Order arrived barely warm with cold fries

The store need to lean to read so the order isn’t wrong

Bad, worse I've ever had, ordered a party bucket and was missing the 8 hot wings and 10 mini fillets

Every time we order something is missing from our request. Last time it was a burger. This time it was one of the drinks (which were NOT in the sealed bag so given to us separately). This is INCREDIBLY frustrating!!!!

Was missing a piece from 4 pce colonels meal, which was very frustrating. I was particularly hungry and it’s not cheap.

Didn’t bring the full order. Again. Rubbish. Fed up of this and no one gives a rabbits tail.

The delivery time for this order continually changed from 10 mins to 20 to 30. Impossible to know when it was going to be delivered and new timing system I not helping. Could have been more than 30 mins late.

I ordered boneless bargain bucket because it’s the only chicken my boys eat. It was a normal bargain bucket and it sent my son with autism in to a melt down that lasted an hour.

Over half the order was missing and what was delivered is the worst kfc from this branch I have ever had, cold chips! As for the special burger I just wouldn’t bother!

Disappointed – Check Your Order Before Leaving! I went to the KFC in Tonbridge today and ordered the two-piece chicken meal. When I got home, I found only one piece of chicken in the box. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. This kind of basic mistake shows a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. If you're going to this location, I strongly recommend checking your food before you leave the restaurant. This isn't the first time I've had an issue here, and sadly it will be the last time I visit.

The food arrived and it was cold

Was late and food cold, at order was 10-25mins delivery time changed multiple times. It’s becoming a frustrating pointless service as looks like drivers are waiting for multiple orders to the point of ruining other peoples order. Could have gone there 3-4 times in the delayed time. It really is terrible service and I wonder why I pay just to get frustrated. Even the app no way to escalate when issues.

I really appreciated that it was hot, not luke warm nor cold.... a delivery with hot chips is a good thing. Only issue was the wings were a bit too greasy and chips a little floppy in some.

Always disgusting. So untidy and the usual trick of deleting all the orders that have been 'served' that haven't so they look efficient. Spot the vodka bottle amongst the trash.

KFC Tonbridge seems nearly completely incapable of delivering a complete order. We order a couple of times a month. Of the last 10 orders 2 have been delivered complete, the other 8 have all had items missing. For example ordering 2 filet burger meals and just getting the burgers, no fries or drink.

KFC was busy, so the delivery time isn’t the drivers fault, however my order came with no chips .

Food missing. Not happy. My daughter’s burger was missing, some of my chicken was missing and the chips were cold!!

I should give 5 star for delivery time, but Im not gonna do that. The service was poor and unacceptable. It is not rocket sience if I order a Box menu, put everything in the box not a simple paperbag. Missing corn and beans.

Food took an hour to be prepared and came soggy and horrible, watching the tracking on the app the driver was quick to deliver so it must have been sat at restaurant for a long time

Absolutely terrible service. Staff were absolutely clueless, place was dirty and we waited 45 minutes for 5 meals ordered at till. Food was horrible, cold and not worth £1. Drinks were warm and flat. I can honestly say this is not just the worst KFC in the country, it’s actually the worst restaurant in the country. I will avoid this restaurant at all costs. I actually think it’s put me off KFC completely.

Do not order from Tonbridge - KFC. I can't leave a review of no stars, it won't allow me to but if I could I would. Paid £45 and half order was missing - Six pieces of chicken, No chips, no beans, no Coleslaw, no Hot Wings and a small 200ml fruit shoot instead of 1.5 litre bottle of tango. Yes, we have taken a photo!!! No one answered the phone. WOW, could it have been worse? Will never order from KFC Tonbridge again.

Food was not packaged in boxes/buckets and was all thrown into the bag so there were bits of chicken, popcorn chicken and fries loose in the bag, we were also missing 3/4 bags of fries, 1/2 gravys and were given the wrong dips. How hard is it to look at the order!!!!!

It doesn't matter that it was late it was how rude the driver was. He couldnt find the address that other drivers have no trouble with and was so rude drove past road I tried to help and say come back!! and go right but he was like no you come here. I'm 6 months pregnant im not running 2 roads to get it. and it wasn't even hot.

When I ordered my food I was given a delivery time of 20-40 minutes after a while it was then put back to 50-80 minutes and then it was even made worse 90-130 minutes I think this is totally understandable to have to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes

Food was cold and soggy by the time it got to me, the driver was kept waiting at the restaurant whilst food was being prepared for 35 minutes.

The courier was at kfc for over half hour, according to the app. How can my whole order turn up cold within 5 minutes of him leaving the store and arriving at my house. This order was £41 and to say I am not happy is a understatement

KFC tonbridge has been challenging past years, now it has changed a lot, food is very warm, accurate and good environment to dine in, i would recommend eat in as you got warm food straight away

I had always crave for ice-cream, but it ends up machine is broken for more than a year, but in the end manager and team member were very helpful to refund my ice-cream and offer me a free drink
