Ordered online, waited for delivery. Received a phone call to tell me what I had ordered wasn’t in stock. Told them cancel it and refund my money to my card. A week later I’m still waiting for my money back! Won’t be using again.

Ordered for the first time from here tonight never again ordered our food as soon as it opened to be told 45 min fine rang again 1 hour later to be told would be there 2 mins another 20 min passed rang again to be told would be there soon and had gone to chequrfield first bearing in mind I live 5 mins away ( I'm disabled so unable to collect) was told he rang driver driver turns up 10 min later with food he was deaf so how did he ring him food still barely warm shall not be ordering from here again

Ordered Mega box meal, value for money, £9, plus pound delivery, enjoyed the takeaway aswell. 😊👍

Delivery driver was a sound Yorkshire guy but let's talk about the food... King kebab was absolutely vile, kebab was like it was from yesterday, naan bread can't even chew it's that stale... Salad asked to be separate with extra yogurt sauce in tub, yet the salad was a touch of lettuce in the box all soggy and no yogurt sauce... Kebab fully loaded meal also disgusting.. £27 spent for absolutely naff all... SORT IT OUT

Ordered from this place for a couple of months now and never really had an issue . Today I ordered a tomato garlic bread (which I always order) and I took one small bite and my mouth was on fire it was really spicy which it has never been like before . I called the restaurant up to ask if anything has changed or if they have added any Other spices to it and explain I couldn’t eat it as it was spicy and tomato garlic bread isn’t supposed to be spicy , the man on the phone just said nothings changed and put the phone down on me ! I wouldn’t mind if I had been rude but I hadn’t . I will definitely not be ordering from here again due to the rudeness !

Absolutely disgusted. Every time we order from here something is always missed from our order, which is annoying considering how expensive this take away is. Tonight my partner has found a ZIP in his meat bhuna. How this even happens is beyond me. Will never order from here again.

Don’t recommend at all. The kebab meat was extremely thick and lumpy, no taste to it at all. We ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin, extremely poor food.

The pizzas are gorgeous! I love the crust around the edge and I also love the half and half pizzas so you can combine yours and your partner's favourite toppings on the one pizza! They are very filling and one 11" is just the right size for 2!!!

We used these guys to cater our wedding (we just wanted 50 pizzas). This is our regular place for pizza so we knew the quality would be good. They communicated with us every step of the way and made sure the pizzas came in waves so that we wouldn’t run out throughout the night. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Order came...TOTALLY WRONG but did take it away and replace it. This one was also wrong, got lamb on it (i initially asked for NO LAMB AS I HAVE AN ALLERGY! & THE CHIPS SEPERATE) TO BE HONEST IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD ALL BEEN SHOVELLED INTO THE BOX! CHIPS AND EVERYTHING WHAT A MESS. I just put the whole thing into the bin this time. After this amount of time I just didn't want it! This is supposedly a special livorno mixed kebab with salad and chilli. Two hours later I'm still waiting for the salad and chilli to be delivered. Clever kid on the phone said he was going to refund us. Keep your refund I'll spend my money on a bag of donner from farm foods.

Orderd kebab on nann bread and salad chilli sauce and mayo sauce portion chips and pizza kebab was covered in like salad miked in mayo 🤮🤮 and was also on pitta bread when I asked for nann bread pitta wasn't even cooked and chips looked like lastnights usually always been lovely from here but it went in bin distgusted😔😔😔

Used this business for years, but not so much lately. always been punctual until now. ordered over the phone 6.25pm, they said half hour to 45 mins. after an hour 15 still no show, randg again they saud it was on its way it would be 6 mins, 20 later still no arrival, rand again they said i'll do you another? so after 2 plus hours, got the order which was a normal pizza instead of a deep pan and garlic bread with dark brown tomato which looked and tasted of curry sauce... i'm afraid thats it Livorno.

My wife ordered a chilli burger from here last night expecting it to be made with chilli con carne, nope, it was just a plain burger with a teaspoon of sauce you get with your donner kebab. My starter, 2 x shami kebab, lol..I could have used them on my angle grinder they were so tough and dry. One bite and they went in the bin, cardboard would have tasted better. My main, Tandoori Mixed Karahi had no Lamb Tikka it was just some fatty meat, it also had Prawns in which isn't mentioned in the recipe, no sign of fresh coriander, onions, green chillies it was awful. Rice was ok, chips cold. This is the second time we've had disgusting food from here, I must learn and remember lol.

ordered 11:50ish when it said the restaurant shut at 12:30. ordered on Uber eats been waiting over 2 hours for my order to arrive, phoned the restaurant 4 times as they haven’t cancelled the order or anything. why advertise you’re open when you’re clearly not! absolute joke won’t be ordering again :(

Discussed orded tonight and on receiving my order was nothing that I asked I order a dubble chicken burger and a plain burger with cheesy chips they sent a cheese burger a dubble cheeseburgers and a portion of cheesy chips called them and they told me to bag it up they would collect it on changing my meal so waited again then on arrival they had the cheek to aske me for more money for my original order what a cheek there mix up will never recommend or order again

Delivery fast, but missing orders. Soggy burgers, soggy chips, soggy wrap. Donna meat ok. By the time my Donna calzone got to me (2nd try at delivery, 30 minutes after original delivery) it was barely warm and we were still missing some salads. Recyclable food boxes the best thing about the whole order. Will never order from here again. Oh dear.

