Not a great experience today. Kiosk didn't recognise my student qr code from the app and offer. The customer services were unhelpful in resolving paying I had to spend another 3 pound minimum to get my offer, refund which could take up to 3 working days and that was pretty much it. I was matter of fact but I tried not to be rude and accepted this and put it down to a bad experience. Then I didn't have one of my meal drinks and had to prompt. I selected large but it hadn't made it a large meal and when I queried it was met again with more 'cheerful' customer service. Then as I walked away for some random eavesdropper peoples champion to call me a knob head! Upon challenging her calling her out for what I overheard I said it was none of her business and mind your own. I fully understand the conditions and workings of customer service facing roles having worked in retail for nearly 20 years. I would never lack so much empathy for a customer raising a legitimate question and not being happy with a negative outcome and poor attitude. Then I had to go back a further 3 times to get a drink that didn't taste like plain soda water, tried to offer a word of peace and my side and was ignored and shrugged at. I could see the offending lady who called me a knob head relishing in her own self righteousness probably saying more negative remarks about me for a situation that has nothing to do with her! Needless to say, not in a rush to come back, not that they would care anyway! Food was ok btw!

Avoid ordering online from here as their couriers never arrive and no way of phoning them to complain , embarrassing and shocking from this place

2 of their kiosks had broken card machines (which I they don’t tell you until you try to pay), and I was completely ignored by their staff

Bog standard service, slow and miserable

It's a smaller service station, busy but not desperately so. It has all the basics you need for a comfort stop along your journey and is very clean. The fact that it is relatively small means that it lacks some of the impersonality of larger stopping places and the staff are less pushed andmore inclined to view you as a person. We now make a point of using it when travelling that road.

Ordered through justeat, food never arrived!

Iv just ordered of just eat said it's delivered and hasn't I'm disabled rely on deliveries and then just eat don't refund you its a bloody joke

Friday lunchtime and one person working. Shocking wait times.

Staff are always super friendly and when anything is missing for your order they check with you and exchange if you are happy

This KFC is in serious need of administration. The staff are slow, they appear to be mucking about in the back, we ordered two box meals with extra hot wings, was told they’re waiting on hot wings whilst we watched the two boxes containing the rest of our food just sit there for 20 minutes to go cold. To add to this experience, the hot wings were pink inside! Avoid this KFC at all costs!

Was nice and warm and the lady serving us was nice but ordered takeaway and once we got back noticed they had forgotten our popcorn chicken but had included the other parts of the popcorn chicken meal (chips and drink), very annoying

Good place to stop off whilst travelling to Liverpool

I'm staying in the travel lodge at the ferry bridge services, last night had a chicken dinner from kfc. Asked for 2 ribs for the meat.... was told only drum sticks and thighs were available. I said whatever then. (Got two drum sticks).... was told only thighs and legs were delivered. In my younger days I used to cook for kfc around the time I left school. A (pre cooked bag of chicken contains 2 birds) ... all the different bits. Tonight I returned for a meal..... after twenty minutes standing in front of the counter watching a young girl flap (who surly is brick tops love child) "I don't know where he is"... several times, I finally got served. Two pieces of chicken chips and beans. Asked for 2 ribs.... received my food and went to my hotel room..... You've guessed it!!! No ribs! Just a beek and a claw! So mr kfc, what is happening with all the prime meat in pontefract and why is the service so diabolical??? Burger King for me now on!!!

Table was a little dirty and the gravy was very very thick, like so thick it didn't pour when I tipped it 😶

We bought a bucket deal after coming home when we open 4mini fillets were missing. Not properly checked and packed.

Not very happy. £4.79 for 2 pieces of the smallest scraggiest chicken I've ever seen! Fillet burger meal cold and oreo krusham served without a lid for transport home. Never again.

They’re still close at 11am when their start time are 11am

Stopped to charge the car up and decided on KFC food was good and plenty of seating space.

Service is horrendously slow. They only have one person on food at peak dinner time.

Unfortunately my zinger burger wasn't very warm. Took it to counter and was dealt with immediately by a very pleasant, friendly lad. He even came over to check if ireplavemnt one was OK. The rest of ours meals were delicious. I'm giving 5 stara for the excellent customer service.

Called to this restaurant at 20.51 waited til 20.57 asked staff as they were hiding in the back. I asked I am trying to order the girl says we are closed. Can’t believe the staff can’t be bothered to work til 9. Burger King next next to them told me they do this all the time. Just really annoying

Ordered my meal drove home 10 miles away so 20 miles in total to realise the bucket was missing my fault for not checking when I got to the car. The reason I’m giving four stars is for the great customer service from the lady serving initially she helped me with the app was very polite and helpful then returning to ask about my missing order she sorted it immediately and was very apologetic even tho it wasn’t her who served me she is an asset to the team.
