Karen was the highlight of my trip to Burger King, she was delightful, she filled my chips right up to the brim. She also gave me a staff discount, and threw in some of the cheese bites as well for free. She really looks after her customers. Please Burger King take care of this woman, as she has taken care of me

Good but where were the big macs?

Visited with grandchildren.No bottled water to purchase and very abrupt member of staff refused tap water."not allowed ". I asked if they had wraps"No go next door if you want a wrap" Filthy toilets. Horrible experience . I have tried to make a complaint to the Adil management team who own the franchaise and was told by a member of staff at the unit it had to go via them.

The last four times been there ask for a crispy chicken without the sauce got a Angus beef I done eat red meat and still put it on sick staff not listening the food is cooked good been to today 13.07.24 and my burger was missing well done

The food here is actually fine, but after spending nearly £40 I think it's pretty pathetic to be asked to pay 30p for a tiny pot of mayonnaise, the only sauce you don't pay for is ketchup.

When this place opened it was pretty good, however it has significantly declined over the years. The last few times I've been the wait for the food has been long, my order was wrong, the toilets have been absolutely filthy and the place was overall quite dirty. The drinks machine wasn't cooling properly, was extremely dirty and had a vile stench coming from it. My drink was horrendously warm and also had a trace of the vile smell coming from the machine. The service is quite poor and I've found some of the staff to be rude. A few of them are alright, however when the drinks from the machine were warm and I complained, the manager couldn't be less helpful and rudely responded with 'It's the same as last time' and was rather dismissive. If the drinks machine isn't cooling properly then we deserve a notice beforehand. A refund or alternative wasn't even offered. The food was fine, however I am absolutely let down by the fact they were happy for us to use a filthy, defective drinks machine and not offer an alternative.

Just make sure you repeat your order to them n make them repeat it back to you, they can't follow simple instruction on your order, everytime I've been here it's always messed up like today I ordered a bacon cesar Angus n what I actually got from them was a peppercorn Angus with too much leaf on it.. Good job I'm not allergic to it n good job I was home before I realised, this is completely unacceptable to me, I work hard for my money n I feel like having a nice little treat from time to time but feel like I've just been bent over in that burger King n not in a good way 20odd quid for a messed up order that wasn't a large meal at all.. need to sort the staff out cos if that was my chef screwing up all time they would of been sacked not instantly everyone deserve a second chance but after that you'd be gone matey.

I call over once a month when visiting my daughter , We visit for lunch, Karen the manager always friendly , speaks to everyone, shop always clean & tidy , more shops should follow Karen & her staff , 5 stars yet again yesterday 😀

Whopper was awful and dry Cheese burger came wrong after queuing 33 minutes. Rude when asking for it changed for that new burger to come back cold. Manager/supervisor he was arrogant and came across rude to his members off staff.

The staff are rude. Order on the app as I collect the points x they don’t have a qr code readers x so out dated. When it’s wrong on the app x they blame the app not u . I would never use this place again. And when it’s wrong they just say there no manager to correct it . My advice to anyone don’t use them

It was 5.30. Shop was empty. Ordered food. Fizzy drinks was warm like machine was broken when I told them I was told its because there no ice to put in it, i dont normally have ice anyway and the pop was flat! Food was flat cold. No warm drinks to purchase and no ice cream even though it was on the menu screen flashing as new

Disgusting place. Dirty tables sticky floor not working fizzy drinks machine, been told after purchase. Anding up with just from fridge. Toilets covered with pee even on wall. AVOID

No ice for drinks. No sauces. Front of house service is extremely poor.

The food was abysmal no sauces just thrown in the bag and left in the counter for deliveroo to collect and it arrived freezing will not buy from Burger King again

Great variety of vegetarian food, and what I like about Burger King is that they always include vegetarian options during promotions, too, unlike their competition. In fact, they're miles ahead of the competition. Great stuff BK.

It's the third time and last time I will be visiting here which is a shame as service is great. I ordered a double whopper and a kids cheese burger meal when it arrived the bread was so stale, I ended up taking the buns off . It could of been a one off but it's the third time in a span of over a year but never gets any better.

Online delivery order. Big order, half arrived cold. Wouldn't bother. Other franchises of burger in wakefield are better. Stay clear of this one!!!

Went to the Calder park site at Wakefield at the service was fantastic! Atmosphere was very laid back ( everyone must've had them Sunday vibes 😁) and the good was piping hot and served promptly. I love burger king and this site did not disappoint 🤭

Ordered meals and then AFTER paying he said the drink machine was not working correctly and drinks would not be cold! It was like drinking river water. Bread was really dry and the chicken Royale tasted like it had been sat for ages

Waited ten minutes at a deserted counter, not a soul in sight. Eventually four staff appeared from around the back in convoy. No soft drink machine, in fact no soft drinks.. but she took my ‘meal’ order anyway knowing this but didn’t tell me until after. Ordered loaded fries🤔 don’t know what they were loaded with because it certainly wasn’t cheese and bacon. Poor service. Will not return.

