I really appreciated that it was hot, not luke warm nor cold.... a delivery with hot chips is a good thing. Only issue was the wings were a bit too greasy and chips a little floppy in some.

The order is totally messed up.....no gravy and received mashed potatoes that i never ordered and missing a box of hot wings!!

KFC Tonbridge seems nearly completely incapable of delivering a complete order. We order a couple of times a month. Of the last 10 orders 2 have been delivered complete, the other 8 have all had items missing. For example ordering 2 filet burger meals and just getting the burgers, no fries or drink.

KFC was busy, so the delivery time isn’t the drivers fault, however my order came with no chips .

Food missing. Not happy. My daughter’s burger was missing, some of my chicken was missing and the chips were cold!!

Food took an hour to be prepared and came soggy and horrible, watching the tracking on the app the driver was quick to deliver so it must have been sat at restaurant for a long time

I should give 5 star for delivery time, but Im not gonna do that. The service was poor and unacceptable. It is not rocket sience if I order a Box menu, put everything in the box not a simple paperbag. Missing corn and beans.

Do not order from Tonbridge - KFC. I can't leave a review of no stars, it won't allow me to but if I could I would. Paid £45 and half order was missing - Six pieces of chicken, No chips, no beans, no Coleslaw, no Hot Wings and a small 200ml fruit shoot instead of 1.5 litre bottle of tango. Yes, we have taken a photo!!! No one answered the phone. WOW, could it have been worse? Will never order from KFC Tonbridge again.

ordered 4 piece chicken ! it was the size of a sparrow and all the worst bits !id eaten it in two minutes no chicken on any bit

Food was not packaged in boxes/buckets and was all thrown into the bag so there were bits of chicken, popcorn chicken and fries loose in the bag, we were also missing 3/4 bags of fries, 1/2 gravys and were given the wrong dips. How hard is it to look at the order!!!!!

It doesn't matter that it was late it was how rude the driver was. He couldnt find the address that other drivers have no trouble with and was so rude drove past road I tried to help and say come back!! and go right but he was like no you come here. I'm 6 months pregnant im not running 2 roads to get it. and it wasn't even hot.

When I ordered my food I was given a delivery time of 20-40 minutes after a while it was then put back to 50-80 minutes and then it was even made worse 90-130 minutes I think this is totally understandable to have to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes

Food was cold and soggy by the time it got to me, the driver was kept waiting at the restaurant whilst food was being prepared for 35 minutes.

The courier was at kfc for over half hour, according to the app. How can my whole order turn up cold within 5 minutes of him leaving the store and arriving at my house. This order was £41 and to say I am not happy is a understatement

KFC tonbridge has been challenging past years, now it has changed a lot, food is very warm, accurate and good environment to dine in, i would recommend eat in as you got warm food straight away

as usual some bits missing, this time it was the 7up but when I found my wrap was more of a heap and contained hardly any chicken I had to visit the restaurant making the whole process pointless paying the inflated app prices and collecting yourself. I received a new wrap, the bottle and a complimentary portion of fries. in no way did this clever the hastle caused.

2 hours after ordering, food cold

Store was dirty. Asked multiple times for a cloth to clean the table and was told "I'll tell someone to do it". No one did. Service is slow. Forgot our drinks and even when stood trying to get a staff members attention in order to get drinks it's like they actively tried to avoid me. Was going to sit in go eat with my child, ended up taking away due to the state of the place

You will get yourself a rotten gut eating here, Tried calling to sort the problem no answer, Gave them one more go and couldn’t even do there salad right! No tomatoes or sauce!

The restaurant missed two items from the order. Shouldn’t be a difficult thing to muck up but there we are. I’ll be using another branch where attention to detail might be better.

Unfortunately this is my first bad experience ording from KFC. Usually the delivery is fast and good is got when it arrives. However, this order was being prepared for over an hour and then when it did arrive it was cold. Very disappointed.

Half our order didn’t even arrive. Leaving one of my children with no dinner. No answer at kfc Tonbridge and no way to contact anyone on here. I should know better then to order kfc as this happens all the time. I will not be doing it again. Please sort refund as I am one unhappy customer r

Ordered in advance on the app and the food was ready a minute or two after checking in. Hot, fast and tasty. Restaurant area was a little untidy and needed a wipe down hence 4 stars.

This is the last time i ever purchase any food from this place. The last time i orderd they missed out part of my order. This time i had over cooked wings( burnt ), the salad consisted of brown lettuce and sweetcorn only, was warm and unedible the fries were cold and the order was late. Chicken on the bone was ok. All in all an experience i never want to encounter again. Dispicable

order took 1 hour and 25 mins from order to delivery, the food was stone cold. If you don;t have delivery drivers than I suggest you don;t accept orders.

Shocking service, avoid ! Ordered online, said 30 minutes for ‘priority’ delivery which I paid an extra £3 for ! turned into 1 hour 30 hours…2hours… and then THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER !!!!! 😮😮😮😮 What an absolute disgrace, the manager should be fired !

This is the third time there was something missing in our order. This time the chicken popcorns were not in the bag! As with the other times it was not enough of an issue and it was late a night. Basically it has convinced us not to use KFC again.

It’s a KFC so as a standard the food is ok. I’ve been three times and each time something had been wrong with my order when I got home. Either I got a drumstick instead of hot wings or my buffalo bites were bbq bites. I get that it’s busy but just read the order back to me and check it before you give it to me.
