Incorrect order again. Incorrect drinks. Incorrect sides . Delivery time changed and no dips. Seems to be a re accruing problem !!

I asked for corn on cob and got beans. I ordered chicken fillet it never arrived

I order 3 cans of pop, 2 Pepsi max and 1 tango. I received 2 cans of 7up. Not great!!

Delivery was good but I got only half a pack of chips and 2 chicken not 4

Guy was extremely rude when dropping off the food. Usually people very friendly but he acted as if he didn’t want to be there and somehow was my fault. Very poor attitude.

Every time i order there is something missing! Its frustrating! If it was just once thats fine but its every time!

Food is mediocre at best but the young lady that served me was very polite which is rare these days.

I use the drive through 2 or 3 times a week and my order is wrong around 30% of the time. One staff member gets it wrong more than any other. The staff here are really good apart from 1 of them.

Came to Calder kfc .no smile, no hi, no how can I help you. I said I already ordered. Her response "show me!. I understand if you not happy working for kfc even though I was the only customer with my kids in restaurant not busy and every single table was super dirty .seems like noone bothered to clean. No chance visit again. I just wanted to give a go to tis kfc for a change but nope not impressed.Time of visit 3:52 pm.

Fast food places used to be cheap and the food ok,but these days the portions seem to get smaller and smaller whilst the prices go up and up. Over £10 for a meal deal seems expensive when pubs do some really good deals

I noticed most franchise staff have very bad attitudes and zero customer service skills, not only at KFC because they hire, youngesters with my respect to them but they hire them because less cost wage only, and because they are big brands so they dnt give fk what people says unless every one stop feeding them with the money, that time they will look 8nto the matter because all they care is how to make money for USA

Food arrived pretty hot and pretty fresh. Not bad at all for a KFC!

Placed order on the screen, shop was empty the staff spoke in their native language and I was not acknowledged at all while in the shop, Had to return some of the food as it was stone cold still no acknowledgment or conversation, Food looked like it had been thrown together. Over all rubbish service and rubbish food.

I had items missing from my order, the chicken was greyish in colour

Pretty damn good for a KFC! Really easy to get to from the motorway. Service wasn't lightning fast but to be honest I don't mind waiting if it means I get fresh food. Really well cooked but then I guess that could change depending on who's cooking that day. Only bad point was the toilets. Wanted to wash my hands and to be fair it was that minging I was probably cleaner before I went in!

Tried to order in opening hours and order got cancelled immediately, it was going to be £40 for two people for a sharing bucket, absolutely outrageous since when has kfc been so so expensive! Can’t review the food as it never came, annoying

Paid for two piece chicken and they didn’t even put it in the bag as the staff were too busy taking the mick out of the cloth's I was wearing shouting it out loud to eachother to bother putting everything in that I paid for

Order not complete. Both gravy (the best bit) and garlic buttermilk mayo dip were missing from my order. Not happy!!!!!!

didn't deliver the £7.99 burger I just got 2 mini fillet burgers large popcorn chicken and the 4 tubs of sauce I ordered

Me and my partner got severe food poisoning from this restaurant. Sickness and diarrhoea, temperature, chills and unable to hydrate. Terrible experience leaving us bed ridden for 2 days.

bbq bite was dry and hard . felt old . amd sweetcorn was under cooked . and that's a 1st for me . rest was as normal

Usually nice from here. This time we had an extra drumstick instead of a chicken breast, and one of the drumsticks smelled absolutely foul. Rest of order ok, but will think twice about ordering from here again.

I don’t leave feedback often but feel I have to when credits due! Firstly, the customer service was fab!! I didn’t catch her name, she had a family member called Damien (sorry for not catching your name!) but your customer service was amazing!! It was like we had been friends for years 😂 brightened my day!! Secondly, that is the quickest customer service I’ve ever had from a kfc, I’m impressed and thirdly food was top notch!! I’m from Huddersfield but would purposely take the drive here again for this kfc, what a positive experience 🤩

The drive was rude I put a not in that I can't leave my babies unattended and they need to come to flat door however the driver failed and left my food outside I didn't receive my order

Absolutely shocking! STAFF ARE HORRENDOUS!! They are so rude! They do not care about their job, there is no customer service, no professionalism at all! I ordered at the self check outs, walked over to counter to wait, where I had noticed only 2 burgers sat on there already cooked area. I wondered how long they had been there as we were the only ones in the store it was completely dead. The woman at front took the burger and gave it to someone at the back and told them to make it into my burger, I looked through and saw the man in the back processing to amend the burger to make it into mine, keeping the same chicken and bread that had been sat on the rack. I asked the woman how long that had been there in order to find out how fresh my food was, she couldn’t answer and just looked at me blankly for a minute until offering for it to be made fresh. I said yes please and then she proceeded to stand in front of me with her back turned and explain and giggle with another woman. I waited 10 minutes for a new burger in which time my partner had eaten his food and the rest of my meal was cold. Asked to speak to a manager, waited 10 minutes for the manager to not be bothered and just hand me an email address to complain to. Staff need sacking and replacing!

Just received food from Uber delivered in good time, food cold and chicken over cooked

When order arrived there was no bottle of pop. No dips as ordered, the chicken was under cooked. I have reported to Just Eat but had no reply from them. Will not use the KFC again or Just Eat. Uber eats are much more reliable.

Toilets filthy. No soap in toilet. Just disgusting to be honest. Won't be going again.

The food here is totally tasteless, greasy and very very poor, with staff that are too busy playing around and have NO IDEA of customer service or how to cook chicken I suggest you use another KFC or get a McDonald's !

Glad to see nothing has changed at this place since I left my last review a year ago. The place has gotten a lot faster, but still can't complete simple orders.. like a gravy mega box but missed out the gravy, 10 hot wings meal but only put 7 in the box, bought large chips, only received small, id save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Delivery person was plain rude and the items were cold and soggy, I had to put the oven on to heat it all up but it’s lost it’s taste and it’s now a gone wrong takeaway, very poor. I got no hello nothing when I opened the door.

Literally the worst kfc I’ve been to, only me and my partner in at the time, everyone dossing behind the counter, took us just over half hour to get our order whilst they were still trying to catch the live chicken in the back, by the sounds of it anyway

Only one staff can communicate effectively at the drive-through, I believe she is the manager. All others talk too fast and mishear me on every occassion. But overall the experiences have been ok so far

Every time I come to Yorkshire to visit, I have to order a bucket of KFC for my aged Mother. She loves it and eats it cold the next day.
