KFC Tonbridge - High Street in Tonbridge and Malling

Ordered in advance on the app and the food was ready a minute or two after checking in. Hot, fast and tasty. Restaurant area was a little untidy and needed a wipe down hence 4 stars.

Shocking service, avoid ! Ordered online, said 30 minutes for ‘priority’ delivery which I paid an extra £3 for ! turned into 1 hour 30 hours…2hours… and then THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER !!!!! 😮😮😮😮 What an absolute disgrace, the manager should be fired !

Not happy that kids fruit shoots were sent instead of Tangos.

This is the third time there was something missing in our order. This time the chicken popcorns were not in the bag! As with the other times it was not enough of an issue and it was late a night. Basically it has convinced us not to use KFC again.

It’s a KFC so as a standard the food is ok. I’ve been three times and each time something had been wrong with my order when I got home. Either I got a drumstick instead of hot wings or my buffalo bites were bbq bites. I get that it’s busy but just read the order back to me and check it before you give it to me.

2 corn cobs expired and not good taste and I suppose to receive 2 salad garden, I receive just one and it's bitter and not good taste.

Was given 2 cans of tango - had asked for 1 tango and 1 Pepsi max. Also no lettuce on zinger burger, just chicken and mayo. For the money charged, not impressed.

Yet another item not included, how do you not include a whole bucket of chicken when ordered? A refund is nice but we would rather just get the food we ordered, just eat should include a way to contact the resturaunt.

You sent the complete wrong order so I’m guessing you will refund me? I asked the courier to take it back as it’s no good to me

My original order was missing half of the food (Fries, Popcorn chicken and all Mini Fillets). We called the restaurant they asked us to order two dips (which we didn’t want) and they would send us the items. The order has arrived with only the dips, the receipt has been written on by the restaurant stating what we should’ve received. tried calling the restaurant but aren’t answering. I have spent over £40 to still not get the food.

I ordered the food for 12.45 . The restaurant said that it will be delivered at 12.59, at 14.19 the order has STILL not arrived . This is absolutely terrible. As it stands i dont know when or IF this will ever arrive. I'd like my money back

This is my local kfc and it is pretty consistent. It has improved a lot over the past 5 years. Food is normally very hot as well. The only thing is this is tonbridge so it’s so random what goes on there. One time a friend of mine lobbed a chicken drumstick at me and it hit me in the eye 🙃

Had a chicken fillet burger. Not much chicken, 3 leaves of salad and cooked in old oil or whatever it is cooked in. Avoid this place as they are obviously cutting corners and not using the proper recipe

At the ordering stage we were told we had free chicken popcorn coming with our order but it didn’t turn up!

Always get the orders wrong. Never checks the orders before sending them off with driver. Also food is always cold.

Poor. We received four pieces of chicken rather than six. Three of these were legs (the cheapest meat) and there was one thigh, no breast included. The food was cold and quashed. We won't order from KFC again, it's not worth the money.

This particular KFC keeps rejecting or cancelling my orders. Lying that it's shut down. Only later to still say it's open for receiving orders. Please investigate or give a reason why. I orders from Mcdonalds just fine. But that was for a cheaper order.

When we ordered a 14 piece bucket we did not expect to see 10 drumsticks. Indeed the other four pieces are a bit marginal on meat. No breast of chicken in the whole order. VERY DISAPOINTED

I love kfc usually, favorite is a zinger but today it was awful. Over cooked/reheated , so hard and over crispy there was literally no chicken left in it .. not nice at all. My son’s zinger was equally bad. My husband ordered 4 piece colonel meal but wrong item came and instead he got mini fillets . Cans of drink were warm and gravy cold.. a disaster all round really.

I recently bought a twist wrap here but I wasn't even half filled and the chicken tasted like it was cooked the day before and really dry plus there was pretty much no salad in it either and nor happy about it. I've been there a few times and recently has started going down hill were as it never used to be this bad I know how good the twist wrap can be because I had one when it was first introduced and it was lovely and full. I couldn't take it back because I got take away after finishing work as I had family to meet up with and didn't have time to stop. There standards have dropped and won't be going back unless I hear anything good.

I ordered a drink that I didn't get and the £3 odd I paid for a mini fillet was an absolute joke. The mini fillet was about the size of 4×50p coins and flatter than Zendayas chest.

I did not get my Pepsi Max 1.5L bottle.

We visited the area and stopped at this KFC, the food was great, if only our local KFC could get it this right!! Would definitely use again if we are ever in the area.The only thing that let it down was the toilets, the ladies were out of order so had to use the mens with pee all over the floor! Also the tables had not been cleaned off.

Once again errors in the order. Ordered BBQ bites, no problem. Ordered 4 piece Colonels meal, received 4 piece boneless meal. Also in bag was a regular popcorn chicken and chips...not ordered?? The bag was ripped open and the delivery driver ran off when asked why. 2 lots of fries missing from the bag.