Usually order pizza from here but tonight thought we would try something different.. ordered a plain cheese burger and a chicken fillet burger both with chips, I couldn't even eat the chicken it was so tough (dark old meat) and the chips were far too dry and crispy. Never again. Not to mention the £. Worst takeaway I've had for a while and I've had some bad ones!

Two hours from ordering to tasting to bin 1st one cold second one same 4 phone calls 3 delivery drivers having to give old one back disgrace should of just got a frozen one what a waste of money.

Me and my girlfriend have both had food poisoning from the kebab, from a place that has such good reviews on just eat I thought I’d order here but was unpleasantly surprised. If you’re thinking about getting anything from here I’d go elsewhere👎

Food not bad, but service terrible. wanna charge you £1 for a cheese slice on burger (I didn't get it). They are rude on phone swapping phone between each other, u can't understand half of them. I won't be ordering again. This place as gone down hill, I no longer trust them plus they still owe me a quid.

Ok food. Used them for a little while. Its cold when delivered but if you collect it its warm. I did order a while ago and asked the meat that was in the dish....and was told its meat!?!. He was pleasant to me so i simply didn't order that dish. Gone down hill which is such a shame.

Order took well over an hour and it wasn’t even a weekend. Half my order came other half was forgotten. Food was quite cold and pizza tasted like plastic cheese. Awful. Won’t order ever again.

I ordered a carribean pizza which has chicken on it and they sent me one with ham on and it's awful!! I hate fatty ham. NOT impressed!!

We ordered 2 large doner kebabs. It took over 2 hours to be delievered. We phoned multiple times and the store promised us a discount on the delievery. When the driver finally arrived (with his boss in the car) we spoke to the boss about how late they were and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. After waiting for over 2 hours we preferred returning the food than accepting to pay a penny to this place. He literally said "don't phone again, we will not come anymore" without a hint of an apology. We are regular customers and we were treated with extreme disrespect. Will not order from this place anymore. 1 star is too much for it.

The last 3 times I have ordered from livornos some things haven't arrived. Before this is couldn't fault it.

We ordered from here after a recommendation from a taxi driver, he said that unlike other takeaways there's were full of meat. The first curry I had was full of meat and on the whole was very reasonable. A couple of weeks later we decided to try a burger, awful, you could resole a shoe with the meat patties they were so over cooked and tough. Even the chips tasted like they'd been in a bain marie for too long. We then decided to order a curry again, it got worse.I'm not sure what meat was in there but it was terrible, the special rice was swimming in oil and tasted just bad. As for the chips, they arrived in a tray and when I put them on a plate they literally fell out in a solid lump which had to be prised apart then tasted rubbery and were the worst that have ever been delivered from any takeaway we have ever had. My granddaughter refused to eat them they were that bad. It all went in the bin..which has never happened to me before as I like to save half for the day after. I wouldn't ever have another from there if you paid me....

Shocking, ordered from just eat last night at 7.30. Was told it woukd arrive about 8.30. Had a text from just eat saying its en-route will be with you shortly. It arrived at 9.40pm, we had already had to make tea as we could not wait any longer as we have two kids to feed. Delivery guy was shocked when i told him we no longer wanted 2hours 10minutes after we ordered it. Also the father in law had a order from them same night said it was the worst takeaway he had ever had kebab meat looked like yesterdays and the dog even turned his nose up at it. Sent full fat coke instead of diet, also no salad or chilli sauce. Shame we wont be using this place again.

Phoned up to place an order. Person who answered didn't even know what I was ordering as it was new on the menu, delievered yesterday! He had to check with someone to try and understand what I wanted, took 2 minutes to get through! I asked for no nan bread, no salad and no sauce, the and got told that I had to have it. Kind of pointless when the husband is coeliac and can't have nan bread. Thought we would try somewhere new but not be ordering at any point!

Food is amazing but a little pricey, but they say you get what you pay for! Chips are amazing and so are the wraps there a little on the small size but really nice, quick delivery and very good customer service very satisfied :)

Allways enjoyed food from there until today.... do not apreciate driver delivering my food and telling me hes losing out on my deivery as a regular customer often spending £15+ a couple of times a week i thought id be appreciated more as a regular customer but tonights experience has ensured i'll be in search of a new take away from now on.

Well I wouldn't even give them a one if I couldn't. Waited 2and a half hour for order. Had to phone to see where it was. Was spoke to by the most rude obnoxious, ignorant person ever. Who told me delivery had been out twice to our home. I stated it hasn't as I was sat in my front room with the family waiting. They then told me it would be sent back out straight away. I stated it had better be HOT! It arrives 20mins later, the delivery guy had to ring us to see where we was. ( so if theyd called before how come they had to ring to find us? ) THE ORDER WAS COLD AND DISCUSSING.!! We will never order from here again. No apology. No nothing. And to cap it all we are all feeling ill today. LIVORNO. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your customer service is unbelievable!!!!!!

Food arrived cold rang to get it sorted abrupt guy dealing with it completely messed up our order lovely lady redelivered food was still hot but not what i ordered rang back second time to be told i was in the wrong....regular customer for a few months 3-4 times a week... Ordered a chicken korma pizza for our supper this evening,as this is our favourite & my fiancé hates tomatoe purée! Delivery was with in good timing.all looked delicious but when we tucked in we was sadly disappointed...?!? The pizza is usually made from pizza and chicken korma curry sauce with mozzarella cheese but it seemed to be mixed with the tomato pizza sauce with herbs! that tasted lemony! So totally disappointed with that as the combination of flavours didn't match well with each other! So we basically paid £9.80 for garlic mayo and chips!!! So won't be ordering this again unfortunately!
