want lots of people there? Slowing down the food, being noisy, I think not. 5* is a fair score for this lovely place.

As expected and average in every sense. Food was as expected. Staff were not overly friendly, but were efficient. Some tables were clean, others were not.

This is the WORST KFC branch going. It certainly is not a fast food takeaway. They can never get an order correct first time. I will never even waste my time again going to this branch

My recent visit to KFC was delightful, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by Paramyjit. Her politeness and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere. She ensured my order was accurate and went the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, and Paramyjit's friendly demeanor added a special touch to my visit. Kudos to her and the entire staff for making my meal memorable.

Before I elaborate on my experience, I just want to say that I went there late on a Friday night about 10.15. Anyways, I wanted to buy a bucket 10 piece. When I've brought from there before they have allowed me to suggest the pieces I would like. The manager that evening said 'No' and wanted me to have a bucket of wings and legs, then said it was too late to cook anything else. His attitude was off and the way he spoke to me you would have never thought I was the customer or he wanted to get my custom. I won't be going back to this KFC, I'd rather travel a couple of miles than go to this Wickham Road one again.

Order didn't even show up and so wasn't prepared. Staff were rude and there was a massive water leak. Gushed out every 10 minutes or so and only a cone on one side. A couple got a little splashed but anyone could have been sitting there or walking through. Unclean toilets and general bad experience.

Most appalling service received today at the drive thru: this evening - sheer chaos and multiple orders coming out incorrect. After eventually receiving my order I was stationary for a further 15=20 mins while the orders for the 4 cars in front were rectified. I highlighted this to the manager and the staff who were desperately outside trying to resolve the confusion - they were all conversing with each other and not in English so I was non the wiser: - the manager attempted no apology in regard to the chaos and my now lukewarm bargain bucket was anything but a bargain …his response ‘go round and queue again in the drive thru if you want the food hot!, Customer service at its lowest - positively shocking!!

Gravy and popcorn chicken had a strange taste table wasn't clean, but the service was very quick, that said, it's only the 2nd time I've eaten here, the first was a few years ago, I rated it poorly then, seems not alot has changed, won't be eating here again, mcdonalds is a 5 minute walk

Do NOT order from thee guys on just eat. I ordered a mal with w bottles of tropical they gave me a can of Pepsi max (Mum can't drink Pepsi max and she disabled I ordered from Doncaster to get delivered in Croydon). I called the shop and asked if they had tropicana and I was told yes, I asked why I had been given Pepsi max instead. The guy took the phone and put it on the side-I was shouting "hello" for about 10 minutes. They then left the phone off the hook so I couldn't get through. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK...

No one can speak English, you struggle to understand. They never get the order right even though you repeat it 100 times and they’re so rude. Chips are like cardboard and the chicken tastes like it’s been sitting for days. Wouldn’t recommend

This has to be the slowest drive though I have ever been to. Avoid and go somewhere else or it willl be dinner time before you get your lunch.

Orders to eat in at the self service device. After placing my order I waited at the counter for quite a while. Two young men were standing with their backs to the counter preparing orders. It seemed that deliveries were given priority. Eventually one of them plonked a bag in front of me without a word - he didn’t even look in my direction. I asked him if this was my order and he simply turned and said “yeah” before turning his back again. I had ordered a coffee and asked for some sweetener. He pointed at a container and said “there”. I pointed out that it only had sugar and asked if they had any sweetener (I’m diabetic). He simply said “no”. While a was eating a man came in with his young son. They waited several minutes at the counter without being acknowledged and eventually walked out and I can’t say I blame them. There was nobody else in the restaurant and given the appalling level of service this doesn’t surprise me.

With nobody in the shop we waited at the counter for over 5 mins before someone appeared. After asking if we could be served we were told to wait 1 minute!! Two other members of staff then appeared and the person we had asked to serve us asked one of them to serve and they refused!! The place was not busy with only one order on the screen!! Time of visit was 12:50. AWFUL AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE SERVICE, add to that there was kfc litter strewn everywhere in the carpark. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I popped in yesterday. The food was fine. The customer service is terrible. The guy threw my food down on the counter without a word. The rest of the customer service assistants just stood around speaking in their own language. #poor

Aways something missing in box meal...

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Chicken was so overcooked it was hard. Fries had a funny taste, I think the oil on the friers hasn’t been changed. Ordered supercharger mayo twister wrap, could hardly see any mayo, chicken was hard and there was no pickled slaw, but a few pieces of lettuce. When I called the store the staff told me that is how it’s supposed to be 😅 not the first kfc I have been to. Told me that when I come next time they will make it properly 😅 I won’t be coming again, this shop should be shut down, they aren’t following the kfc standards and even recipes.

Asked for cup of hot water for a babies bottle and staff said coffee machine was broken. Asked for a microwave or even a kettle and the staff, manager included, started laughing. They apparently don't have a rest room for the staff!