Food was cold and my burger was pink in the middle. Wasn’t fresh at all and certainly not made to order. To be honest I was really disappointed. Especially when two meals are over £20. Feel absolutely horrific today.

It's not often these days you are presented with what is pictured on the menu. Called in here today, you don't often find a Burger King where we live so thought I would give it a whirl. Lovely customer service from the middle aged lady serving. Food was quick but more importantly perfect. Just like the photo! A proper burger! Staff member extremely rude and abrupt (Tall ginger hair female, unfortunately didn’t get her name as wearing no name badge). The tables were dirty but no one sat inside. Staff members vaping at the back door with the door open, clear to see the vape smoke entering the kitchen where the food is prepared. Wouldn’t return this Burger King Durkar.

I don’t often write reviews but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of food. Cold and stale buns. The worst/embarrassing part of the whole experience was the lead (so called man in charge) swearing at the staff for being too slow and constantly shouting at the poor lady and gent (lacking experience) working along side him telling them to hurry up aggressively and very unprofessional. Sad to see and won’t be going back again anytime soon.

Just had a take away from this branch. It was quite frankly disgusting, both burgers were cold in the center and the chips tasted like they were old and from two days Before. In addition the staff were rude and insulting. I would recommend that anyone wanting a burger give this place a wide berth.

Had the double whopper, the burgers were very dry and so was the bread bun, if it was my first time having a Burger King to be honest it would be the last, wish I went next door to KFC

Went with wife and grand daughter on Friday looked to see what I wanted by picture on the wall and wife ordered me a double beefburgers meal with bacon I ordered this because there was lots of bacon hanging over the sides it looked good on the picture on the wall it actually came to me with 2 minute pieces of bacon that looked uncooked what a letdown I've been in many times before and got excellent meal but this was just rubbish and cold

Poor all round, the restaurant was empty but table's were dirty and we cleaned them ourselves before eating. Food was really average, wife returned her burger and onion rings as they were cold. Heating was on full blast- no cost of living crisis here! Won't visit this one again.

A smaller place than usual, but still as good as other venues

Ist time at Wakefield,it was Excellent,the Young man in charge was first class. Also the rest of the staff I spoke to were very pleasant. Will visit again. Bonus was my Whopper mm mm. Best burger seller 😋 for me. JJ.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of taste in the vegan burger and service was quick and accurate. The only reason for 4 stars is that when we visited neither they or the business next door had coffee available?! Coffee is a staple to many and should never be unavailable.

Called in for an early lunch with grandchildren. Food great, very clean. Only negative male WC not working so only toilets were female / disabled.

You usually can't go wrong with the BK Bacon Double XL Burger meal, it's the best burger they do in my opinion - all meat taste and no fussy fillings or sauces, it's the (usually) the same whichever BK restaurant you choose ....but when I when I ordered from this restaurant I was disappointed - the burger had a mushy consistency and didn't quite taste as good as I've had in the past! I'd just done a long work shift, it was getting late so i just wanted something quick and fulfilling but sadly this experience has put me off BK for a while.

This Burger King is always clean and the staff are always really helpful, the food is always fresh tasting. The only thing to look out for is the car park, you only get 60 minutes stay, even if your one minute over the company that looks after the car park fines you. £100 or £60 if you pay early, just be careful on a busy day.

This was a poor poor place, I have been here in the past and it used to be ok, burger bread was dry and broke up when I picked it up, the burgers where almost cold, the fries had too much salt on them, wont be going back here for a long time. 👎👎👎

Service was absolutely disgraceful. Queue of 3 customers being ignored, male member of staff walking around feebly appearing to sweep up. Chatting to other staff. After 10 minutes waiting there was still one person waiting to be served in front of me. I walked out, a waste of time! Don't bother

Went here had a double whopper, the bread wasnt good it fell apart when I picked the burger up to eat it (it was as if the bread was out of date), the burgers were hardly warm there was big chunks of lettuce on, now Idon't mind a bit of lettuce but not the size of my the size of that it was, the chips were very very salty, this is the worst BK that I have ever had, will not be going back to this BK for a long while

The food was the same as any other Burger King but the front door really does need some attention, every time it's opened it makes a really high pitched screech which was making my little one jump every time it opened I suppose this wouldn't be a problem if you aren't eating it.

Walked in, only 1 table taken and No queue. Stood for 5 mins for a woman to shout “Alex some customers” a man walked over to me slowly then walked away. Left with no food, very poor. Get rid of Alex👊🏻

Burger King - The best burgers on the planet! Always clean tables and floors. Cooking area looks uncluttered and clean from what I can see. Friendly staff. Food prepared quickly. I have been coming to this Burger King every Sunday for a year or more. I'm never disappointed! 🍔🍟🥤😀
